(Minghui.org) Ms. Zou Yufang (邹玉芳), a 60-year-old Falun Gong practitioner who was sentenced to 4.5 years a month ago, is in poor health while being held at the Baicheng City Detention Center. Her family received a notice from the detention center on September 20, asking for more money to cover her healthcare expenses there.

Her family was turned away when they tried to visit her. Ms. Zou was diagnosed with stomach cancer in early 2013 and released on bail a few months later in April. However, the local authorities arrested her again on August 4. A secret trial resulted in her 4.5-year sentence on September 9.

Ms. Zou's family urgently calls for help to secure her release and hopes that she won't be sent to prison in her current condition.
