(Clearwisdom.net) On October 2, 2010, a Falun Gong Information Day was held in the city of Wilhelmshaven, Germany. Many people in the city came to learn about Falun Gong and the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) persecution of the practice by reading flyers and viewing poster boards for the first time. They heard about the CCP's atrocities of harvesting organs from living Falun Gong practitioners as well.

Some people expressed their interest in learning the exercises and asked about local practice sites. "What? Free teaching?" asked a 73-year-old gentleman. He said he had traveled around the world but never came across any free teachings.

The practitioner told him, "Falun Gong is a practice of the Buddha school rooted in Chinese traditional culture. There are five sets of exercises and the principles Truth-Compassion-Forbearance guide the practice. Free teaching is based on the principle of teaching people to be good while not seeking rewards. Anyone can learn the practice at the practice sites for free. Falun Gong practitioners do not accept donations either. All the Falun Gong books can be downloaded free from the Internet."

People also learned that outside of China, Falun Gong is practiced freely around the world. But in China, many practitioners are imprisoned or even tortured for their belief. After learning this, many kind-hearted people signed a petition calling for an end to the CCP's persecution of Falun Gong and the CCP's atrocities of live organ harvesting.
