(Minghui.org) Since July 1999, Jiang Zemin and the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) have conducted a crazed and brutal persecution of the peaceful cultivation practice of Falun Dafa. Jiang Zemin's gang has used the military, the police, the secret service, the media, and other national resources as major tools in the persecution. With the Gestapo-like organization, the 610 Office, Jiang's gang has arrested and jailed thousands of Falun Dafa practitioners in prisons and forced labor camps. Practitioners have been subjected to physical and mental torture on a large-scale in brainwashing centers and mental hospitals throughout China, the goal being to force them to renounce their belief. According to incomplete statistics, Jiang's gang is responsible for the deaths of thousands of Falun Dafa practitioners, and tens of thousands have been illegally detained and brutally persecuted.
In the 13-year persecution of Falun Dafa, Jiang and his gang have implemented the policy of “destroy their reputations, ruin them financially, and eliminate them physically.” These directives have been carried out efficiently by the 610 Office and police departments at all levels. As the persecution has progressed, more brutal policies have been implemented, from “when they are beaten to death, no compensation needs to be given” to the large-scale organ harvesting from living Falun Dafa practitioners, described by Canadian human rights attorney David Matas as “a form of evil yet to be seen on this planet.”
In response to these atrocities, we announce the establishment of the “International Organization to Expose and Prosecute Jiang Zemin's Crimes in the Persecution of Falun Dafa.” The goal of the organization is to completely expose the crimes committed during the persecution and to bring the perpetrators to justice. This includes all crimes committed by the following entities: Jiang's gang; the 610 Office; the police; the state prosecutors; all law organizations directly involved in the persecution; administrators and guards in labor camps, brainwashing centers, and prisons that have been involved in the persecution; and the doctors, who, against their better conscience, harvested organs from Falun Dafa practitioners.
Fully exposing Jiang's crime and bringing the perpetrators to justice is ethical and in line with justice. It also conforms with the laws of heaven. The time is ripe. It is imperative for such a major undertaking to comply with the wishes of the people and of Heaven.
The collapse of the CCP is inevitable. Exposing the crimes of Jiang's gang is also in line with the principle that “good will be rewarded with good, and evil will meet with retribution.” In the face of such a major historical trial, everybody should state his position. Heavenly beings have mercy on people. They strive to help all people in the world know the truth and help the people of Mainland China free themselves of the CCP's evil brainwashing and poison. Chinese people will obtain peace and safety only if they clear away any misunderstanding of Dafa in their minds and quit the Party and its affiliates, the Communist Youth League and the Young Pioneers. We call upon anyone with inside information to retain and make available all evidence of the persecution, including the names of witnesses, documents, photographs, audio and video recordings, names and personal information of those who have been involved in the persecution, and the details of the crimes. For the sake of justice, for a bright future for humankind, and for the sake of all of us persecuted by the evil Party, please make the right choice during this time of historic change.
