(Clearwisdom.net) On April 22, Falun Gong practitioners from Long Island, New York, attended the awards dinner for the St. Patrick's Day Parade in Rockville Centre. The attendees, including government officials, media reporters, businessmen, dancing school teachers and other residents of the town, had a fresh memory of the Falun Gong practitioners' performance during the parade. The practitioners' emphasis on traditional Chinese culture had made a very deep impression on them.

The parade organizer issued the Best Marching Group Award to the Falun Gong practitioners. Government officials took photos with the practitioners and said they hoped that Falun Gong will come again and take part in the parade next year.
