(Minghui.org) The following truth-clarification stories were shared by local Falun Dafa practitioners in mainland China. I wrote them down to share with everyone.
On the morning of May 23, 2013, two practitioners were clarifying the truth to people at a scenic tourist destination. They noticed that a group of young men were posing near a place of interest, getting ready to take some photos. The two practitioners walked over to them and asked if they needed help taking a photo of the whole group. One of the young men held the camera out to them and replied, “Thank you! Please help us take a group photo.”
After they took some pictures, the practitioners took chatted with the young men. The young people said they were local university students. They didn't have class that morning, so they came out to enjoy the scenery. Practitioner A said to them, “Friends, could you spare three minutes to talk about the way things really are [in our country]? Right now, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) officials are seriously corrupt, the environment people live in is deteriorating. People are drinking polluted water, eating contaminated food, and breathing poisonous air.
“The CCP officials don't care about people's livelihood, they only think about themselves. They transfer their money overseas, and then send their children abroad. They themselves even go overseas for business, and some never return.
“A stone containing hidden words was discovered in Pingtang County, Guizhou Province. The stone clearly features the Chinese characters, 'The Chinese Communist Party is Dead.' According to scientists, the stone was formed naturally, so it is said to be the will of heaven. Thus, people say that 'heaven will eliminate the CCP.' For the sake of your future, I hope you can all quit the CCP and its affiliated organizations. Did you ever join the CCP, the Communist Youth League or the Young Pioneers?”
One student said, “Out of the nine of us here, only one is a CCP member, but the rest of us once joined the Communist Youth League.”
The practitioner said, “Our meeting today must have been predestined. I can choose aliases for you and help you quit the evil party's political organizations. This can help you choose a good future for yourselves.”
All the students answered together, “Yes, please!”
The two practitioners asked the young men's names and chose aliases for them, helping them quit the evil party's organizations. The students appreciated the practitioners' help and wished them a good, healthy life. The young men were very happy as they rode away on their bicycles moving on to other scenic spots. Practitioner B was very moved by this experience and started crying. She was very happy that these nine young people could make the right choice.
On the morning of May 30, 2013, Practitioner A met a young man on the road. In the course of their conversation, Practitioner A found out that this young man was from Tianjin. After he graduated from university, he started working at a company in Tianjin. The job was really stressful, with low wages and a heavy workload. He was often under pressure from all directions. He expressed grief over the way society was so dark, with officials becoming more corrupt, while common citizens endured bitter hardship.
Practitioner A told him that the chairman of the Tianjin Political Consultative Conference committed suicide by jumping from a building. The young man said, “That person's last name is Song. He served as vice-mayor of Tianjin. He was hounded to the point of death by higher officials, as he had been involved in the corruption of 30 different officials, including key leaders of Tianjin. After he died, all the corruption was blamed on him in order to secure the other officials' positions.”
Practitioner A told him about Song during his tenure as the Tianjin police chief. He had followed Jiang Zemin in persecuting Falun Gong. He died because he had committed too many bad deeds, resulting in karmic retribution. The practitioner told him the facts concerning the arrests of Falun Gong practitioners on April 25, 1999. He explained that despite 14 years of persecution, Falun Gong has spread to over one hundred countries and regions around the world.
The young man exclaimed, “I don't believe in the CCP; it is too evil.” The practitioner asked him if he had joined the Communist Party, the Communist Youth League, or the Young Pioneers. The young man said that he had only joined the Communist Youth League, but that he wanted to withdraw from it in order to have a better future.
On the morning of June 6, 2013, both practitioners took a break in a pagoda. They noticed four people chatting nearby. Practitioner A greeted a young man from the group and found out that they were from Beijing and were traveling on business. They were out having fun on their last day out before going back home.
Practitioner A took the opportunity to clarify the truth to the young man, starting by talking about the sandstorm that hit Beijing earlier this year. The young man brought up Beijing's smoggy air, and complained about the city's filthy environment. He then began discussing the Tiananmen Square Student Protest June 1989. Practitioner A told the young man that he was in Beijing and witnessed what had happened.
During their conversation, another man joined in and said that he was studying in Beijing at that time, and had participated the protests. The CCP had brought in an old military vehicle, and then set fire to it on a bridge, creating a fake incident to frame the students. The CCP's purpose was to provoke public anger, finding an excuse to crack down on the protestors.
The practitioners told them that the Tiananmen Self-immolation incident in 2001 was also fabricated by the CCP to demonize Falun Gong and deceiving the public. The CCP has used this method time and again to deceive people. The practitioners asked them to consider a few questions about the Tiananmen Self-immolation event. They asked the students if they'd ever seen police officers carrying fire extinguishers while patrolling Tiananmen Square? The students answered no. Then he asked how it could be possible for a plastic bottle filled with petrol to be held by the immolator, but remain in perfect condition, unscathed by the blaze? The students acknowledged that it wasn't possible. Considering the evidence, Practitioner A concluded that the Tiananmen Self-immolation incident was a fabrication used to frame Falun Gong practitioners. Practitioner A continued, stating that the CCP had committed too many evil deeds, and was bound to be punished by heaven; only by quitting the CCP and its affiliated organizations could one be truly be safe.
The young men are all agreed with the practitioners. One of the practitioners asked if they had ever joined the CCP. The four people said that they were party members, but that they wanted to withdraw from the party. The practitioners chose aliases for all of them to help them quit. Everyone in the group was really thankful. Four more people were saved.
At 8:00 a.m. on June 22, 2013, Practitioner A was out walking, and met two elderly men who were busy talking with one another. One of them said, “The CCP lies and never keeps its promises. The benefits of retired soldiers shouldn't fall below the average level for the area, but my benefit has fallen far lower than the average. I talked to them, but they just passed the issue around; they're all just lying and cheating.”
The other man said, “The CCP spoke a lot of good words, but it only commits bad deeds; it's useless!”
Practitioner A walked up to the two gentlemen and asked, “Did you both serve in the army before?”
One answered, “Yes, we did. We both joined the army in the 1960s. We served for 17 years. After we were demobilized, we worked at a local company that went bankrupt shortly after. At this point, we're miserable.”
One of them went on to say, “The current wages are very low, but the cost of living is high. Common civilians simply can't survive anymore. I absolutely won't allow my children or grandchildren to join the CCP's army; I can see it for the crook it really is.”
After talking for a while, Practitioner A said, “Heaven will eliminate the CCP. Quitting the party can insure a safe future.” He went on to ask, “Did you ever join the CCP?”
The men said that they had joined the CCP while they were in the army. Practitioner A asked them if they wanted to withdraw from the evil party and its affiliated organizations. They both nodded emphatically and answered, “Yes!”
