Everything Can Be Mercifully Resolved in Dafa

(Minghui.org) I became a Falun Dafa practitioner in 2000. In 1999, when the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) initiated the brutal persecution, the Taiwan media reported on the suppression of Dafa practitioners in China. Because of the news coverage, my relatives inquired about the practice, and I was very fortunate to become a practitioner.

The past 13 years of cultivation have been bittersweet for me because of the severity of the tests arranged by the old forces.

Looking outside myself left gaps

The old forces made meticulous arrangements on my behalf. I was surrounded by veteran practitioners when I first learned the practice. Because they had been studying the Fa for quite some time, they seemed to have a deep and rational understanding of the Fa, and clarified many of the things I was confused about. Therefore, I looked to practitioners for answers without realizing it.

When a cultivator lacks a good understanding of the Fa, he can fall into the traps arranged by the old forces.

A male practitioner and I had been cousins in a previous life. Because of this, I felt very close to him. We would have long conversations and often talk about our understandings of the Fa. I was impressed by his insights and failed to adhere to the Fa principle of “Practicing Only One Cultivation Way” (Zhuan Falun). I began to follow his views instead of the Fa. I developed some gong, but was very muddle-headed at the time.

Master said:

“So as for this student, his level has dropped badly, and compared to the Dafa disciples who are validating the Fa in an upright way and with dignity, he comes across as so paltry, (Teacher sighs) and he's way behind. In reality he can't interfere with other students, since a lot of students can tell that he's not right, and only a small minority who have strong attachments are going to be affected.” (Teaching the Fa at the Conference VI, (“Teaching the Fa at the Meeting with Asia-Pacific Students”)

Master's words woke me up. My gong is nothing compared to the Fa of the cosmos. If I had not pursued supernatural capabilities and if I were steadfast in my Dafa cultivation, I would not have fallen into the old forces' trap concerning sentimentality.

The karmic relationships we carry over from previous lifetimes must be resolved in this lifetime. No one can escape from it, and all debts must be paid back. From this experience, I realized that we should learn from each other about how to be more diligent in cultivation. However, we should not follow others because we think their understanding is higher than ours. We should be single-minded in our cultivation practice.

Since then, I have paid particular attention to not following other practitioners' views, and I have avoided feeling sentimental toward anyone. I have been very cautious and have done things on my own.

I didn't realize, however, that more tribulations were about to come my way. Perhaps the old forces thought that I had not yet reached the standard, so they set up another test for me.

Discarding Sentimentality Opens Up True Insight

I became fond of another practitioner whom I had connections with in a previous life. I had wandering thoughts about him and they interfered with my cultivation. I was angry with myself for not being clearheaded. I knew that my state of mind was an obstacle, a disgrace, and a scar on my cultivation path. I knew the gods did not approve of my behavior.

The old forces, however, utilized my karmic relationship to persecute me. They laughed at me and wanted to see if I could get rid of my attachments and continue to cultivate.

When I saw through the old forces' arrangements, I stopped blaming myself. I thought, “Although my karmic relationships were predetermined, everything can be mercifully resolved in Dafa, and the tribulation can be used to raise my xinxing.”

I began to teach other practitioners to clarify the truth via the Internet. I tried very hard to suppress my wandering thoughts. I did the three things and dissolved my karmic relationship at the same time. I eliminated my attachment to sentimentality and worked with practitioners to save sentient beings.

Gaining Wisdom Through Cultivation

I had started to clarify the truth on the Internet after the Nine Commentaries on the Chinese Communist Party were published. I transmitted the information to people in China using a variety of anti-blocking software, and encouraged them to quit the Party.

Because the communist regime censors media in China, it is very difficult for the Chinese people to obtain factual information about Falun Dafa. Many times I would work on the computer for long hours to send the information to China.

One day I had a dream. I saw a woman sitting in front of a computer typing on the keyboard. Although I had never met this person, I knew she was a practitioner in China, but I could not figure out the meaning of the dream.

Six months later, I met a practitioner on the Internet, and she was the woman I had dreamed about. She said: “There are many high mountains and deep canyons in the southwest region of China. Most of the people are farmers, and there are only a few practitioners. Many of the people lack computer skills and don't know about anti-blocking software. It is very hard to transmit truth-clarification materials to the areas via the Internet, and there isn't a stable channel for people to quit the Party.”

The practitioner asked me to help them.

I'm a middle-aged woman and only have a high school education. I didn't have adequate computer skills to come up with an innovative method to help them.

Everything a practitioner has comes from the Fa, and Master knows our thoughts. As long as we don't limit our thoughts with human knowledge, and we have the heart to save sentient beings, Master's law body will grant us the wisdom to solve problems.

After several efforts, we established a safe method to send information to China from overseas, and provided people a convenient channel to quit the Party and its affiliated organizations. As of now, we are still using this method to save sentient beings.

I realized that there are no coincidences on the path of cultivation, and everything is orderly arranged. The people that I have met in this lifetime are people that I had a connection with in the past. No matter who we were in history, once we entered the Three Realms, we were bound by the cycle of reincarnation and governed by the principles of the old universe.

Today, we are very fortunate to cultivate in Falun Dafa. Only Dafa can resolve our karmic relationships.

Unlike the relationships between ordinary people, relationships between practitioners should be noble and pure. Master has scooped us up from hell and given us mighty capabilities so that we can cultivate ourselves, save sentient beings, and prevent the cosmos from being destroyed. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity and we should cherish it.

Master said,

“The Fa is merciful to all beings, but at the same time it's solemn and dignified. And the Fa has standards, before sentient beings it's unchanging and unbreakable, and it's not something that can be influenced casually. I can be merciful to sentient beings, but, when a being has really violated something to that extent, the Fa is there to judge him, and any further mercy would be excessive, it would be the same as destroying itself, so beings like that are marked for elimination.” (“Fa-Lecture During the 2003 Lantern Festival at the U.S. West Fa Conference”)

As cultivators we should learn to understand the Fa principles and take them very seriously. We must look inward and cultivate ourselves. Let's not disappoint Master or have any regrets.
