1. [Weihai City, Shandong Province] Mr. Liu Deyou Arrested

Mr. Liu Deyou was arrested recently while distributing informational materials about the persecution of Falun Gong.

2. [Chongqing City] Ms. Yang Li Arrested

Ms. Yang Li was arrested in mid November 2013 by officers from the Liaoyuan Police Station in the Beibei District of Chongqing. She is being held at the Sanxikou Detention Center in the Beibei District.

3. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Dong Xuanzheng Mistreated

Mr. Dong Xuanzheng is being mistreated in the Dalian City Detention Center. He has been on a hunger strike for 20 days to protest the persecution. Guards brutally inserted a tube into his body and force-fed him for nine days. His hands were handcuffed behind his back for extended periods.

4. [Huadian City, Jilin Province] Mr. Meng Guangwen Arrested

Mr. Meng Guangwen, a teacher at Jiapigou Town Elementary School in Huadian City, was arrested at his workplace by agents from the Huadian City 610 Office and the Japigou Police Station on the morning of November 20, 2013. He was taken to the Shahezi Brainwashing Center in Jilin Province.

5. [Dai County, Shanxi Province] Ms. Zhou Xiuli Arrested

Police from Yangmingbao Town Police Station in Dai County arrested Ms. Zhou Xiuli for raising awareness about the persecution of Falun Gong on the afternoon of November 21, 2013.

6. [Greater Khingan, Heilongjian Province] Mr. Sun Xuexian and Ms. Feng Yanfen Arrested

Mr. Sun Xuexian and Ms. Feng Yanfen from Mohe County were arrested on the afternoon of November 21, 2013.

7. [Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province] Ms. Liu Huicai and Ms. Yan Ruimin Arrested

Officers from the Luancheng County Police Department Chengqu Branch broke into Ms. Yan Ruimin's home and arrested her on the morning of November 15, 2013. Her home was ransacked. Officers from the Nangao Police Station broken into Ms. Liu Huicai's home and arrested her on the same day. They are being held in Shijiazhuang City.

Ms. Lu Rong from Shanbai Village of Danjingshan Town in Pengzhou City was arrested at the Danjingshan Town Government Building by 610 Office director Wang Zhixiang, Danjingshan Police Station director Ao Guozheng, and other officers while she was informing town officials about the persecution of Falun Gong on the morning of November 21, 2013.
