Dec. 21

She was arrested when she was trying to have her printer fixed in a computer store. Three of her family members have died as a result of persecution.

Dec. 23

Ms. Jiang was arrested when she distributed DVDs of the Shen Yun Performing Arts show. She has been detained and beaten since. Her husband has been threatened for hiring lawyers to defend her. Colleagues who supported her have been threatened with lose of their jobs.

Mr. Tian and his family have suffered years of persecution.

Dec. 25

Mr. Chen Baihe was sentenced to four years in prison for distributing Falun Gong leaflets. He had lost sight in his left eye. But authorities denied his medical parole, citing that the prison was under quarantine because of the swine flu.

Dec. 27

Mr. Yu Lixin was sentenced to three years of forced labor over his going to Beijing to appeal for Falun Gong in 2001. In 2004, he was sentenced to five and a half years in prison for the alleged "crimes" of holding an experience sharing meeting and spreading Falun Gong materials. In September 2009, he was arrested again and was forcibly injected drugs in a hospital, where the local CCP authorities sentenced him to another four years in prison.
