Indonesia: "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance" International Art Exhibit Visits Bali (Photos)

At 6 p.m., the opening ceremony started with remarks from Mr. Cok Widiarsa, director of the Gianyar Regency Tourism and Culture Bureau. Mr. Widiarsa welcomed the art exhibit and commented that the art works were very beautiful and educational. "Paintings from compassionate motivation are always good as they are from the heart.

Adriaan Palar is a local businessman. After viewing the paintings, he commented that the artistic achievement of the artists is very high and the messages of the art works are very touching.


Museum manager Tjokorda Bagus Astika

Tjookorda Bagus Astika has been managing an art museum for over 50 years. The museum has a rich collection of ancient and modern art works. He said that he was shocked to learn about the persecution of Falun Gong in China from this exhibit and the persecution should be ended immediately: "As a viewer, one can truly experience the feelings of those who are being persecuted from this exhibit. On this globe, no matter for what reason, such a persecution should not exist."
