Ms. Meng Zhaohong is in her 40s and worked as a nurse in the Tahe County Hospital in Daxinganling. She is on a hunger strike to resist the persecution. She is in the 9th Ward of the Heilongjiang Women's Prison, where guards are force-feeding her and trying to coerce her to "transform."

Mr. Huo Yanhong from Xiawang Village, Wangyingkuang, Fuxin City, was falsely accused while he was riding his three-wheeled motorcycle and explaining the facts about Falun Gong to the public near a community quarter close to a railway. He was arrested by officers from the Xitie Police Station in Xifuxin, Fuxin City, and taken to the Xindi Detention Center.

Ms. Chen Shuqin, about 60 years old, is a practitioner from Qianfengyuan, Lianhua Community, the Changyi District, Jilin City. After being held in a forced labor camp in 2008, she was sentenced in 2009 to three years of imprisonment in Heizuizi Women's Prison in Changchun City.
8. [Qianguo County, Jilin Province] Additional Information about the Arrest of Mr. Lu Zhenhua
Mr. Lu Zhenhua from Badahu Villiage, Wulantuga Town, Qianguo County, Songyuan City, was arrested by officers from a local police station on August 30. He is now being held in the Changlong Township Nursing Home Brainwashing Center in Qianguo County.
9. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Lin Zhiliang and His Wife Sentenced
Mr. Lin Zhiliang and his wife from the Kou District, Lushun, Dalian City, have been held in the Yaojia Detention Center in Dalian City since they were arrested by officers from the Lushun Public Security Bureau and the Lushun Domestic Security Division about one year ago.
They were recently sentenced by the Kou District Court in Lushun. Mr. Lin Zhiliang was sentenced to five years of imprisonment, and Ms. Ji Shuying to three years.
10. [Tonghua City, Jilin Province] Ms. Wang Yuefeng and Ms. Yu Guilan Sentenced to Forced Labor
Ms. Wang Yuefeng and Ms. Yu Guilan, cleaners at a college, were arrested by officers from the Domestic Security Division of the Dongchang District Public Security Bureau on the morning of June 1, 2010. Ms. Wang was sentenced to two years of forced labor and allowed to serve the term outside of the forced labor camp after having had money extorted from her. Ms. Yu was sentenced to one and a half years of forced labor and also allowed to serve the term outside of the forced labor camp after giving in to extortion.

Ms. Tian Zhixian, Ms. Liu Lan, and Ms. Yin Fenglan from Mancheng County were arrested on the afternoon of August 16, 2010, by officers from the Mancheng County Public Security Bureau, the Mancheng County 3rd Criminal Police Group, and the Bailong Township Police Station in Mancheng County. Ms. Tian was released that night, Ms. Yin released on August 18, and Ms. Liu taken to the Shijiazhuang Women's Forced Labor Camp in Hebei Province on the morning of August 18.

Mr. Geng Guodong from Qinhuangdao City Development Zone went to the Office of Appeals on the morning of August 13, 2010, to explain the facts about Falun Gong through his personal experience. He was handed over by the Appealing Office to the Domestic Security Division of Qinhuangdao City Public Security Bureau Development Zone Branch. Mr. Geng is new being held in the Qinhuangdao City Forced Labor Camp.

Officers from the Renqiu City Public Security Bureau and the Domestic Security Division arrested Ms. Gao Jinghui, Ms. Yin Xiaoyan, Ms. Feng Suxia, Ms. Wang Qingsong, and Ms. Li Fengying on the evening of August 25, 2010. They are now being held in the Renqiu City Detention Center.

15. [Weifang City, Shandong Province] Additional Information about the Arrest of Ms. Liu Xueqin
Officers from the Zhangling Police Station in Taibaozhuang Community, the Xiashan District, went to Wanjiatun at about 5:00 a.m. on August 11, 2010; arrested Ms. Liu Xueqin and her husband (not a Falun Gong practitioner); and stole their motorcycle, cell phones, a laptop, a printer, a TV, and cash, among other items. Later the officers went to Ms. Liu's parents' home and harassed them. Ms. Liu's husband was released the next day.
16. [Gucheng County, Hebei Province] Ms. Wang Qingrong Jailed in the Gucheng County Detention Center
On the way home after running some errands in the Gucheng County Agriculture Bank on the afternoon of August 16, 2010, Ms. Wang Qingrong was arrested by staff from the Gucheng County 610 Office and officers from the Gucheng County Domestic Security Division. She is now being held in the Gucheng County Detention Center.
17. [Jixi City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Zhao Chunyan's Term in a Drug Rehabilitation Center Extended Again
Ms. Zhao Chunyan, 57 years old, is from the Hengshan District, Jixi City. She went to the Xian District Court in Mudanjiang City on November 28, 2008, to sit in on a trial and listen to the evidence against the Falun Gong practitioners. She was arrested before entering the courtroom. She was later sentenced to one and a half years of forced labor and taken to the Harbin Drug Rehabilitation Center.
While being detained there, Ms. Zhao refused to give up Falun Gong practice. Consequently she was held in solitary confinement, forced to sit on an iron chair for a long time, and denied family visits. As a result of this torture, her blood pressure became very elevated and her health became extremely poor. The authorities of the forced labor camp extended her term for an extra six months twice and denied her family visits because she refused to be "transformed" and refused to do the forced labor.

Officers from the Domestic Security Division of the Cangzhou City Public Security Bureau Xinhua Branch and the Donghuan Police Station went to Ms. Huang Xianmin's home at 13th Huajian at about 8:00 p.m. on August 25, 2010, to harass and arrest her. Ms. Huang was forced to leave her home and move from one place to another to avoid persecution.
Mr. Dou Jiajun from 13th Huajian, who was arrested on August 25, is now being held in the Yanshan Detention Center.
20. [Rushan City, Shandong Province] Ms. Cai Saiqing Jailed
Ms. Cai Saiqing, 62, is from Ruimushan Village, Fengjia Town, Rushan City. She was going to take a flight from Weihai City on August 11, 2010, to go to Shanghai to visit her relative, but officers from the Rushan Domestic Security Division and the Fengjia Town Police Staion in Rushan City arrested her in the airport. They took Falun Gong books and material explaining the facts about Falun Gong from her, and then took her home. On August 17, Ms. Cai was arrested at home by officers from the domestic security division. She was sentenced to two years of forced labor and is now being held in the Shandong Women's Force Labor Camp in Wang Village, Zibo.
21. [Shandong Province] Mr. Zhang Wenzhao from the Zaozhuang Mining Industry Group Persecuted
Mr. Zhang Wenzhao, deputy director of the Shanjialin Mine, Zaozhuang Mining Industry Group, went out on business from August 5 to 7, 2010. On his way home, he was arrested because he was carrying a copy of Zhuan Falun with him. Later officers from the Zaoxi Public Security Bureau Branch ransacked his home and arrested his wife, Ms. Hu Chuane. Ms. Hu was secretly taken to the Zibo Forced Labor Camp on August 19 for a term of one year. Mr. Zhang's whereabouts is now unknown.
22. [Kaifeng City, Henan Province] Mr. Guo Qing and His Wife Arrested
Gao Feng, an officer from the Duliang Township Police Station in Kaifeng City, pretended to repay a visit to Mr. Guo Qing a noon on September 1. His intent was to arrest Mr. Guo, who was not home at the time, so Gao arrested Guo Qing's wife, Ms. Donghua, and took her to the Kaifeng County Detention Center. Gao also took their Falun Gong books, a computer, a printer, and a DD/CD burner, among other items.
23. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Zheng Decai Jailed in the Zhuanghe Detention Center.
24. [Zhengzhou City, Henan Province] Li Xilu Arrested by Plainclothes
On the morning of August 28, 2010, 55-year-old Mr. Li Xilu from Zhengzhou City was arrested by a plainclothes officer. He had been visiting his relatives. The officer then barged into Mr. Li's home and took away Falun Gong books and pictures of Falun Gong founder Mr. Li Hongzhi.
25. [Xinji City, Hebei Province] Ms. Chen Huipin, Ms. Zhang Pin, and Ms. Zhang Xiumin Arrested
Officers from the Tianjiazhuang Township 610 Office in Xinji City arrested Ms. Chen Huipin, Ms. Zhang Pin, and Ms. Zhang Xiumin at their homes at Xiliujiazhuang Village, Tianjiazhuang Township on August 31, 2010, and took them to a brainwashing session in the Hebei Province Law and Order Education Center.
26. [Houma City, Shanxi Province] Zuo Xiaodong Arrested
Mr. Zuo Xiaodong from Houma City was turned over to police and arrested for handing out materials explaining the facts about Falun Gong in Quwo County on September 1, 2010. Seven officers from Quwo and Houma City went to Mr. Zuo's home at about 5:00 p.m. and confiscated a computer, a printer, materials explaining the facts about Falun Gong, Falun Gong books, and over 400 yuan in Chinese currency with facts about Falun Gong written on each bill. Mr. Zuo is now being held in the Quwo Detention Center.

27. [Tianjin] Ms. Hou Xiangqin Held in the Cangzhou Detention Center
Ms. Hou Xiangqin was visiting her relative's home in Qing County, Hebei Province, on August 25, 2010, when she was arrested. She is now being held in the Cangzhou Detention Center.
28. [Chenzhou City, Hunan Province] Mr. Chen Shili Arrested
Mr. Chen Shili from Yongxing County, Chenzhou City, was arrested by officers on September 2, 2010. He was later taken to Longxingshi Township, Yongxing County, where he was forced to go through brainwashing.
