(Minghui.org) The Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) police system has the capability of arresting people without doing it themselves. They use bribes and give their collaborators the excuse of “maintaining social stability.” These people then arrest the victims. The police also keep their promise to collaborators. They pay 5,000 yuan for each Falun Gong practitioner arrested, and never fail to do so.

Practitioner Pan Mingjie, 67, from Ligezhuang Township in Jiaozhou, Shandong Province, was posting truth clarification stickers at around 3:00 a.m. on October 5, 2012, near the township government. He was observed by patrolling officers from the Ligezhuang Police Department and arrested. He was then taken to the Ligezhuang Police Department where he was interrogated. The officers reported the case to the Jiaozhou 610 Office and the “Anti-evil Cult” Reconnaissance Division of the Jiaozhou Police Department.

Officers from the Jiaozhou Police Department and 610 Office agents took immediate action. Before sunrise, they drove to the Ligezhuang Township Police Department to investigate the case. After receiving the basic information about Mr. Pan, they went to his home in Huangjiatun Village and ransacked it. At around 9:00 a.m., the police department in Ligezhuang sent an officer (last name Sheng) to go along with a staff member from the “Anti-evil Cult” Reconnaissance Division to the Jiaozhou Police Department to complete the detention procedures. After this was completed, this staff member gave the 5,000 yuan bonus to officer Sheng. Soon after, Mr. Pan was taken to the Jiaozhou Detention Station.

Police stations actively follow the CCP orders, performing the evil deeds, for the monetary benefits. However, since the “Anti-evil Cult” Reconnaissance Division of the Jiaozhou Police Department pays 5,000 yuan to a lower level police station, doesn't the money come from taxpayers?
