(Minghui.org) Gao Chunshan, head of Dahuang Farm Police Station in Panjin City, Liaoning Province, and others have been actively persecuting Falun Gong ever since the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and Jiang Zemin's regime began the persecution 13 years ago. They've arrested and detained practitioners, ransacked their homes, and extorted money from them numerous times.

Perpetrators Illegally Arrest and Detain Practitioners, Ransack Their Homes

Gao Chunshan and other police officers arrested Ms. Qu Jiaying on November 29, 2012, as she spoke with people about Falun Gong and the persecution in Dahuang Farm. Gao drove Ms. Qu to the Panjin City Detention Center.

Ms. Qu works for the Oil Extraction Plant in Liaohe Oil Field. Gao thought that Ms. Qu was not alone, but had gone with some other practitioners to the farm to do truth clarification. He kept interrogating her to try to get information about other practitioners in an attempt to take them into custody.

Another arrest and detention of four practitioners from the Oil Extraction Plant in Liaohe Oil Field that Gao Chunshan was involved in occurred on February 27, 2007. The four practitioners were Chang Xiuying, Li Yan, Yang Fengzhen, and Zhang Chunwen. Gao took them to Panshan County Detention Center, ransacked their homes, and extorted large sums of money from them.

Extorting Large Sums of Money from Practitioners

He extorted 24,000 yuan from Ms. Qu Jiaying and her employer after Ms. Qu was taken into custody. Gao also impounded Ms. Qu's motorcycle and has not yet returned it to her family. The four practitioners who were arrested and detained by Gao Chunshan in 2007 each had 20,000 yuan extorted from them.

Doing Bad Deeds and Plotting to Frame Practitioners

Gao Chunshan refused to return Ms. Qu Jiaying's motorcycle when she went to Dahuang Police Station to reclaim it. Gao thought that the motorcycle did not belong to Ms. Qu and used every means possible to try to make her tell the whereabouts of other practitioners so he could persecute them.

When out of town practitioners made phone calls to him to explain the facts about Falun Gong, Gao refused to listen. Instead, he threatened and intimidated them and also called the local 110 police, attempting to have them arrested.
