(Clearwisdom.net) Ms. Gao Mingxia was illegally arrested by undercover officer Yue Feng (police ID: 112168) and several other officers from the Licun Police Station in Qingdao City at around 7:00 p.m. on July 11, 2010. The officers had waited outside her apartment until she returned home.

The arrest warrant was issued by the Dongshan Community Committee in Lichang District and signed by its director.

Ms. Gao was sent to the Qingdao No. 3 Detention Center.

Following her arrest, Ms. Gao's family went to the police station to seek answers. They were told that Ms. Gao was arrested because she had escaped from the police station in 2007, and her name was listed on the police station's "wanted" list.

On the afternoon of August 9, 2010, Yue Feng called Ms. Gao's husband and told him to come to the police station. When Ms. Gao's husband arrived the next day, Yue gave him a copy of the arrest warrant from the Qingdao Police Department.
