(Clearwisdom.net) Ms. Xiang Li, 49, who is from Tiexi Street, Yizhou Town, Yi County, Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province, was recently illegally arrested for the tenth time on the morning of July 21, 2011. During the twelve years of persecution of Falun Gong, she has been arrested 10 times and sent twice to the Masanjia Forced Labor Camp in Shenyang City, Liaoning Province.

On the morning of July 21, 2011, Ms. Xiang was at home. Officers Liu Haizhi (刘海志), Zhou Hualai (周化来), Yang Lixue (杨立学) and Feng Weidong (冯卫东) ransacked her home and arrested her.

Ms. Xiang started practicing Falun Dafa in 1998. Through the practice, she obtained excellent health and found the essence of her life. She truly understood the meaning of thinking of others first and the principles of being a good person. She has held herself to the very strict standards of Truth-Compassion-Forbearance and has tried to be a selfless person.

However, since the persecution of Falun Gong started in July 1999, Ms. Xiang has been subject to multiple incidences of being arrested and sentenced to forced labor camps.

Around July 20, 1999, when she went to Beijing to peacefully appeal for Falun Gong, she was arrested by policemen from Chengde City, and later released.

On October 26, 1999, she was arrested by officer Wang Shuqi (王书奇) and the police from the West Police Station of Yizhou Town Yi County. She was taken to the Yi County Detention Center and detained for 15 days. After extorting 1,220 yuan from her, she was released.

Not long after the October arrest, she was arrested by Wang again, and sent to a brainwashing center for 9 days hosted by Zhandong Village.

Liu Zhanhai (刘占海), the director of Tiexi Street, Yizhou Town, framed Ms.Xiang and she was arrested by the West Police Station of Yizhou Town Yi County police department and detained there for 5 days.

On November 30, 2000, she went to Beijing to show support for Falun Dafa. The Tiananmen police in Beijing arrested her. After a one-day detention, she was sent to the Chaoyang District Detention Center for 6 days. Afterward, she was detained for 35 days at the Yi County Detention Center. Zhang Yanfu (张谚复) and Wang Dianhong (王殿洪) from the Political Security Section of the Yi County Police Department, sentenced Ms. Xiang to the Masanjia Forced Labor Camp for 2 years. She walked away from the Masanjia Forced Labor Camp with righteous thoughts.

On May 19, 2002, Wang Zhanlin (王占林) and Jiang Cheng (姜成) of the Yi County Domestic Security arrested and then detained her for 35 days at the Yi County Detention Center. She was again sent to the Masanjia Forced Labor Camp. She managed to escape again with her righteous thoughts.

Shortly after this detention, she was arrested for third time by Wang Shuqi and detained at the Yi County Detention Center for 15 days.

A fourth arrest by Wang Shuqi (王书奇) from the West Police Station of Yizhou Town Yi County police department was made and Ms. Xiang was detained for 3 days at the Yi County Detention Center in May 2003. After her release, she was arrested by Wang a fifth time and detained for 6 days and released after 500 yuan was extorted from her.

Ms. Xiang was arrested again on July 21, 2011, for a total of ten arrests since 1999. She is now detained at the Jinzhou City Detention Center.
