(Clearwisdom.net) Falun Gong practitioner Ms. Liang Cailing lives in Boyu Town, of the Weihai City Economic and Technological Development District, in Shandong Province. On February 17, 2012, at 9:30, eight officers including Zhang Weisheng from the development district's Domestic Security Division broke into Ms. Liang's home in Boyu Town, intending to arrest her. When her neighbor heard her shouting, he came over and saw that the police were arresting an innocent woman. He exclaimed, “What are you doing?”

When a kindhearted person alerted Ms. Liang's husband, he and two others hurried home. Her husband tried to stop the arrest. Because the police knew that what they were doing was wrong, and were afraid that Ms. Liang's husband would resist the arrest, one of them took out spray gun and sprayed an unknown substance into the faces of Ms. Liang's husband and the two people who accompanied him home. Their eyes and noses were immediately affected, and they kept wiping tears from their eyes.

While Ms. Liang's husband was distracted, the authorities handcuffed Ms. Liang tightly.

Afterward, as they dragged Ms. Liang across the snow-covered ground, her trousers were pulled off to her heels, leaving her wearing only her underwear.

When the onlookers began criticizing the police for their evil deed, the police officers yelled, “We are not arresting her, we're investigating something!”

Disregarding the villagers' strong condemnation, the police picked up Ms. Liang and put her into the police vehicle. They then took a computer, a printer, and other personal belongings from her home. Inside the police vehicle, Ms. Liang strongly resisted the arrest, and a police officer shocked her with an electric baton.

Ms. Liang was taken to the Boyu Police Station, where the police attempted to force her to write a guarantee statement promising to give up practicing Falun Gong. Ms. Liang sternly refused. The police later took her to the Weihai Detention Center. There has been no information about her condition or current whereabouts since her arrest.
