(Minghui.org) The Tenth Division of Heilongjiang Women's Prison in Harbin is torturing Falun Gong practitioners. There are about 20 practitioners in a prison cell. All the practitioners are being strictly monitored day and night. The guards order other prisoners to write the Chinese character which means “prisoner” on the practitioners' clothes, quilts, bed sheets—even their bodies.

On the afternoon of July 11, 2012, at 1: 30 p.m., Warden Zhao Huihua, team leader Dai Ying, Wang Hong, Geng Chun, Tian Tian, Ma Ping and other guards led prisoners including Gao Fuyan, Zhang Fangjing, Xing Guihui, Wang Wei, Guo Jia, Li Dandan, Zhang He to break into several prison cells, which are located on the east side of the second floor, and drag away Ms. Cao Yingchun who was on a hunger strike to protest the persecution. The guards also searched Ms. Cao's personal items and took away Falun Dafa materials. Ms. Cao is being detained in the third floor of the hospital. The details are under investigation.

The guards also searched Ms. Li Yushu, Ms. Li Peixian and other practitioners on a hunger strike. They kicked and hit the practitioners and took away all Falun Dafa articles. The guards also forcibly shaved Ms. Li Yushu and Ms. Li Peixian's hair. The two practitioners refused to wear prison uniforms. The guards wrote the Chinese character that means “prisoner” on their clothes, bed sheets and quilts. The two practitioners were forced to only wear tank tops and underwear.

Guards Tian Tian and Wang Na, as well as Gao Fuyan and other prisoners, rummaged through Ms. Jia Shirong's clothes and quilts. They disassembled the beds, mattresses and pillows and took away all Falun Dafa articles.

Zhang Fangjing, 38, is a leader of prisoners. She instigated other prisoners to monitor and torture Falun Gong practitioners. They did not allow the practitioners to talk with each other. The prisoners followed the practitioners when they used the bathroom and only allowed one practitioner in the bathroom at a time.

On July 12, 2012, Zhang Fangjing, Zhang He, Ma Shuhua and other four or five prisoners hit and kicked Ms. Li Yushu when she was in the bathroom. They dragged her back to the cell. Similar things happen every day.

On July 16, 2012, at 10 a.m., Ms. Li Peixian wanted to use the toilet. But Zhang Fangqing did not allow it and Ms. Li had to urinate in her underwear.
