Solemn Declaration
I started practicing Falun Gong in 1998. Prior to that, my life was miserable. I could not do heavy chores and depended on medicine to stay alive. Because of Master's salvation and Dafa's miraculous power, all my illnesses disappeared after one month of practicing. I no longer felt tired; after that everyone called me “Iron Man.” After the persecution of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) of Falun Gong began in 1999, local police came to harass us everyday. Due to my strong attachment of fear and my less-than-diligent Fa study, I handed over to the police a copy of Zhuan Falun and one exercise tape. I also fingerprinted a guarantee statement. When I heard that the CCP would do inspections door to door in 2005, I got scared and burned a bag full of copies of Minghui Weekly and two Falun Gong books. Afterward, I felt terrible whenever I thought about what I had done. I didn't regularly study the Fa and firmly send forth righteous thoughts. I also had strong attachments to fame, personal gain, and sentiment. Because of these weakness, I was taken advantage of by the old forces' dark minions and rotten demons, which had very a negative impact on Dafa. From now on, I will spend more time studying the Fa, sending forth righteous thoughts, and clarifying the truth to save more people. I will eliminate those personal attachments and human notions. I solemnly declare: “All I have done that are not in accordance with the principles of Dafa are null and void. I will cherish every moment in the last stage of Fa-rectification to steadfastly cultivate in Dafa and go home with Master.”

Solemn Declaration
I fortunately acquired Dafa in 1994. But because of my frivolous attitude toward cultivation and my attachment to comfort and other human notions, I was taken advantage of by the old forces and was illegally arrested and taken to a forced labor camp in 2009. In the camp I accepted the evil heresy and wrote the three statements because of my insufficient righteous thoughts and strong attachment of fear. I realized that I had made a huge mistake, which a Dafa disciple absolutely should not do. I was a disgrace to Dafa. I deeply regret it and feel that I am not worthy to be saved by merciful Master. I solemnly declare: “Everything I have said and written that are not in accordance with the principles of Dafa is null and void. I am determined to work harder to make up for the damage I caused to Dafa, and I will follow the process of Fa-rectification and cultivate steadfastly to the end.”
