1. [Wangqing County, Jilin Province] Mr. Jin Guoliang Illegally Sentenced
Falun Gong practitioner Mr. Jin Guoliang from Wangqing County was arrested on September 1, 2010, by officers from the Wangqing County Domestic Security Division. His van was impounded, and his computer, printer. and other personal property were confiscated. He has been held in the Zhong'an Detention Center.
Mr. Jin was illegally given a three-year prison term on December 10, 2010. He is currently in a detention center. His family is not allowed to visit him.
2. [Jiaozuo City, Henan Province] Mr. Xu Yongshan, in His 80s, Sentenced
Mr. Xu Yongshan, 81, lives in Nie Village, Yangmiao Town, Bo'ai County, Jiaozuo City. He was arrested in May 2010 as he distributed information about Falun Gong. Officers from the Bo'ai County Police Department and Yangmiao Town Police Station head He Baidao took him to the county's custody center.
Mr. Xu was transferred to the county detention center within a month and held there for ten more days before he was sent to the Xinmi Prison in Zhengzhou City for a three-year term. While being held in the county's detention center, the police instigated a death row prisoner to spray chili powder into Mr. Xu's eyes. The police also extorted 400 yuan from Mr. Xu.

Guard Li Zhongmei removed Ms. Xin Enhao's insulated clothes and trousers in the severe cold of winter because she refused to do hard labor.
Ms. Wang Gaizhen from Datong City was placed in the camp's Team No. 2, which is actually a drug rehabilitation team. The guards ordered drug offenders to monitor Ms. Wang.

We have learned that Mr. Liu Shehong was arrested the evening of December 21, 2010. Officers from the Wuhan City Police Department made the arrest. Mr. Liu was from Xianning and worked in Wuhan. He is currently in the Hongshan Detention Center.

6. [Fuzhou, Fujian Province] Mr. Zuo Fusheng Persecuted by Officers from the Cangshan Police Department
Officers from the Cangshan Police Department in Fuzhou City arrested Mr. Zuo Fusheng on his way to work on January 19, 2011. They seized his key to his home, entered, and searched it. They confiscated a computer, a printer, and other personal property. They also stole Mr. Zuo's younger sister's 700 yuan in cash. They then placed Mr. Zuo under criminal detention.

7. [Guangdong Province] Ms. Li Hongxia's Whereabouts Unknown
Ms. Li Hongxia was arrested in October 2010 for speaking to people about Falun Gong and the persecution. She was taken to the Guangzhou Brainwashing Center, where she suffer a nervous breakdown as a result of abuse and mistreatment. It is suspected that she was sent to a mental hospital at the end of November 2010.
8. [Yantai, Shandong Province] Ms. Chen Jialing and Ms. Ni Shiyan Arrested
Ms. Chen Jialing and Ms. Ni Shiyan are from Gaotuan Town, the Fushan District, Yantai City. They were arrested the morning of January 25, 2011, as they spoke with people about Falun Gong in Sunjiatuan Village. Officers from the Gaotuan Town Police Station made the arrest.
9. [Zibo City, Shandong Province] Ms. Ma Xifang's Case Submitted to the Procuratorate
Ms. Ma Xifang from the Zichuan District was arrested on December 6, 2010, as she spoke with people about Falun Gong. She has been held in the Zibo City Detention Center, and her family has been forbidden to visit her. Ms. Ma's case was submitted to the Zichuan District Procuratorate on January 7, 2011.

10. [Tianjin] Mr. Li Xiwang and His Wife, Ms. Chen Liyan, Illegally Detained
Mr. Li Xiwang and Ms. Chen Liyan are from the Hebei District in Tianjin. The couple is currently being held in the Hexi District Detention Center. Their young son has been left at home alone, uncared for. The arrest of her daughter and son-in-law was a huge blow to Mr. Li's mother-in-law. On top of that, the police extorted all of her money she had earned from selling corn. Mr. Li's mother-in-law's vision is now blurry.

Ms. Yang Zhenyu lives near the Shuangcheng Railway Station. She was arrested around December 22, 2010 in Harbin City and is currently in the Harbin City Train Station Detention Center.
12. [Mengyin County, Shandong Province] Ms. Shi Hui Arrested
Ms. Shi Hui, in her 40s, lives in Qiancheng Village, Taoxu Town, Mengyin County, Linyi City. She was arrested in late January 2011 as she spoke with people about Falun Gong in the Jinan Military Region. Monitoring devices kept tack of her movements. Ms. Shi was taken back to Mengyin on January 20, 2011, and is currently incarcerated in the Mengyin County 610 Office Brainwashing Center. Ms. Shi and her husband have a child who is a grade school pupil. Her husband teaches at the Taoxu Town Elementary School.

13. [Tianjin] Mr. Wu Dianzhong Physically Abused and Mistreated in Prison
Mr. Wu Dianzhong from Tianjin was arrested on January 12, 2009, and illegally sentenced to four years in prison. Formerly healthy Mr. Wu has been turned into a physical wreck. His blood pressure has recently reached 240 mm. Mr. Wu is currently incarcerated in the Xinsheng Hospital.
