(Minghui.org) I am a farmer and have been practicing Dafa since 1997. I had a limited understanding of the Fa at the beginning, the first two years. When the persecution of Dafa started, I did not cooperate with the local Chinese Communist Party (CCP) agents, refused to sign so-called guarantee statements, and did not give up cultivating Dafa. But from 2001 to 2003, due to my business, I stopped cultivating.

In 2003, I found fellow practitioners, obtained Dafa books, and started cultivating anew. At that time, my husband and daughter were against my practicing. My husband scolded me every day, but I wasn’t angry with him. One evening when he had stopped scolding me, I smiled at him and said, “You're tired, you need to get some sleep!” My calm reaction only him angered him further. He dragged me from the bed and pushed me down. Sometimes, he scratched my face, but I remained firm and continued to study the Fa.

When he later kicked me out, I found work out of town. In the meantime, I worked with other practitioners on Dafa projects. Every New Year holiday, I went home and brought new clothes and food with me. I invited my daughter and my son-in-law to my husband's birthday celebration and got him a big birthday cake. Everyone was happy. My husband and my daughter were embarrassed for what they had done to me. I regarded them as sentient beings who needed to be saved and had great compassion for them. I wanted them to notice that Dafa practitioners are kind and selfless. During the last three years, they have changed; they are positive toward Dafa and support me in my projects for Dafa.

I took care of my grandson when my daughter got divorced. I treated him as a Dafa disciple. We studied the Fa and practiced the exercises together. He is only eight years old, but has helped his classmates to withdraw from the CCP youth organizations. He sent forth righteous thoughts when the red flag was raised in school and when they sang Party songs. As a result, the speakers broke and the flag-raising ceremony had to be canceled. He also spent the paper bills with messages that clarify the facts. He is proud and states, “I am offering people salvation.”

My grandson and his aunt once took a bus and my grandson wore a Dafa amulet. The bus went into a ditch and toppled over, but nobody was injured. All passengers were taken to a hospital. I rushed to the hospital and heard someone say, “It must be that someone had many blessings, and we have been the beneficiaries.” I pulled out my grandson’s Dafa amulet and told everyone, “It was this amulet that saved you all. The Master of Falun Dafa protected all the passengers.”

Even though my daughter was divorced, I still treated my son-in-law and his family the same as before and considered them as part of the family. Therefore, they witnessed the open and kind mind of a practitioner. Many of them accept Dafa and know the facts.

Offering people salvation has become a part of my life.

I work at a convenience store in a small hotel and write messages regarding the facts of Falun Dafa on paper bills. I also bought a DVD player and have shown informational materials to workers in the hotel. Many of them and even their families have withdrawn from the CCP after they watched the facts and learned the truth. In the process of quitting the CCP, I remembered the following message from Master:

“Validate the Fa with rationality, clarify the truth ³ with wisdom, spread the Fa and save people with mercy—this is establishing the mighty virtue of an Enlightened Being.” (“Rationality” in Essentials for Further Advancement II)

When I told people the facts about Dafa, I did it based on each person's specific situation and told them as much as possible, so that they could understand everything and appreciate it. In the end, they were often pleased and thanked me.

I once took a taxi and the driver told me that he had picked up a Falun Dafa booklet that asked people to quit the CCP. He asked where he could do that. He was delighted when I told him that I could help him. From this incident, I understood that sentient beings are anxious and hope to be saved. Our responsibilities are heavy during the period of Fa-rectification.

Another time I went back to my hometown and ran out of informational materials. I bought plain cards, wrote messages on them that explained the truth, and posted them in appropriate places. Thereafter, nine practitioners went to visit about 700 families in this village, told them the facts, and asked them to quit the CCP. We updated posters regularly, so that the villagers could see the words “Falun Dafa is good” wherever they went.

I'm 60 years old and work with two goals in mind: (1) Making money so I can participate in Dafa projects. (2) Getting to know more people and offering them salvation.

Though it is hard, I am very happy and also have experienced the power of Dafa. Once, when I traveled a relatively long distance, I thought about having a super-normal walking ability and how I would be able to get to places in no time. When I got home late that night it was cold, and I had the thought that I was made of high energy matter and should not feel cold. In fact, I did not feel cold at all.

I am grateful that Master protects me and gives me the opportunity to establish mighty virtue. I know that Master has done a lot for us and that I could never repay him. All I can do is to listen to Master and offer people salvation.

For a decade now, in which I helped Master with his Fa-rectification, I have not done anything significant, but I have a pure heart toward Dafa and am devoted to saving more beings.
