What I Have Understood After Reading Master's Comments

October 14, 2010 |   By a Falun Gong Practitioner in China

(Clearwisdom.net) I recently read the article, "Does Casting Trigram Sticks in front of Master's Image Really Amount to Asking for Direction? - With Master's Commentary" (http://www.clearwisdom.net/html/articles/2010/9/11/119943.html) by a Taiwanese practitioner. I came to understand that only by solidly following Master's Fa can we genuinely cultivate ourselves, prevent demonic interference from our own minds and other types of interference, and walk this path well during Fa-rectification. From the so-called "Lecture Ten" (see article: http://www.clearwisdom.net/emh/articles/2003/6/6/36620.html), to false scriptures, to the fund-raising among practitioners in China, there are always some practitioners that are led and exploited by demons and some who always blindly follow and listen to others.

We are Dafa disciples in the Fa-rectification period and we know the principle of the cosmos, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance, is the standard to measure everything. We should always take the Fa as our guide, and not be misled by human mentalities such as showing oneself off or creating something that is novel. We should steadily do well the three things and offer sentient beings salvation with compassion.

Dafa disciples are one body. When I see a fellow practitioner who has gaps in his or her cultivation, I should look within. In this way, I see my attachments of showing off, pursuit, and looking at other practitioners as role models. While searching within and getting rid of my attachments, I also silently send forth righteous thoughts for the practitioner, and eliminate all the evil beings and factors that interfere with our validating of the Fa and offering sentient beings salvation. I understand that no matter if we are in Taiwan or Mainland China, we are one body and should never allow the evil to relentlessly persecute Dafa practitioners.

This is a bit of my understanding, which I have written down to share with fellow practitioners.
