(Minghui.org) Falun Gong Practitioner Ms. Wang Xihui from Xifeng District, Qingyang City, Gansun Province, over 50, was arrested on June 28, 2013 by police officer Zhu Changsuo from Xifeng District Domestic Security Division. Despite her high blood pressure, police still held her in the Qingcheng District Detention Center. Police instigated a drug addict to beat her. Late one night, Wang Xihui suddenly could not see, and then lost consciousness.

Monitored a Long Time Before Her Arrest

Ms. Wang met practitioner Ms. Cao Guiling when passing by Nanya Mall at 9 a.m. on June 28, 2013. She borrowed Ms. Cao's cell phone to make a phone call. Before the connection was made, the phone was taken by a plainclothes officer from behind. The police confiscated 5,000 yuan with truth clarification messages written on them and the book Zhuan Falun.The plainclothes officers came from Xifeng District Domestic Security Division and Xifeng District Police Bureau. They had been monitoring Ms. Wang for more than two years.

The group of police officers led by Zhu Changsuo, took Ms. Wang and Ms. Cao to an unlicensed van. They raided Ms. Wang's home with another group of officers. They took away her Falun Dafa books, a laptop and many other personal items. Later they took Ms. Wang to the Xifeng District Police Bureau. Ms. Wang was detained by Zhu Changsuo in the interrogation room on the first floor. She was cursed and interrogated by many people.

On the evening of June 28, police forcibly took Ms. Wang and Ms. Cao to the district hospital for blood tests, blood pressure measurements and electrocardiograms to prepare them for illegal detention. The two practitioners were sent to the Ning County Detention Center overnight, but the prison doctor refused to take Ms. Wang due to her high blood pressure, and they had to take her back. The next day Zhu Changsuo and his superiors (six people total), took Ms. Wang to the Ning County Hospital to test her again, but the results were the same. After discussion among the police, Ms. Wang was sent to the Qingcheng District Detention Center.

Police Instigate Drug Addict to Assault Ms. Wang

Ms. Wang was forced to cut her hair and change into a prison uniform. A drug addict detainee slapped her face after she got to the prison cell. She grabbed Ms. Wang by the hair, pushed her down, and kicked and punched her. Ms. Wang became black and blue with bruises, but the prison guards turned a blind eye.

Ms. Wang refused to participate in the morning exercises the next day. The inmates twisted her arms to her back and pushed her to run. Coming back to the cell, they took off Ms. Wang's pants, and hit her all over with soaking wet cloth shoes. They also twisted her ears and arms. They tried to force Ms. Wang to memorize so-called prison regulations which slandered Falun Dafa, but she firmly refused.

Two prisoner heads started to beat Ms. Wang at 6 p.m. One used the soaked shoes to beat her, and another used twisted cloth to beat her face and body. They also stepped on her barefoot toes. They beat her this way until 10 p.m., when they got tired. Then they forced her to stand and stay that way. Ms. Wang could not see anything at around 12 a.m., and suddenly lost consciousness.

The police instigated prisoners to torture Ms. Wang in order to force her to give up her belief in Falun Dafa. Ms. Wang told them clearly, “I suffered from many severe illnesses before practicing, and I survived on medication. After I began practicing Falun Gong, I haven't had to take a pill in over ten years with Master's protection. Master teaches us to be a good and follow the principles of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance. This is good for our country and people. What crime did I commit?"
