(Minghui.org) Falun Gong practitioners in Zurich, Switzerland, held several activities to expose the Chinese communist regime's forced organ harvesting from living Falun Gong practitioners on October 12, 2013.
The regime has persecuted the peaceful meditation practice of Falun Gong since 1999, imprisoning and torturing thousands of practitioners—and killing them for their organs.
Dozens of passersby, tourists and locals alike, stopped by the practitioners' informational displays to learn about Falun Gong and condemn the persecution in China. Many tourists mentioned that they had already heard about the Chinese regime's crime of forced organ harvesting back in their home countries.

A Swiss man and his Chinese friend stopped by to speak to a practitioner about the Chinese regime's forced organ harvesting from prisoners of conscience, most of whom are Falun Gong practitioners imprisoned for their spiritual faith.
“The entire Chinese Communist Party (CCP), from top to bottom, is involved in harvesting organs from living Falun Gong practitioners for profit,” explained the practitioner. “Some of the CCP’s military doctors play a vital role in the illegal trafficking of human organs.
“Many hospital websites openly list what they charge per organ and guarantee that they can find a suitable organ for any recipient within two weeks.
“The Party-controlled media does not publish any information on the availability of human organs in China. If it did, it would draw undue attention from the public, making it easy for people to realize that the CCP has been behind the deaths of tens of thousands of innocent victims. This is why many people in China do not know a lot about the regime's crimes of organ harvesting.”
The Swiss man recalled a previous conversation with his Chinese friend, who appeared to have been deceived by the communist propaganda defaming Falun Gong. He thus asked for more information about the practice.
The practitioner explained that Falun Gong is a spiritual discipline that teaches people to follow the three universal principles of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance to uplift their moral character and improve their health. Learning the practice is always free of charge, and all materials may be downloaded for free from www.FalunDafa.org.
After learning the facts, the man signed the petition to condemn the Chinese regime's persecution of Falun Gong and tried to persuade his Chinese friend to learn more about Falun Gong and not just believe the Party's slander. “You should read through all of these fliers and posters so that you understand the truth,” the Swiss man told his friend.
He then added: “I know you are practicing yoga at the moment, so think about it: If the CCP is persecuting Falun Gong today, it is very likely that it could persecute yoga tomorrow. It’s your duty to find out the truth about Falun Gong.”
An elderly Swiss woman signed the petition and then handed practitioners some money to help them print more informational materials. The practitioners thanked her for her kindness but told her that they could not accept donations. They told her that she could best support Falun Gong by letting more people know about the ongoing persecution in China. She agreed and grabbed a stack of fliers to distribute to her friends.
A Swiss girl said that she could not understand why forced organ harvesting from living people—without the use of anesthetics—was allowed to exist on this planet. She denounced the Chinese regime's senseless disregard for human life and signed the petition to show her support for Falun Gong.
Two young girls who were traveling to America to work for the United Nations signed the petition as well. They each took a stack of fliers to help raise awareness of the regime's crimes against humanity.
Falun Gong practitioners in every major city in Switzerland held similar petition drives. Some people had mistakenly believed that only organized crime syndicates in China were involved in organ harvesting. When they found out that the Chinese regime itself was the culprit, they added their signatures to the petition form to condemn the regime's actions.
One woman in the city of Winterthur hesitantly asked a practitioner: “Some people say that Falun Gong is not good. Is it true?" The practitioner explained to her that what she had heard was only the slander spread by the Chinese regime in an effort to defame Falun Gong and justify the persecution.
“Falun Gong teaches people to follow the principles of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance,” explained the practitioner. “The practice has spread to over 100 countries around the world.
“The Chinese Communist Party is deathly afraid of people elevating their morality. Why? Because people in China would then be able to discern right from wrong and have their own views on things.
“That doesn't suit the CCP, which tries to control every aspect of a person's life, including their thoughts. That's why the Party launched the persecution of Falun Gong in China to stop the practice from spreading. As a result, hundreds of thousands of Falun Gong practitioners have been tortured in prisons and labor camps, and over 60,000 have been cruelly killed for their organs.”
With this newly gained understanding, the woman immediately signed the petition. She said that she was glad to have had the opportunity to learn the truth about Falun Gong.
Another woman signed the petition and then asked if her aunt in Poland could also sign it online. When a practitioner confirmed that this was possible, the woman was delighted.
