1. [Jingzhou, Hubei Province] Mr. Feng Feng Severely Persecuted

Mr. Feng Feng is detained in the Fajiatai Prison in Shayang. Because he upholds his belief in Falun Gong, he was confined in a steel cage for 15 days. His family was not allowed to visit him. Mr. Feng previously weighed about 200 lbs and now weighs less than 110 lbs. He has been transferred to the Second Division of Shayang Prison Hospital for so-called “treatment”.

Mr. Feng was transferred from the Fourth Division to the Eighth Division at the beginning of 2012. The guards ordered other prisoners to tie and beat Mr. Feng because he refused to do labor.

2. [Hengshan County, Hunan Province] Ms. Kuang Zhengxiang Sent to Forced Labor Camp

Mr. Li Jianguang, 65, and his wife Ms. Kuang Zhengxiang, 60, from Chunzi Village, Jiangdong Township, Hengshan were taken into custody by officers from the Jiangdong 610 Office around September 1, 2012. Mr. Li managed to walk away at that time. His wife was sent to the Zhuzhou Women's Forced Labor Camp.

3. [Chengdu, Sichuan Province] Ms. Chang Lin Arrested on August 31, 2012 and Detained in the Xinjin Brainwashing Center

4. [Xichang, Sichuan Province] Mr. Luo Chongwen Arrested

Mr. Luo Chongwen, 64, is a retired teacher of Zhangmu Elementary School in Xichang. He was taken into custody at Haiheqiao on the morning of October 15, 2012.

5. [Raoyang County, Hebei Province] Ms. Ma Peiyan and Ms. Jun Yan Arrested

Ms. Ma Peiyan and Ms. Jun Yan were taken away by Fan Yanhong, deputy director of the Raoyang Police Department, Cui Jindian from the Domestic Security Division, and officers from the Liuchu Township Police Station while they were talking to people about Falun Gong at Liuchu Village, Liuchu Township. Their homes were later ransacked. The two practitioners were sent to Hengshui on October 15, 2012.

6. [Acheng, Heilongjiang Province] Additional Information about Mr. Zhao Yu'an and Other Practitioners

Mr. Zhao Yu'an, Mr. Zhang Baosheng, and Mr. Wang Jinyu were arrested on September 20, 2012. They are detained in the Hulan Prison. They are still wearing summer clothes and the prison will not allow their families to send warmer clothes to them. It was reported that three practitioners had been sent to other prisons.

7. [Qingdao, Shandong Province] Ms. Shi Yueying and Mr. Wang Yong Arrested

On the morning of October 15, 2012, Ms. Shi Yueying, 60, from Shazikou, Qingdao and her nephew Mr. Wang Yong were taken into custody by officers from the Shazikou Police Station.

8. [Qingdao, Shandong Province] Ms. Sun Shuying Arrested

Ms. Sun Shuying went to visit her hometown in Jiaozhou on October 6, 2012. She was taken into custody by officers from the Buan Police Station in Jiaozhou on October 6, 2012 and sent to the Jiaozhou Detention Center.

Ms. Li Huizhong from Tiexi District, Shenyang was taken into custody by police while distributing Falun Gong materials in March 2012. The police station extorted a 5,000-yuan deposit from her family. The deposit has not been returned.
