(Clearwisdom.net) The completion ceremony for the Luchu District Stadium in Kaohsiung City was held on January 29, 2011. Mayor Chen Ju of Kaohsiung, along with Wang Hehsiung, the chief of Luchu District, and other local community leaders, were all in attendance. The Falun Gong Waist Drum Team was invited to perform after the ribbon cutting.

The host briefly introduced Falun Gong to the audience and described how it has been embraced around the world. After the performance, several practitioners came forward to say that practicing Falun Gong was the best way to improve body, mind, and spirit. They invited the audience to learn it.
The waist drum team played three songs and wished everybody a “Happy Chinese New Year.” Wang Hehsiung, the Chief of Luchu District, praised Falun Gong for its health benefits. After the ceremony, the chief posed for photos with practitioners and joined them in shouting, “Falun Dafa is good!”
