(Minghui.org) I have seen a phenomenon among quite a few practitioners. It may not be universal, but I would like to share my thoughts.

Several veteran practitioners I know have held the same opinions toward certain things for a long time. These things include the tribulations they suffered, the conflicts among practitioners, opinions toward the coordinators, and interference in the practice. I personally believe that this is an incorrect cultivation state for a practitioner.

We practice such a great Fa and our levels should rise fast. As our xinxing improves and our hearts broaden, many of our opinions will change. We become more tolerant and our understanding of the Fa principles sublimates. We may not completely negate our previous understandings, but we begin to feel that these understandings were very limited.

If our opinions toward an issue remains unchanged over a long period of time, doesn't it mean that we have not improved on this issue? Perhaps it is time to find out what we did wrong? Cultivation is a serious matter. If you are not improving, you are going backward, which is not a minor issue.

For me, in the past I have always thought that I must have been lucky to have obtained the Fa. I do not think that way now. If I thought that I was lucky, that means I believe that a great deal of random chances were involved when I obtained the Fa. However, how could such an important thing happen by accident? If we had had a previous relationship with Teacher and had made promises to Teacher, then it must have been Teacher who gave us the opportunity to obtain the Fa. All I am saying is becoming a Dafa practitioner during the Fa rectification period is a must and not an accident.

If we just came here to obtain the Fa, then we may or may not obtain the Fa. Our true mission is to help Teacher rectify the Fa and save sentient beings. Teacher taught us the Fa and it is up to us whether we want to accomplish our missions and how well we want to do it. Teacher has done everything for us. Are we really worthy of it?

I hope we can all fulfill our vows and let our vows become a must for Dafa practitioners during Fa rectification period.
