(Clearwisdom.net) Mr. Lu Yougen was taken to the Tangxunhu Brainwashing Center in Hubei Province in the middle of September 2009. He witnessed the guards brutally torturing Falun Gong practitioners. The following account is based on his description.

One day, four guards prepared to "transform" me by force. When I did not cooperate with them, they sent me to a small cell for torture. As we passed a room with the door open, I saw three guards trying to force feed a practitioner. The practitioner was not cooperating with them, so they broke his jaw. This is what I saw: one guard grabbed the practitioner's hair and pulled it up, which forced his neck back slightly. Another guard pressed down on the practitioner's shoulders and did not let him move. A third guard held the back of the practitioner's neck with his left hand and used the palm of his right hand to deliver a violent strike to the practitioner's jaw. I heard a sound like "kacha" and saw that the practitioner's jaw was broken. The practitioner's lower face and mouth drooped. When the guards force fed him, he had no response at all, like a dead man. At that time, I felt chilled and very angry at the guards' outrageous actions.

At that time, the four guards escorting me shouted: "Go! Why are you watching!" When we arrived at the small cell, the guards tried to make me to betray the names of other practitioners. I did not tell them. They took turns slapping and hitting my face. I lost consciousness at some point. I do not know what happened to that practitioner with the broken jaw.
