Solemn Declaration

Because of my lack of courage, I reluctantly signed the three statements during my detention in a forced labor camp. I also yielded Communist Party threats and slandered Master and Dafa. I again wrote statements attesting that I would stop practicing Dafa, and would not communicate with fellow practitioners or participate in any Dafa activities. Determined to be a genuine Dafa practitioner in the Fa-rectification period, I will take righteous actions to clear up my mistakes, do the three things well, and carry out my prehistoric vows. I solemnly declare: “Everything I have said or written that is not in compliance with Dafa's principles is null and void. I will completely negate the old forces' arrangements, study the Fa diligently, cultivate myself well, and save more people.”

Solemn Declaration

I was arrested and sent to a brainwashing center on August 29, 2011. I refused to sign printed statements even though the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) threatened to deny my two sons permission to travel abroad on business. Because of my attachments to fear and family sentiment, I did what a Dafa practitioner should not do. I, with a cunning notion, verbally promised to be “a law-abiding citizen” and accepted the Ministry of Public Security's six persecution rules against Dafa. This was a sin and the worst disrespect to Master. This incident fully exposed my faltering Dafa cultivation. I solemnly declare: “Everything I verbally admitted in the brainwashing center that was not in accordance with Dafa's principles is null and void. To make up for the damage I caused Dafa, I will do the three things well and cultivate Dafa diligently to the end.”
