(Clearwisdom.net) Recently, six women Falun Gong practitioners were illegally sentenced in Jining City, Shandong Province: Peng Jie, Yan Jinlan, Zhao Xinyan, Zhang Min, Li Fengyun, and Xu Binhai. All of them except Zhang Min are elderly.

Ms. Peng Jie lives in Hetaoyuan in the Zhong District in Jining City. She was sentenced to three years and is now in the Jinan Women's Prison.

Ms. Yan Jinlan lives in Hetaoyuan in the Zhong District of Jining City. She was sentenced to four and is also in the Jinan Women's Prison.

Ms. Zhao Xinyan lives in the Power Installation Division II Dormitory in the Zhong District of Jining City. She was sentenced to three years and is now being detained at the Jinan Women's Prison.

Ms. Zhang Min is a former employee of the Jining Power Plant. She was sentenced to three years and is now in the Jinan Women's Prison.

Ms. Li Fengyun, 69 years old, lives in the No. 2 Technical High School Dormitory in Jining City. Ms. Li was sentenced to three years imprisonment and is now being detained in Yuhuatai Prison in Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province.

Ms. Xu Binhai, in her 60s, lives in the Jining College Dormitory. Ms. Li was sentenced to three years and is now in Yuhuatai Prison in Nanjing City.

At around 6 p.m. on November 15, 2008, Ms. Peng, Ms. Yan, and Ms. Zhao were arrested by more than 10 police officers that broke into their homes. The officers, who were from the Domestic Security Division, included Wang Fei, Liu Hao, Miao Shiyan, and others. In March 2009, the three women were secretly sentenced by the Jining City Zhong District Court. On April 21, 2009, they were taken to the Jinan Women's Prison.

Ms. Zhang was arrested on December 6, 2008, by the Hongxingxincun Police Station, Zhong District Police Department, in Jining City.

On September 25, 2008, Ms. Li and Xu were clarifying the truth to local residents in Feng County, Jiangsu Province. Local police arrested them and took them to jail in Feng County, Jiangsu Province, in May 2009.
