(Minghui.org) Wang Lijun, former Deputy Mayor of Chongqing City and Head of the Chongching Police Department, and Bo Xilai, former Chinese Communist Party (CCP) Secretary of Chongqing City, are both primary suspects in the CCP's live organ harvesting from Falun Gong practitioners. They obtained promotions in Jiang Zemin's group by heavily contributing to the persecution of Falun Gong, but by doing so they have also planted the seeds for their inevitable end.
In the beginning of this year, when the relationship between Wang Lijun and Bo Xilai crumbled, Bo planned to kill Wang because he had too much inside information about Bo's family. In order to save his own life, Wang Lijun disguised himself as a woman and fled to the US Consulate in Chengdu City on February 6, 2012. He applied for political asylum and handed the US many secrets related to high-ranking CCP officials, including Bo Xilai and Zhou Yongkang. Upon learning of the situation, Bo sent more than 70 police cars including armored vehicles to Chengdu and surrounded the US Consulate. This became a significant international event.
The CCP Is Falling Apart as a Result of Persecuting Falun Gong
Since the CCP took over China some sixty years ago, the Chongqing incident was the first time a vice ministerial level CCP official ran to the US Consulate for political asylum. This was a huge humiliation for the CCP, and it is evidence that the CCP is falling apart. Even CCP official are losing confidence in the party. Now, from the scandals exposed by the Chongqing incident, we can see the darkness, corruption and bloodiness of many of the CCP's high-ranking officials.
At about 11 p.m. on April 10th, 2012, the Xinhua News Agency announced that the CCP Central Committee had suspended Bo Xilai's position as Central Politburo Member and Member of the Central Committee, and that they'd started an investigation into Bo's activities. Analysts outside of China pointed out that the CCP is falling apart from within.
Chinese people have also lost confidence in the CCP. The CCP's credibility is broken. For example, when the CCP was handling the Chongqing incident, it made efforts to “dispel the rumors.” However, now, after the CCP decided to investigate Bo Xilai, people have found that a lot of the “rumors” were true. The thirteen-year persecution of Falun Gong has led to the fall of the CCP and the CCP's total collapse is just around the corner. Now, many people inside the CCP are talking about when the CCP will disintegrate and how they can sustain it for one more day. Bo Xilai moved 8 billion dollars worth of assets outside of China. This would indicate that he had already planned his backdoor escape.
Jiang's Insistence on Persecuting Falun Gong Initiated Countless Disasters
As a close protege of Bo Xilai, Wang Lijun knows a lot of Bo's secrets. In addition, Wang has collected a lot of recordings of Bo through years of wiretapping. When Wang applied for political asylum at the US Consulate, he provided a great deal of secret information about the CCP, including the military coup planned by Bo Xilai and Zhou Yongkang. During Xi Jinping's visit to the US in mid-February, the US shared the secret plan with Xi Jinping. After Xi returned to China, he supported the efforts of Hu Jintao and Wen Jiabao to deal with Bo.
Based on media reports from outside China, Jiang Zemin endorsed Bo and Zhou's military coup. Why did Bo and Zhou plan this? In order to understand the fundamental reason, we need to understand the highest taboo zone within the CCP: the issue of Falun Gong. This is the key to understanding Chinese issues of recent years.
In July 1999, when the narrow-minded Jiang Zemin ordered the persecution of Falun Gong out of his own jealousy, the other six Central Politburo members (including Hu Jintao) disagreed with his decision. The high levels of the CCP were quite familiar with Falun Gong. All of the Central Politburo members had read the main Falun Gong book Zhuan Falun and saw nothing threatening about the practice. In 1998, Qiao Shi, who has now retired, organized a large-scale survey in Beijing, Guangzhou and other locations. The survey results indicated that Falun Gong was quite beneficial to society. The survey results were submitted to the Central Politburo.
In order to obtain support from other Politburo members, Jiang exerted pressure and deployed deception. He fabricated false intelligence that the US Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) supported Falun Gong with a lot of money. Jiang Zemin, Luo Gan, and others fabricated a lot of lies such as the “1,400 death cases” to slander Falun Gong. Many people were deceived. As time went by, the Jiang regime had difficulty sustaining the persecution based on the same lies. Therefore, Jiang and Luo designed and staged the self-immolation on Tiananmen Square to frame Falun Gong and instigate public hatred against the practice. After this, the persecution was escalated with more brutality, including live organ harvesting from Falun Gong practitioners for profit.
Jiang Zemin Sued in the US
In October 2002, Jiang Zemin visited the US before the 16th CCP National Congress. When he was in Chicago, he was served with a lawsuit for genocide and crimes against humanity. He was humiliated and frightened.
After he returned to China, Jiang should have transferred all authority to Hu Jintao at the 16th CCP National Congress. Hu Jintao is the successor designated by Deng Xiaoping and isn't related politically to Jiang Zemin in any way. After the visit to the US, Jiang was very afraid of being held accountable for the persecution of Falun Gong. With the assistance of Zeng Qinghong, the military group under Zhang Wannian brought up a “special motion” and asked Jiang to remain on in a crucial position -- Chairman of the Central Military Committee (CMC). Hu Jintao was caught off guard and had to accept the special motion. Therefore, unexpectedly, Jiang stayed on as the Chairman of the CMC until 2004.
Jiang's group tied promotions, performance appraisals and bonuses to the persecution of Falun Gong. It actively promoted those involved in persecuting Falun Gong practitioners. It also promoted the Political and Law Committee Secretary of the CCP Central Committee to a member of the Central Politburo and expanded the power of the Political and Law Committee and Public Security departments. It focused on persecuting Falun Gong under the name of “sustaining stability.”
Jiang Wants to Sustain the Persecution to Avoid Accountability
In order to avoid accountability for persecuting Falun Gong practitioners, Jiang Zemin's group tried all means to keep the position of the Political and Law Committee Secretary of the CCP Central Committee. After Luo Gan retired, Zhou Yongkang took the position to continue Jiang's persecution policies.
The CCP is scheduled to hold the 18th National Congress in the fall of 2012. According to the CCP's internal policies, Zhou Yongkang will have to retire due to his age. Jiang's group needed another representative urgently. The candidate endorsed by Jiang was Bo Xilai.
In order to get his promotion, Bo Xilai exhausted all means to persecute Falun Gong. During his post in Liaoning Province, the persecution included live organ harvesting from Falun Gong practitioners. On April 20th, 2004, as the Minster of Commerce, Bo accompanied Vice Premier Wu Yi to visit the US. This was his first visit after assuming the position of Minister of Commerce. However, on this trip he was also served with a lawsuit by Falun Gong practitioners.
In Canada, Bo Xilai has been put on the monitor list of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. When people on this list attempt to enter Canada, they will be investigated, have their visas denied, or be denied entry.
Bo Xilai brought humiliation to the CCP by being sued outside of China for human rights violations. Bo has a long history of ruthlessness. During the Cultural Revolution, he kicked his father and broke three of his ribs. Many high-ranking CCP officials don't like Bo. During the 17th CCP National Congress, Bo was sent away from Beijing to Chongqing. His opportunity of becoming a member of the Central Politburo was cut off, and it became almost impossible for him to enter the Central Politburo and take over Zhou Yongkang's position.
However, Bo remained very ambitious. With the support of Jiang Zemin and Zhou Yongkang, he organized campaigns of “Singing the Red Songs” and “Attacking the Corrupt.” Chongqing saw the Cultural Revolution again. A lot of cases were fabricated against innocent people and a lot of good people were harmed. Bo also planned a last resort to secure power for himself: a military coup with Zhou Yongkang.
Humans Cannot Outsmart the Heavens
Wang Lijun ran to the US General Consulate and exposed Bo and Zhou's conspiracy. The former political star Bo Xilai and the anti-corruption hero Wang Lijun met their unexpected political end. As Chinese people say, humans cannot outsmart the heavens.
Now those chief perpetrators, Jiang Zemin, Luo Gan, Bo Xilai and Zhou Yongkang are being sued for torture and crimes against humanity in more than 30 countries, including America, Britain, Canada and Germany, for their roles in the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners.
Jiang's persecution of Falun Gong caused disasters for China and triggered the movement of quitting the CCP. The CCP is soon going to be phased out from the historical stage. The persecution will not last long. It is also a warning to those who are still persecuting Falun Gong practitioners that evil deeds will receive karmic retribution.
As for those who have been fooled by the CCP, please get to know the truth, see the true color of the CCP, and quit the CCP. You will bring blessings to yourselves.
