(Minghui.org) On October 30, 2012, Chaoyang City's State Security Brigade and Lingyuan City's State Security Brigade's Wang Guilin arrested Mr. Liu Zhifu, confiscated his car, and took him to the local detention center. Mr. Liu's home was ransacked and Falun Dafa books and Master Li's picture were stolen, as well as other personal belongings.

On the afternoon of October 30, 2012, Ms. Du Qingxiu, an English teacher at Linggang Middle School, was arrested at school and her home was ransacked. Officials confiscated five cellphones, a printer, and over 10,000 yuan. She was detained at Lingyuan City's Dahenan Detention Center in Chaoyang City and transferred to the Chaoyang City Detention Center on November 2.

Ms. Du and Mr. Liu are well-liked in their neighborhoods. They have been repeatedly persecuted and their families are very worried.

On August 20, 2007, Ms. Du was arrested and beaten and her personal belongings confiscated. She was tortured in Masanjia Forced Labor Camp for 15 months. On July 28, 2008, Masanjia Labor Camp, claiming a need to “prevent Falun Gong from interfering in the Olympics,” established a strict control team and transferred some male guards from its headquarters to torture practitioners who had been arrested in Beijing and other local areas.

Shao Yuetong, a police officer, tortured and insulted Ms. Du Qingxiu. Practitioner Ms. Liu Yanqin from Liaoning Province tried to stand up for Ms. Du. Shao Yuetong went into a rage and called in police officers, including Ma Jishan, Liu Yong, Li Jun, Wang Qi, and Yan Shiguang to assist in the torture of Ms. Du.

Ma Jishan tried to pull Ms. Du out of the cell. When Ms. Liu Yanqin witnessed Ma manhandling Ms. Du, she said, “If she leaves the cell, I'll come, too!” The police started to slap Ms. Liu, handcuffed her to a bed frame, and tied her feet. Ma Jishan slapped Ms. Du, who Liu Young had hung on the bed frame. Liu Yong ordered other guards to join in the torture. They dragged Ms. Liu to another cell, and Ms. Liu Yong beat Ms. Du.

The guards watched Li Jun torture Ms. Du. Li Jun stretched her arms and legs similar to the torture method “stretched by five horses.” Ms Du was tortured for about 5-6 hours and her entire body was injured.
