(Minghui.org) On February 2, Falun Dafa practitioners from Turkey went to a senior center in Bakirkoy, Istanbul, to introduce Falun Dafa to the residents. The name of the senior center, Sefkat, means “compassion,” and the residents were pleased to learn about Falun Dafa's core principles of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance.

Practitioners first introduced the basic principles of Falun Dafa and demonstrated the exercises. They then taught the exercises and answered questions.

All of the seniors at the event were interested in learning the exercises. They followed along with the movements. Some of them were able to learn all four sets of the standing exercises.

An 83-year-old woman hugged and kissed the practitioners. She said: “You are angels sent by God. Thank you for bringing us brightness and hope.”

Practitioners also told the group of seniors about the persecution of Falun Dafa in China. Many of them expressed their concern. A 70-year-old gentleman said that the heaven will punish the murderers for sure. The group thanked the practitioners, and asked them to come back again in the future.
