(Minghui.org) Many people in China have participated in the persecution of Falun Gong. They include ordinary villagers, officials, police officers, members of political and legal committees, 610 Office personnel and neighborhood administrators.
These people are paying a high price for their actions. Many have received retribution, such as dying of cancer or being involved in a car accident. Their family members have also been affected, with some of them being sent to prison.
Liaoning Police Station Head Wang Huailong killed in car accident
On September 27, 2012, while driving back to Liaoyuan City after a banquet, Wang Huailong, Chief of Weijin Town Police Station in Liaoyuan City, was killed instantly when his car crashed into a road sign pole.
Wang Huailong actively participated in persecuting Falun Gong practitioners. In addition to forcing practitioners to pay fines, he illegally arrested and physically assaulted them. Every year, he sent a number of practitioners to brainwashing centers. He also harassed practitioners at their homes. Local practitioners sent him letters that clarified the truth and advised him not to do bad things. But he ignored the advice.
Hebei 610 Office Member Wang Zhaowei Dies Suddenly
Mr. Wang Zhaowei, a member of Shijiazhuang City Qiao Xi District 610 Office, died of a heart attack before the Communist Party’s 18th Congress in 2012. He was in his 40’s.
Over the years, Mr. Wang actively participated in the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners. Due to his involvement, a number of practitioners were arrested and sent to forced labor camps. He also went to practitioners’ homes to harass them.
Wang Guowei in Chongqing Stabbed
On May 16, 2012, Chongqing Shiban Town deputy supervisor Wen Yong, police officers Huang Wei, Wang Guowei and Mr. Liu ransacked practitioner Yu Shuhui’s home. They found three dated flyers that exposed the persecution of Falun Gong. Based on this evidence, the Luohuang Police Department issued a detention warrant on May 21 and a formal arrest warrant on May 30. The names of the responsible officers, however, were left blank.
Close to the New Year, Wang Guowei was involved in an altercation and stabbed three times, resulting in severe injury.
Shandong Man Meets with Retribution
A village group head nicknamed Lao Pang, from Xuzhuang Village of Liaocheng City, in Shandong Province, despised Falun Gong. He instructed his son to destroy any Falun Gong truth clarification posters they could find.
Local practitioners told him and his son to stop doing that, but they refused. Lao Pang now suffers from rectal cancer. He had trouble with bowel movements and now has to wear a colostomy bag.
