(Minghui.org) Ms. Jiang Fengli (姜凤丽), an auditor and Falun Gong practitioner, has been detained at the Dandong Detention Center in Liaoning Province for about a month. She is being held with 22 criminals.

Her arrest has been approved by the local procuratorate. A criminal investigation is in place, and Ms. Jiang may face an illegal trial.

Ms. Jiang was arrested at a bus station in Liaoning Province on September 7, 2014, for giving a person a software program that circumvents China's Internet firewall. The person happened to be a plainclothes policeman, deputy chief of the Baoshan Police Station Zhang Pingxian (张平先).

Ms. Jiang has been arrested and sent to brainwashing centers multiple times for her belief in Falun Gong. She was sentenced in 2002 and suffered four years in Shenyang Dabei Prison.

Zhang worked at the Fengcheng Domestic Security Division from 2008 to 2012. He was promoted to deputy chief of the Baoshan Police Station at the end of 2012. He has arrested and fabricated cases against more than a dozen practitioners, three of whom were persecuted to death, seven were sentenced to prison, and three were put into forced labor camps.
