1. [Changji City, Xinjiang] Three Practitioners Arrested

Ms. Hu Yulan, Ms. Yao Jinzhen, and Ms. Dong Mingrui were arrested on December 26, 2013.

2. [Yi County, Hebei Province] Ms. Tian Xiaoqin Arrested

Ms. Tian Xiaoqin was arrested by officers from the Tonghu Police Station on December 15, 2013, when she was distributing information about the persecution of Falun Gong. She was taken to the police station but managed to escape. Officers ransacked her home and confiscated a laptop, an MP3, an MP5, Falun Gong books, and all truth-clarification materials.

3. [Tianshui City, Gansu Province] Five Practitioners Arrested

Ms. Ma Xiaojuan, Mr. Li Yikui, Ms. Li Cuifang, Ms. Xiaozhang, and Ms. Xiaoyuan were arrested by officers from the Tianshui City Police Department on the morning of December 28, 2013.

4. [Jining City, Shandong Province] Mr. Xia Xianrong Detained

Mr. Xia Xianrong was arrested by officers from the Changqinglu Police Station and the provincial domestic security division on December 19, 2013, for talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong. His home was ransacked. He is now in the Jining Detention Center.

5. [Tianjin] Mr. Chen Hongwang Arrested

Mr. Chen Hongwang was arrested by officers from the Domestic Security Division of the Hexi District Police Department on December 22, 2013.

The following 30 practitioners in Xuzhou City were arrested in December 2013: Mr. Du Baodong, Mr. Fan Yu, Mr. Hu Zunrong, Mr. Li Qiang, Mr. Wang Wenmin, Mr. Meng Xuanbo, Mr. Guo Jialiang, Mr. Pang Fuxing, Ms. Li Chunyan, Ms. Li Yuanyuan, Ms. Wang Fen, Mr. Ji Xianglong, Ms. Miao Yingying, Ms. Wang Huibin, Mr. Chen Desheng, Ms. Geng Xuhong, Mr. Ge Guangyuan, Mr. Wang Min, Mr. Zhang Xuejun, Ms. Han Sumin, Ms. Yang Xue, Ms. Lu Qijuan, Mr. Zhang Yide, Mr. Zhang Zhijian, Mr. Zhao Ming, Ms. Lu Qihua, Mr. Shen Ruming, Mr. Li Jimin, Mr. Lu Pei, and Mr. Sha Min.

7. [Tianjin] Mr. Wang Jincang Arrested

Mr. Wang Jincang, 72, was arrested on December 25, 2013.

8. [Zhanhua County, Shandong Province] Three Practitioners Sentenced

Mr. Fan Zhiyong was sentenced to four and a half years in prison by the Zhanhua County Court. Ms. Zhang Beibei and Ms. Sun Yuxia were sentenced to three years of probation by the court and released on December 18, 2013.

9. [Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia] Mr. Wang Xuejun's Health in Terrible State Due to Abuse

Mr. Wang Xuejun was arrested by officers from the Wengniute Banner Police Department on August 12, 2010. He was sentenced to three and a half years in prison in 2011 by the Wengniute Banner Court. He is now in the Chifeng No. 4 Prison. Due to the abuse in prison, he was diagnosed with hydrothorax, frequent fever, and extreme physical weakness in July 2013. His health is still in a terrible state.

10. [Chongqing] Ms. Wu Xiaoju Arrested

Ms. Wu Xiaoju was arrested by officers from the Yunyang County Police Department on the morning of December 26, 2013. She was taken to the police department.

11. [Cangzhou City, Hebei Province] Ms. Qi Junling Detained

Ms. Qi Junling was arrested by officers from the Domestic Security Division of the Yunhe Police Department including its captain, Tang Guoli, on the afternoon of December 16, 2013. She was taken to a detention center.

12. [Pingdingshan City, Henan Province] Ms. Li Aizang Detained

Ms. Li Aizang was arrested at work by plainclothes officers on December 23, 2013. It was said that she would be detained at a detention center for 14 days.
