(Clearwisdom.net) Five high-ranking Chinese officials have been indicted in Spain for genocide and torture of Falun Gong practitioners.
In a groundbreaking case, following a two-year investigation, a Spanish judge has accepted charges of genocide and torture in a case filed against five high-ranking Chinese Communist Party (CCP) officials for their role in the persecution of Falun Gong.
This is the first time that a court has recognized the campaign against the group as legally fitting the definition of genocide. If the defendants were in Spain, the court could call them before the judge for a hearing.
“This historic decision by a Spanish judge means that Chinese Communist Party leaders responsible for brutal crimes are now one step closer to being brought to justice,” said Carlos Iglesias, a lawyer representing the plaintiffs.
Between 2003 and 2007 fifteen victims of persecution filed criminal complaints against each of the five CCP officials under a Spanish law that enables individuals or their lawyers to initiate private prosecutions (acciones populares). Four complaints were combined into one case, the facts of which a judge from Spain’s National Court (Audiencia Nacional) has been investigating since 2006; the fifth was added later.
On Nov. 11, Iglesias received a letter from the National Court saying the charges of genocide and torture had been accepted.
Among the accused is ex-leader of the Chinese Communist Party, Jiang Zemin. Jiang is widely acknowledged as the initiator and primary driver behind the campaign launched in 1999 to “eradicate” Falun Gong. According to Chinese regime statistics at the time, an estimated 70 to 100 million people were practicing the discipline that combines slow-moving exercises and spiritual teachings.
In order to implement Jiang’s decision to wipe out the group, the country’s state-run media, security apparatus, and network of “re-education through labor camps” were mobilized in full force. Since then, experts estimate that hundred of thousands, possibly millions, of practitioners have been sent to labor camps, prisons, and thought reform classes.
Human rights groups and Western media reports have documented the systematic use of torture to force Falun Gong practitioners to renounce their faith. According to the Falun Dafa Information Center, over 3,000 practitioners are documented to have been killed, many due to torture, since 1999.
“The perpetrators of the genocide and torture will be confronted with two trials,” Iglesias said. “One of justice in front of the courts, and another, judgment in front of history, for having committed the biggest of all atrocities: the persecution of millions of persons whose only intention is to improve their ethical, moral, and spiritual qualities, following universal values.”
Also facing charges of genocide and torture in the Spanish case is Luo Gan, former head of the 610 Office, an extrajudicial agency set up to lead and coordinate the campaign against Falun Gong. Chinese human rights lawyers have compared the 610 Office to Nazi Germany’s Gestapo in its operations, brutality, and extraordinary authority.
The other three accused are Bo Xilai, current Party Secretary for Chongqing and former Minister of Commerce; Jia Qinglin, the fourth-highest member of the Party hierarchy; and Wu Guanzheng, head of an internal Party disciplinary committee. The charges against the three are based on their alleged proactive advancement of the anti-Falun Gong campaign during their time as top officials in Liaoning, Beijing, and Shandong respectively.
According to evidence presented before the court, Jia had reportedly given speeches urging lower officials to persecute Falun Gong and commended security units for their "success" in the "fight" against the spiritual practice. In 2002, he made the campaign one of Beijing's top five priorities.
A Pulitzer Prize-winning article from 2000 by the Wall Street Journal’s Ian Johnson documents how financial punishments and political pressure imposed by Wu on his subordinates led Weifang city authorities to torture—and sometimes kill—local residents who practiced Falun Gong.
Judge Moreno has spent two years investigating the case, following a Constitutional Court (Tribunal Constitucional) ruling from June 2006 that ordered Spanish courts to accept the case based on a law enabling them to exercise universal jurisdiction. This legal principle allows domestic courts to hear cases of genocide and crimes against humanity regardless of where they occur and the nationality of the defendant.
Evidence considered by the judge during the investigation process included written testimonies from fifteen Falun Gong practitioners and oral testimonies from seven. The judge also relied on reports by Amnesty International, Human Rights Watch, the Human Rights Law Foundation, and the U.N. Commission of Human Rights to reach his decision, Iglesias said.
(Clearwisdom.net) In an unprecedented decision, a Spanish judge has indicted five high-ranking Chinese Communist Party (CCP) officials for their role in crimes of torture and genocide committed against Falun Gong practitioners. The Court announcement indicated that if they are convicted, the defendants would face at least 20 years in prison and financial penalties.
In 1999, former CCP head Jiang Zemin singlehandedly instigated the campaign to "eradicate" the spiritual practice of Falun Gong. The genocidal policies of "ruin their reputations, bankrupt them financially, destroy them physically, and counting deaths due to torture as suicide," resulted in massive numbers of Falun Gong practitioners being arrested, tortured, beaten to death, and going missing. Many had their organs harvested while they were still alive, for the lucrative organ transplant trade. The other four defendants are all Jiang's staunch followers. These five defendants are the ones primarily responsible for the brutal persecution of Falun Gong.
The defendants have 4-6 weeks to reply and could subsequently face extradition if they travel to a country that has an extradition treaty with Spain. The decision was taken under the legal principle of universal jurisdiction, which allows domestic courts to hear cases of genocide and crimes against humanity regardless of where they occur.
Following a two-year investigation, Spanish National Court Judge Ismael Moreno last week notified attorney Carlos Iglesias of the Human Rights Law Foundation (HRLF) that the court had granted a petition to send rogatory letters (letters of request) to the five defendants in China with questions relating to each individual's involvement in the persecution of Falun Gong. The decisions favoring the plaintiff followed a series of submissions to the court by Iglesias and other HRLF staff.
Attorney Iglesias said, "This historic decision by a Spanish judge means that Chinese Communist Party leaders responsible for brutal crimes are now one step closer to being brought to justice. When one carries out the crime of genocide or torture, it is a crime against the international community as a whole and not only against Chinese citizens. Spain is emerging as a defender of human rights and universal justice."

(Clearwisdom.net) A large company held its annual national meeting at Bukit Jalil National Stadium, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, on the evening of November 15, 2009. More than ten thousand people from Malaysia and neighboring countries attended the event. The person in charge of the stadium granted permission to Falun Gong practitioners to demonstrate the exercises and distribute informational materials outside the stadium. Many attendees at the meeting had an opportunity to learn about Falun Gong that evening.
A practitioner who distributed materials said that there were many young people attending the meeting, and most of them expressed their understanding and support for Falun Gong. Many took materials, hoping to learn more. Some people showed interest in learning the exercises and said they would visit the website. Some had learned about the brutal persecution of Falun Gong taking place in China. They said that Falun Gong is a cultivation practice that teaches people to be kind, and everyone should have freedom of belief.
People listen carefully to a practitioner explaining facts about Falun Gong
(Clearwisdom.net) On November 7, 2009, Falun Gong practitioners from Newcastle in northern England and other cities went to downtown Newcastle to introduce Falun Gong. They set up an information booth to inform people about the practice, expose China's inhuman persecution of Falun Gong practitioners, and support 63 million Chinese people who have quit the CCP and its affiliated organizations.
From the second half year of 2008, the Falun Gong practitioners in Newcastle conduct the activities of introducing Falun Gong during weekends around twice a month. The series event not only enabled more and more local people to know Falun Gong, but also resulted in some people starting to join the practice.
On November 7, there were many people in downtown Newcastle. Many of them stopped to watch the information display boards. Some people came over to sign their names to support Falun Gong practitioners after learned about the fact.
A middle-aged lady and a few kids came straight to the table and signed the petition. They told a practitioner that they had got the Falun Gong leaflets last time. After reading it, they were eager to help Falun Gong practitioners. On that day, they came across the event again, so they came over immediately to sign their names.
Having signed the petition, a young man left the URL link of his own website and told a practitioner that information about the CCP's persecution of Falun Gong on his website can be posted free of charge so that more people could view it.
An elegant elder couple passed by the booth. Having received a flyer from a practitioner, the old gentleman said, "We are going to a Christian church. We knew that Christians in China are also suffering the severe persecution......" The practitioner nodded, "Yes, they are." The old man continued, "The current situation in China is like a big picture. Someone may see a small point (of the picture) at some opportunities. But what you should do is trying to show people the whole picture, and tell people the complete story. This is exactly what you are doing. Well done, way to go."

Greetings, Practitioners around the world!
The Sixth Internet Experience Sharing Conference for Practitioners in China has started calling for papers. I thank Master for this opportunity for us disciples to improve as a whole. The paper I submitted to the last Internet conference was not published, and I was able to find deficiencies in what I wrote. I am quite excited as I write down my thoughts. Dafa has given me so much over my ten years of cultivation, and I have contributed so little. I treasure this opportunity to send in this special and sacred assignment.
My new life starts with obtaining the Fa
I am a nurse. In 1997, I suffered from viral myocarditis. I took a large amount of medicine and went through acupuncture treatment. Neither was of much use. Finally, my family received a notice of terminal illness based on my condition. The news so shocked and discouraged a physician who had treated me that he collapsed on the floor. The president of our hospital assigned the top cardiologist to my room for a final attempt to save my life. I could vaguely hear cries. I kept calling out the name of my 2-year-old daughter. My husband kept calling my name at my bedside. I really wanted to stay alive. Only then did I know how precious life is. Miraculously, I survived despite the extreme exhaustion of my heart.
I remained bedridden in the hospital. My family took my medical records and cardiovascular diagrams to well-known hospitals in Beijing and Shanghai, but they were given no positive feedback. I was in despair and thought about death several times. After staying in the hospital for three more months, I returned home the day before Chinese New Year. The noise of fireworks pushed me to the verge of death again. None of the expensive medicine had any effect. My young mother-in-law knelt on the ground and kept praying to heaven. Miraculously, I survived again. After the new year, my family started praying to Buddhas and gods. They also looked to fortunetellers and feng shui masters for help. One fortuneteller looked at me and smiled, "You are here to save the lives of other people. You can't die." He left after saying that. I was puzzled by what he could have meant. Was that because I was a nurse? Only after I started practicing Falun Dafa did I realize that, as a Dafa practitioner, I am here to save the lives of others. I was not able to realize this because of having been immersed in evil Party culture for 30 years. I was submerged too deeply in the dye vat of humanity.
In the spring of 1998, my cousin, who is younger than I am, came to visit me. She introduced me to Falun Gong, but I declined, because I did not quite believe her. She did not give up. The next time, she brought me a copy of Zhuan Falun. I started reading the book without pinning too much hope on it. However, as I went on reading, it was like a ray of light piercing through the dark night. Without knowing it, I was sitting in the half-lotus position. The burden, which felt like hundreds of pounds on my body, was lifted. The comfort and lightness of my body was indescribable. Each word and each sentence in Zhuan Falun kept pouring into my mind. Master cleansed my body. Gradually, I was able to walk outside. Later, I went to join group Fa-study with fellow practitioners. Not only did the viral myocarditis disappear, but years of cholecystitis and neurosis were cured without treatment. My health was restored. My happiness returned. It was Master and Dafa that saved me. Smiles showed up on the faces of my loved ones. Relatives, colleagues, and friends were all amazed at the miracle. Many of them started practicing Falun Dafa. I cannot quite express my gratitude to Master in human words. Let me simply send my greetings to our benevolent, great Master in the gesture of Heshi.
Taking advantage of the work environment to solidly save people
As a practitioner in the Fa-rectification period, I am fully aware of my immeasurable honor and the responsibility that comes with that honor. To fully deserve this title of Fa-rectification period disciple, I have to study the Fa well and not miss the opportunity to help anyone who has a predestined relationship with me. Each Dafa practitioner has his or her own domain. Aren't all family, friends, and colleagues who are close to me arranged by Master for me to help save them? My life was saved by Dafa. I am to use my life experience to validate the Fa and save sentient beings. After the thought of saving other people's lives took shape in my mind, within a short period of time, all my colleagues in the section where I worked all realized the truth and quit the Communist Party and its affiliated organizations. Some even became Dafa practitioners. Through my work, I also exemplified what a practitioner stands for. The relations among colleagues also significantly improved. Just as Master said in Zhuan Falun:
"The Buddha-light illuminates everywhere and rectifies all abnormalities."
Some colleagues commented, "We have Dafa practitioners in our section; all of us are blessed and will be safe."
As a nurse I spend a lot of time with patients. I have taken advantage of every opportunity to save them. I have tried to reach out to each and every patient in my jurisdiction. I understand that they too are people with predestined relationships because Master has arranged for them to be by my side. The miracle that happened to me has not only enabled me to live as a witness to Fa-rectification, it has also provided the living miracle of validating the Fa. How can I not make the best use of each minute?
One patient I encountered suffered from severe uremic poisoning, and dialysis was costing his family a lot of money. When his condition continued to deteriorate, I brought up the topic of Falun Gong. He simply listened and did not say a word, but I saw tears in his eyes. Later his wife told me that he was too ashamed to practice, because he detoured from his cultivation path after the persecution started. I spent time after work to exchange thoughts with him. I told him that Master is waiting for each and every one of us to come back home, and how much Master endures for us disciples. Tears streamed down his face. He held up Zhuan Falun just like a child who had found his way home. Calm returned to him. Just a few days later, he checked out of the hospital. After returning home, he and his wife, who had never practiced cultivation, both became practitioners. When practitioners and I went to visit him, he radiated with energy. There was no need for dialysis anymore. His relatives and friends saw the change in him. They listened to him and quit the Communist Party and its affiliated organizations. Now he studies the Fa every day and carries out concretely the Three Things Master has asked us to do.
Over the past few years, with Master's strengthening, I have quietly engaged in saving sentient beings. Many patients with leukemia and cancer regained their health. I have lost count of how many patients with terminal illness have embraced life again. From Dafa they acquired health and blessings and have become aware of the truth. Now they, in turn, are helping spread the truth and save more people around them. I have also grown and matured in the boundless Fa.
Transcend by learning the Fa principles, and let go of arrogance and other human attachments
Before cultivation, I had a very high regard for myself and paid too much attention to saving face. I was anxious to compare myself with others and to get to know people in power or with money. I turned into someone who cared too much about petty things and had too much consideration for myself. I thought this was the strong woman I wanted to be and was exhausted in my pursuits by the end of each day. After cultivating in Dafa, I learned to look within myself, to find out if anything was wrong with me when something happened. Gradually I started removing bad things within me and my realm expanded. Master said in Zhuan Falun:
"For example, if a bottle filled with dirty things is sealed tightly and thrown into water, it will sink all the way to the bottom. You pour out some of its dirty contents. The more you empty the bottle, the higher it will float in the water. If it is emptied entirely, it will float on the surface completely. In the course of our cultivation practice, you must clean out various bad things in your body so that you can move up. This characteristic of the universe exactly plays this role."
Arrogance, selfishness, and other attachments were being removed. I felt my whole body turning transparent and clear. My mind also became clear. I have been able to care for people around me, and my family is full of harmony. Colleagues communicate well and are on good terms with me.
In 2009, I was transferred to a new section. I did not forget my responsibility as a Dafa practitioner. I had to help save my new colleagues. At first they did not want to be near me. Some told me that the relationships in our section were quite complicated and I had better not to talk too much. I did not acknowledge these non-righteous elements. In my work, I followed the standard of Truthfulness-Benevolence-Forbearance to establish my image as a Dafa practitioner. Within a short period of time, I mastered the operation of all the instruments. My colleagues were quite amazed. Even the director of our section complimented me. He said I was a great person regardless of where I was.
I understand this is the wisdom and opportunity Dafa has given to me. I quickened my pace in saving the people in our section. Soon, everyone in our section had quit the Communist Party and its affiliated organizations. There were difficulties and challenges in saving people. When I brought up Falun Gong to a physician, he immediately asked me to get out of his office. He did not hide his anger and even cursed. I was not able to take it. Tears rolled down my cheeks. My old attachments of arrogance and worrying about losing face immediately returned. I said to myself, "Who cares about you. You're on your own. You'll just have to wait for elimination." Negative thoughts kept coming up. Soon I calmed myself down. I knew these thoughts were not mine, so I started clearing them up. With the presence of Master and the Fa, I walked into his office again. I chatted with him patiently. In the end he realized the truth. He said, "Older Sister, you are really good-tempered. You were not mad at me despite my rudeness. I heard that you were really domineering in the past. Falun Gong has to be really good to have changed you to be that much more kind and polite. To be honest with you, I have noticed that since your joining our section, vitality has tagged along with you. We are comfortable seeing you here every day. Not simply because of your beauty; it's something special that you carry." I told him that Dafa indeed has changed me. It has given me life. It has turned me into someone who is willing to give in exchange for nothing.
The above are a small sample of my experiences. I still have plenty of shortcomings. My gratitude to Master's immense blessings that come with the Fa rectification cannot be described in words. All I can do is to use the precious time that is remaining to strive forward diligently and solidly carry out the Three Things in assisting Master's Fa rectification and salvation of sentient beings.

I hold a position as a government official. I was fortunate to start practicing Falun Gong in 1997. In my cultivation over the past decade, it was Master who transformed me from an everyday person to a Dafa disciple in the Fa-rectification period. I am a new life created by Dafa! Master has devoted everything to me. I cannot find enough words to express my gratitude and could never possibly repay Master. I will continue to be diligent in cultivation and will be worthy of Master's compassionate salvation. I would like to take this opportunity to report to our revered Master and fellow practitioners about my cultivation experience of doing the three things well and validating the Fa in the work environment:
1. Obtaining the Fa
I started practicing Falun Gong during a visit to my cousin when I was on leave from the army during the Chinese New Year in 1997. His wife introduced Falun Gong to me. I only read several pages at that time. After I returned to the army, my father came from thousands of miles away to visit me and brought me a copy of Zhuan Falun. He also told me about the miraculous things that had happened to him since he started practicing. I was astounded. I read Zhuan Falun in one sitting. As I was reading, I felt a pleasant, warm feeling from my throat to my dantian (lower abdominal area). I realized that it was Master purifying my body. Later, I got rid of a stomach problem. In the meantime, I found answers to many questions I had not been able to find in the past. I knew that this was what I had been looking for. In the past, I had tried to read Taoist scriptures and other qigong books. But like Master said, "Today, it is offered to you at your doorstep, and maybe you have not realized it!" (Lecture One in Zhuan Falun) I developed a deeper understanding of this through one of my experiences. I did not have a lot of connections with other fellow practitioners in the army. Most of the Dafa books and lectures were mailed to me by my family. At that time, the only book I had not read was Falun Gong. I really wanted to read that book. I had to go on a business trip to recruit soldiers in another area, and it was arranged for me to stay in the dorm of a local township government official. I accidentally flipped the pillow over and found a copy of Falun Gong and some other books underneath. It turned out that the government official was a fellow practitioner. I was so excited. Master had arranged things so perfectly, to this detail, for me to practice the Fa. It was truly delivered to my doorstep.
Through Fa-study, my heart is being purified, and my thoughts have been uplifted. I have a goal in my life now: to reach consummation. I know how to live and how to be a better person. Due to the fight training in the army, I had developed many bad habits. I followed Dafa's requirements and corrected many of them. I first of all quit drinking and playing Mahjong. My temper improved. My family environment became harmonized. When the soldiers make mistakes, I no longer yell at them as I did before. Instead I coach them and give them advice. Due to the unhealthy atmosphere, in an everyday person's eyes, recruiting new soldiers in other areas is a great opportunity to make money. I thought to myself, "As a Falun Gong practitioner, I cannot act the same as an everyday person." So I refused bribes many times from new soldiers' families. Those people were all moved by my behavior and said, "Nowadays, there are fewer and fewer people like you." I told them, "I do this because I am a Falun Gong practitioner." Because of this, I was named "Outstanding Army Official." My supervisors all knew I was a Falun Gong practitioner. They all said that Falun Gong practitioners were honest and clean living, so they sent me to recruit new soldiers many times. Every time we went to lower level organizations, I always gave them enough money to cover my expenses, and I never accepted any gifts. No matter where I go, I always follow Dafa's requirements and stay true to Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance. Due to the special circumstances in the army, we could not organize group exercise sites, so I studied the Fa and practiced the exercises with my wife (also a practitioner) at home. In the meantime, I introduced Dafa to other predestined soldiers and told them about the wonderfulness of Dafa using my own experience. I just wanted to validate Dafa, spread Dafa, and allow more people to benefit from it.
2. Resisting the persecution
Just when Dafa was spreading rapidly in Mainland China, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) launched the persecution against Dafa in1999. All of a sudden, the evil unfolded in an overwhelming way. They did not overlook the practitioners in the army either. They attempted to coerce me into giving up my belief. I refused. The officials claimed that they would send me to a forced labor camp. With my firm belief in Master and in Dafa, I continued to cultivate in an upright manner. They saw that I refused to give up practicing Falun Gong. They then arranged for my friends in the army to try to persuade me. I took the opportunity to clarify the facts to them with my own experience and was able to validate Dafa's wonderfulness and dispute the lies in the media. They all understood the truth. I questioned their absurd charges seriously, "What did I do wrong? What is the fault in following Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance?" They could not give me any answers. Finally, they decided not to send me to a forced labor camp. I realized that when we act righteously, the evil is scared. As long as we eliminate our attachments and let go of the fear of death, the evil does not dare to persecute us. We have Master. We are good people doing righteous things. There is nothing to be afraid of. Due to the CCP's policy, Falun Gong practitioners could not get promotions, so I was sent back to the local army office. When I left, my supervisor told me, "The army did not give you what you deserve." That shows that not everyone agrees with the persecution. With Master's protection, I went to a new work environment.
3. Doing the three things well
After I retired from the army and returned to my hometown to work, I followed Master's requirements and did the three things well. Every night, I continued to study the Fa and in the morning I practiced the exercises. At work, I was strict with myself. Sometimes, my manager criticized me for no reason. At first, I made sure I was being tolerant and looked inward. Although sometimes I could not always handle the criticism with ease, I was able to stay calm and understand the situation afterwards. I realized that this meant I needed to improve myself, and it was also due to interference. While I was looking inward, I also sent forth righteous thoughts to eliminate any possible evil elements. As the Fa-rectification advances, my xinxing has improved gradually. The work environment has improved as well.
Regarding clarifying the facts, at the very beginning, due to the insufficient supply of truth clarification materials, I hand wrote materials myself. Later, we saved money and bought equipment and established a family material site. My wife and I needed to support our parents and we also had two children. I was the only wage earner in the family, so our budget was tight. One fellow practitioner provided monetary support for my material site. I would like to take this opportunity to thank him. I used the fellow practitioner's money solely to buy materials. If there was not enough money, I made it up myself. Later, when we became stable financially, we were even able to provide support to other material sites. At the beginning, I did not even know how to operate a computer. My neighbor (later I exhorted him to withdraw from the CCP) happened to be good at computer technology. Although he provided huge support, I realized it was Master who arranges for the predestined people around us. Sometimes, I encountered technical difficulties. With Master's hints, they usually got resolved quickly. We went from printing single page materials at the beginning to later printing brochures and burning CDs. There are now over ten people practicing the exercises at my home. We provide lectures and informational materials for them. This way, we help alleviate the burden on larger material sites. In the meantime, based on our needs for clarifying the facts, my wife and I produced and distributed the materials ourselves. We have had a great effect. The reason why our material site has been operating steadily is mainly due to Master's protection. Additionally, we have walked on the cultivation path righteously. I have realized through my experience that when we have righteous thoughts and take righteous action, the evil does not dare to persecute us. The reason for most of the interference to our cultivation is due to our own attachments. In exhorting people to withdraw from the CCP, I started with my friends and relatives. There are eleven people practicing Falun Gong in my family. Most of my friends and relatives have quit all CCP related organizations. We have formed "one-body" in encouraging people to quit the CCP. Some are responsible for exhorting people to quit. Some are responsible for sending forth righteous thoughts. Some are responsible for publishing statements on the website. Later, I started persuading people at work. Due to the special circumstances, the evil is strong in that environment. I mainly use the third-party approach at work. In this process, Master has arranged for many predestined people to meet with me. After they quit the CCP, they were transferred. Then new people came, and they were transferred again after they quit. For those that I could not convince to quit directly, I mailed them letters to build a foundation for later. As the Fa-rectification has advanced, I have started persuading strangers to quit the CCP as well, including businessmen, garbage collectors, people who repair cars, etc. Only a handful of people have quit so far. I still need to improve in this area. I need to eliminate many attachments, such as the attachment to fear and the attachment to saving face.
Regarding sending forth righteous thoughts, besides the four set times, I also send forth righteous thoughts at 7:00 a.m. and go to work after that. At work, I send forth righteous thoughts anywhere or any time, especially at meeting times or times for large scale activities. There were several times that I remember clearly. Once, the Party secretary was hosting a Party training class. I thought I should not let the evil continue to poison people, so I sent forth righteous thoughts to eliminate the evil from other dimensions and asked Master to strengthen me. It turned out that, as the Secretary was talking, all of a sudden, he said, "The Chinese Communist Party will be disintegrated." It made people laugh. Another time, I went to the government building for a business visit. I thought, "This is a great opportunity to eliminate the evil." So I sent forth righteous thoughts. I immediately felt Falun spinning fast on my palm. I realized it was Master encouraging me, as well as reminding me of the importance of sending forth righteous thoughts and eliminating the evil. From then on, I always send forth righteous thoughts every time I see or visit important government organizations.
I was aware of the notification about the Internet Experience Sharing Conference for a while, but I had trouble getting started on a sharing article. I looked inward: First of all, it was due to laziness and my attachment to comfort; secondly, it was due to my selfishness--I often only want to receive rather than give; thirdly, it was due to human sentimentality. I always think my writing skills are not good enough. I was afraid of losing face if I didn't write well. I feel ashamed of these attachments. In fact, Master is always by my side and has been giving me hints and pushing me forward. I will learn from other practitioners and stay diligent in cultivation.

I want to share my cultivation experience with other practitioners in the world. If there is any mistake, please point it out.
Tests in the Family
Most of my tests during cultivation came from my family. At the beginning, I did not know how to look within for the root causes. When conflicts occurred, I only searched on the surface and didn't look beyond, nor did I think about my own human attachments for the real reason that caused the troubles. As a result, things kept happening that puzzled me. After continuously studying the Fa and sharing with other practitioners, I improved my understandings in cultivation, and my family conflicts subsided.
At that time, my biggest tribulation was frequently facing angry insults from my wife. She used very vulgar language to attack me and sometimes she even threatened to report my activities to the 610 Office. As a result, I had to secretly do the Three Things and tried to avoid letting her know as much as possible. For several years, my cultivation was in a stalemate. I was anxious to make a breakthrough but did not know how. When she cursed at me using poisonous words, the insults and intensity of the words almost killed me. Even our neighbors became outraged. Most of the time, I did not fight back and even before I practiced Dafa, I was usually silent when she yelled at me. Gradually, I became numb to my wife's hot temper. Over time, I formed a notion about her: "To me, she is always an unreasonable, stubborn, and angry person." I gave up on her and never expected her to change. This notion became a strong attachment, so I was not able to improve my understandings for a long time. This also prevented her from improving, and now I am so ashamed of my wrong notions. Master must have been concerned about this for years.
With this tribulation, I tried to search for the apparent reason that triggered it, but failed to see my own attachments as the cause. Cultivation is for the improvement of our hearts and thoughts, not to fix a particular incident or conflict. Master told us in Zhuan Falun, "Our school of practice directly targets one's mind."
When I was agonized by my wife's attacks, I thought: "Why does she behave like this all the time? I do not talk back and I am not angry. When will she quit?" Her mean-spirited scolding was like sharp knives cutting into my flesh. I would never forgive her. In reality, my strong notions about her stubbornness caused her to always behave that way. I did not change my notion for a long time, and, as a result, she was trapped in anger.
As I started writing this article, it suddenly dawned on me that during the past several dozen years of our marriage, I had never put myself in her shoes and tried to see things her way. Before I practiced Falun Gong, it was unthinkable to feel for her when she insulted me with her horrendous curses. But now I am a practitioner; if I still cannot have consideration for her feelings, I would be a poor student of Dafa, and my performance according to Dafa's requirements would be extremely unsatisfactory. It was a xinxing problem.
Coming to this realization, I consistently reminded myself to abide by the Fa's standards for cultivation. Master has already removed the bad substances in other dimensions for me. Recently, my environment improved and I no longer hide my activities from my wife. Sometimes she even helps me clarify the truth and distribute Falun Gong flyers.
Before, I really suffered terrible consequences due to my strong attachments. One day while I was explaining the facts about Falun Gong to a friend, my wife suddenly got ticked off. She picked up a shovel and swung it at me with all her strength. The sharp edge barely grazed me, but the back of the shovel hit my leg. Had the sharp edge landed on my leg, I would have been left with only one leg. The onlookers were horrified. I knew that Master protected me. Later, when I recalled the incident, I felt really scared. From this experience, I realized that a cultivator's attachment is the source of all tribulations. When bad things happen, we should look within for our attachments. This is especially the case when domestic disputes occur. Our family members' behavior is oftentimes a mirror of our cultivation, and our own attachments are clearly being reflected.
Once during a shopping trip with my wife, I noticed that she shortchanged the vendor. After reflecting, I realized that I also had the habit of taking advantage of others on trivial matters. When my wife is having a temper tantrum, I examine myself to see if I still have some resentment against others. When my wife gossips, I should also see if I still have issues in my speech. My family members' behavior may be an indication of the issues I still have. For a practitioner, nothing is accidental.
Doing the Three Things
I spend most of my efforts distributing informational materials to the public, and on most occasions I do it alone. I have traveled to many different places in the city and country. I have delivered flyers to the police, the courthouse, the judiciary system, other government agencies, and thousands of families. As long as I do this work with a pure mind and follow the principles of the Fa, I do not get into trouble. The quality of the materials must be satisfactory. I do not distribute any material with errors, fuzzy pictures, or blurred print. During distribution, when I maintain a calm mind, things go well. This cannot be faked, for it is a natural outcome of one's cultivation state. If I did not do the Three Things, did not clarify the truth, did not distribute flyers, and did not go through these scary experiences, my fear would not be relinquished. Master told us in Zhuan Falun, "Cultivation depends on one's own efforts, while the transformation of gong is done by one's master."
One day when I was handing out materials, a security person followed me. He asked to check my bag and I calmly refused, "You cannot." He stopped demanding to check my bag, but still refused to let me go. I got nervous and thought: "What should I do now?" This impure thought extended the harassment. He continued to question me for 30 minutes and even threatened to call the police. I realized my human thoughts and immediately rectified them in my mind. I finally regained my composure. My mind was nearly empty with only one thought: "I am here to save people!" Afterwards, the situation was resolved by a divine intervention.
When spreading the truth, if we are responsible for people's future and try to save them, Master always arranges a most suitable situation. When I first went to a condominium to distribute Dafa materials, I found to my dismay that all the building entrances were locked, so I was very disappointed. The second time I returned, the same thing happened. I did not give up and thought, "The doors couldn't be locked all the time. I am not afraid of trouble and things will change with righteous thoughts." The next time I returned, all the doors were open. I believe this was arranged by Master to test how we react to difficulties, so we can improve on our cultivation path while saving people. As long as we position our hearts in the right place and take the responsibility to help people, locks cannot stop us. Once I went to a mountain village to distribute flyers. Shortly after I began, a dog started barking, and the rest of the dogs in the village also started to bark. The villagers came out with flashlights. It was my first encounter with such a situation, but I did not panic. I kept out of their sight and continued to deliver all the flyers. It was dark, so no one really saw me. I knew Master was protecting me all the time. Master said, "just by having your heart unaffected you will be able to handle all situations." As Master's Fa-rectification is approaching the final stage, some people in remote villages still have not heard the truth about Falun Gong because relatively few practitioners live in the countryside. There are some places I do not even know about, but I knew that school students from the country came from many different places. When we deliver the materials to them, they take them home and the materials are then spread to more places. When the DVD of the Shen Yun show was published for Chinese practitioners in 2009, I went to a country school and handed them out to the students. Every time I went, I handed out at least a few dozen DVDs. Some students were very glad to get them and said, "I will watch it at home." I also went door to door to deliver the Shen Yun DVD, telling everyone that I was a promoter of Shen Yun and asking them to share it with their friends and relatives. Most of the people in the countryside were happy to receive it. I also handed out the DVDs at the bus stations and on the buses, and most people accepted the gift. Some people refused to take the DVDs, and others asked why I was handing them out. My answer was that I wanted them to see the beauty of the five thousands years of our traditional culture, and that they would have a bright future after watching the show. Most people were happy to hear this and others branded this as a Falun Gong propaganda. I usually gave them an explanation of a few words and avoided debating with them. I made sure that I had no impure thoughts. Otherwise, the old forces could have taken advantage of the situation and caused damage to our saving people.
This is my first time to write an experience sharing article, which I wrote rather quickly. With only seven years of education, it was not easy for me. When I made changes to the draft, I almost cried. Master helped me and Dafa provided me with wisdom. As I wrote, many thoughts came to me and I felt my own improvement. Writing this article has been a cultivation experience. This is what Master would want. As a disciple, I should unconditionally harmonize all aspects and accomplish my tasks. Today, I finally made a step forward. Regardless of the quality of my article, I do what Master expects us to do and thus feel reassured.
(Clearwisdom.net) I have long thought that writing experience sharing articles for Fa conferences is a duty of diligent Dafa practitioners. However, I have always had excuses. First I was busy; second, I did not know how to write; and, third, I did not cultivate well enough. I still have numerous attachments and I felt ashamed. From studying the Fa and reading fellow practitioners' experience sharing articles, I realized that writing articles is our duty, particularly for those who do not cultivate diligently, as this will encourage us to become more diligent and walk the final path of cultivation well. Now I will report what I have learned and accomplished over the years.
Obtaining Dafa and beginning cultivation
In March 1996, while a few friends and I were gathered at a restaurant, one friend mentioned a type of qigong that was very good, called Falun Gong. I did not know why, but I went to the bookstore the next day and found Zhuan Falun. From that day on, I have never left Dafa.
I began to read nonstop from the day I purchased the book. At 10 p.m. that night, I said aloud, "I will never be sick again in this life." It was true. Since then I have never had a fever or caught cold. I deeply believe this book is not written by an ordinary person: Master is extraordinary. This is the book that I had been seeking for many years. I had always believed that there had to be higher beings existing in this universe and that there were other dimensions. I used to search for such books all over China but never found one. I also read numerous Eastern and Western religious doctrines, but none of them was what I searched for. Wow, Dafa explained everything clearly--my life found a destination. I did not live in vain. I was so happy!
After I found the treasure, due to my selfish mentality, I hid the book at home and read it over and over. Six months later, I learned that there was a group exercise site at a park with a volunteer instructor. The instructor was an old friend of mine. I wondered whether he would teach me. I invited him to come and talk about business. After he arrived, he was warmly willing to teach me how to do the exercises and how to meditate. He took me to his home and treated me to lunch, gave me exercise tapes and Master's lecture tapes, etc. I felt the sky was opening. From that point on, I joined in group Fa study and exercise. Master truly picked me up out of hell.
In November 1997, I was in a car going 62 miles an hour. Suddenly the car in front of us slowed and turned to the left; our driver was not prepared. I suddenly felt like my body was becoming smaller and smaller to infinitely small, smaller than a cell. When I woke up, it was as if I was in a different world, some kind of a warehouse. I wondered why I was sitting on broken glass. After I crawled out of a window, I realized that I had been in a car accident. The luggage and the broken windshield lay beside the car. The driver was lying on the right side of the road, his face covered with blood. The car was upside down in the middle of the road. I moved my limbs and found nothing was wrong, not even a scratch. I realized immediately that a human shaped karma had been eliminated.
Before I practiced Falun Gong, my health was poor, I constantly caught cold and had fevers. When it was serious I could not even go to work. Sometimes I felt dizzy. If there was nothing to hold onto nearby, most likely I would fall down. I had to be hospitalized twice yearly, each time for 15 days. Shortly after I obtained the Fa, I had an episode of generalized pain. It hurt so much I was rolling on the ground. It felt like each cell was hurting, even the nerve endings. I was rolling back and forth on the ground, but my mind was clear. I understood that this was karma elimination, and I called out to Master, " I am not afraid, I am not afraid. Master can raise the level. I can handle the pain." I was hurting for a whole day. When it turned dark, suddenly I was well. From that point on, I never had fever or caught cold. Sometimes I felt a little uncomfortable, but with righteous thoughts, it usually only lasted for two hours. I feel I never will have illness. I have enough righteous thoughts to handle illness karma, and the old forces can no longer take advantage of this loophole.
At this point, I see fellow practitioners still not able to pass their illness test. My understanding is that it has to be lack of righteous thoughts. My younger brother also obtained the Fa before the persecution began, but he passed away last year. He did not have enough righteous thoughts, was not clear about the Fa, and his belief was not firm. Whenever he felt sick he would always want to go to the hospital, because his family (not practitioners) encouraged him to seek medical treatment. When I was held in prison, he was so scared that he converted to Buddhism. Even though he returned to Dafa later, he was still not very clear about the Fa. I personally witnessed that Dafa has a standard, cultivation is serious, and the old forces always take advantage of a practitioner who has loopholes. I cultivated somewhat and did the three things, but he behaved like an ordinary person who was doing things for Dafa.
Studying the Fa is from your own volition: nobody can push you. I normally study two chapters a day. If I am really busy I recite Lunyu by heart many times. At night when I would do the exercises and study the Fa, I would felt warm and could smell the fragrance of each cell. After studying further, I did not feel that I was reading the Fa, it felt like I was traveling throughout the universe. One time it felt like each character [word] was like a satellite, huge, and the distances between them were enormous. They were all self rotating, and each character had oceans, land, forests, and mountains on it. Dafa is truly profound. I knew that my life could no longer leave Dafa. When I was in jail in 2000, an inmate asked me, "What if several years hence you find out that you have been deceived by your Master?" I replied, "It would still be worth it. Even if my Master is not on this earth, at least I learned Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance, I learned to be a good person. I believe in Master. I will never regret following Dafa." One inmate on death row stated, "Your Master has lots of money--he has a house in American." I replied, "Even if we gave the People's Meeting Hall to Master, it would be worth it, even half of the Earth." No matter how deeply I enlightened to things, I could only tell them things like this, because I could not talk beyond their understanding.
Later that inmate and the death-row inmate began to study the Fa and acknowledged Dafa. Eventually the death-roll inmate became very diligent in studying the Fa and he was saved. A few days before his execution date, his sentenced was reduced--there was hope of life again.
Dafa guides my life, my life can never be separated from Dafa. Only with Dafa do I feel happy, my life renewed. No matter what kind of difficulty occurs, nothing can keep me from cultivating diligently in Dafa.
Cultivate mature and firm righteous thoughts
We have set times for sending forth righteous thoughts to eliminate evil. Besides the regular time, we should consciously form the habit of sending forth righteous thoughts any time and anywhere. No matter if you are having a meal, walking, or riding a bus, you can send forth righteous thoughts. When I walk, I either recite the Fa by heart or send forth righteous thoughts. I feel lighter when I walk. No matter how many, stairs, I do not feel tired. My righteous thoughts are not just something I focus on once or twice, but they are a constant natural state. I truly believe the power of righteous thoughts is insurmountable, and, as a Dafa practitioner, each of my steps forward will make the evil quiver.
I spent a lot of time driving back and forth to work. I held the wheel and thought, "This is my Fa instrument." I usually tell my car, "You did not reincarnate into a human being, but it is still your good fortune to be related to a Dafa practitioner. You also need to contribute to Dafa. Master will arrange a good future for you." One day two Party secretaries wanted me to drive them to pick up something in another city 150 kilometers away. I believe Master arranged that opportunity for me to clarify the truth. These two plus two others heard the truth about Dafa and acknowledged Dafa. Some of them even quit the CCP.
Turn the "Sensitive Days" into the evil's sensitive days.
"Sensitive Days." Whose sensitive days? I believe these are prepared for Dafa practitioners. Let everyday become the evil's sensitive days. Why is the persecution still going on? It is caused by Dafa practitioner's human attachments. Many fellow practitioners still behave like ordinary people and react to the persecution passively. They cannot maintain righteous thoughts and deeds and cannot improve and mature like others. Evil takes advantages of their loopholes and creates numerous sensitive days.
I deeply believe, in the field arranged by Dafa in the human world, that thousands of Dafa practitioners' righteous thoughts and deeds have already made it very difficult for the evil to carry out their persecution. Each sensitive day greatly reduces the evil's vitality. It is being rapidly eliminated. During this process, more and more people will understand the truth and be saved.
I am very grateful to Master and the Fa--they have granted me wisdom and enlightenment. I continue to cherish the opportunity more and more. Looking inward, I feel that I have not cultivated well. Though a veteran practitioner, I still have many human attachments, such as to a career, money, fame, fighting, and lust. I will pay close attention, use the Fa to mature, do the three things well, diligently cultivate myself, and carry out my sacred vow from the past. Master is to rectify the universe, and this is the first and final chance. I have had such good fortune to live in this sacred period of history. It is the glory of my life and all the beings that I represent. I will be more diligent, study the Fa well, walk well on the Fa rectification path, and achieve a Dafa practitioner's glory.

I started to practice Falun Dafa in 2003. During these six years of rain and shine, I have experienced extreme pain while getting rid of attachments, despair when I stepped onto the wrong path and did not know how to come back, sighs after experiencing dramatic physical and mental changes after understanding the principles of Dafa, delight for sentient beings who were saved, and also happiness for being immersed in the Fa. Thank you Clearwisdom for providing us such a platform to exchange our experiences, giving me a chance to discuss with practitioners all over the world, to find my problems and to catch up. This is also a report that I present to Master.
1. Learning the Practice
In April 2003, because I had several diseases that could not be cured for a long time, I started to practice Falun Dafa after fellow practitioners introduced the practice to me. Holding the precious book Zhuan Falun in my hands, I burst into tears. It is such a great practice and it has been spreading throughout the world for over eleven years; how come I just realized it now! I felt that I had received the Fa too late! Seeing that veteran practitioners had such good xinxing, had such good understandings towards the Fa, and were so firm in their cultivation, I admired them very much. Within three months after I obtained the Fa, I read all of Master's lectures that I could find from other practitioners. I eagerly read them and forgot to eat or sleep. After reading Master's "Touring North America to Teach the Fa" I realized that all life came for the Fa, and realized that my mission is to save sentient beings. I obtained the Fa after July 20, 1999 (when the persecution started), and my personal cultivation, validating Dafa and saving sentient all belong together. After understanding this, while I cultivated my heart, I was strict with myself. Enlightened by Master, I successfully passed xinxing tests. Every time I encountered tests in my dream, I remembered that I was a Dafa practitioner and I could pass the tests.
Before I started the practice, I had multiple diseases. After I practiced Dafa for fifteen days, I stopped taking all medicines, which I had been taking for eight years. Two months later, all of my diseases were cured without medication. While validating Dafa, clarifying the truth, and saving sentient beings, I talked to people about my own experience of curing my diseases and improving my xinxing. I told my friends and family, my colleagues and my neighbors about the miracle and beauty of Dafa, the truth about the persecution of Dafa by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and the principle that good will be rewarded and bad will receive retribution. Since my purpose was to save people, when I clarified the truth, I often burst into tears because I saw that ordinary people were lost in the maze and were fighting for fame, money and sentiment, and forgot the purpose of being human. I often had tears streaming down my face, and I wanted to tell everyone in the world that Dafa came to save us; Master came to take us home. Wake up! Do not believe the lies of the evil any more. Once I clarified the truth to one of my colleagues, I could feel the great compassion of Master, and then tears streamed down my face. My colleague also wept with me. Finally, she said, "Since Dafa is so good, bring the book to me so that I can read about it." My friends and relatives witnessed the tremendous changes I experienced physically and mentally. Six of them started to practice and also experienced the supernormal power and miracles of Dafa. All of them praised the kindness of Dafa.
I also send forth righteous thoughts during the four global set times every day. Before I started cultivating, I had neurasthenia and I could not sleep well even when there was only some minor noise. After I started my cultivation, I slept very well. I am not been woken up by noises any more. Every time I send forth righteous thoughts at midnight, in my head I could hear the sound of a clock or the sound of my home phone, which would wake me up in time to send righteous thought. It was Master who woke me up. When I sent forth righteous thoughts, I could feel that I was growing and I became an indomitable spirit.
The happiest period of time during my life was between April 2003 to January 2005. I was immersed in the shining light of Dafa, and felt a happiness that I never experienced before.
2. Running a School to Validate Dafa and Save Sentient Beings
On March 19, 2007, with the arrangement of Master, I finally returned to my hometown. On March 23, together with two other fellow practitioners, who were also my former colleagues at the school where I worked and who also had lost their jobs due to the persecution, I started an after-school program. When the banner of our school was set up, fellow practitioners were very excited and it also frightened the local evil forces. Our school followed the principles of Truth-Compassion-Forbearance, and our goal was to raise students with both ability and integrity and to spread the seeds of Truth-Compassion-forbearance to the heart of every student. Our serious attitude and selfless spirit soon won consistent high praise from both students and parents. The parents said, "Who said that Falun Gong practitioners are not good? These three teachers teach very well, and they are very patient. Our children not only got higher scores, but also learned how to behave." The students said, "Our teachers not only teach well, they also treat us well. They win our support with kindness." All the students who studied in our school understood the principle of "No pain, no gain." Whenever a new student joined the school, the students would eagerly tell him, "To study in this school, you need to follow the principles of Truth-Compassion-Tolerance; when other people give you a hard time, you need to learn to tolerate. Because when they give you a hard time, they actually also give you virtue, and with virtue, you will have a great future."
At the beginning, we only clarified the truth to the students and we did not dare to ask them to quit the CCP, because we were afraid that the parents would not understand this. However, we were quite upset to see the students coming and going with a red scarf. Those parents and students actually come to our school to be saved. After realizing this, we got rid of the fear and started to discuss quitting the CCP with the students. Those students who quit the CCP immediately made great progress. Their scores got better, and they behaved much better.
In August 2007, the evil forces, collectively with the local police and school and business departments, closed our school with the excuse that we did not have permits from certain departments. At that time, because we were lacking righteous thoughts, we did not clarify the truth to those people. We burst into tears, because the school was all we had. The three of us formed a Fa study group. We studied the Fa and improved ourselves in the Fa. We clarified the truth here and validated Dafa here. We looked inside and found that our fear had caused the loophole. After we realized this, we corrected ourselves and got rid of it. Wherever there is a problem, that is where we should clarify the truth. We sent forth righteous thoughts and asked Master to support us. Then we went to clarify the truth to the government offices, business departments, and schools. It was the first time for me to return to my former school after having left it three years before. During the whole trip, I memorized Master's Hong Yin. There was only one thought in my heart: "We are back, we come back to save you." That night when I went back to my former school to clarify the truth, there was a giant colorful circle of light above the school, which lasted for a long time. Many teachers and students witnessed the outstanding scene. It was Master, who was encouraging us.
Then we rented a new house and opened our school again. The evil forces continued to come to interfere, but our school never stopped. On July 20, 2008, the evil closed our school again. Then during the night of July 23, they arrested all three of us with the excuse that the Olympics were coming and they were assigned by their supervisors to arrest Falun Gong practitioners. In the detention center, Master's Hong Yin came into my mind:
"Imprisoned as you are,
don't be sorrowful or sad
Carry on with righteous thoughts and actions,
and the Fa is with you
Calmly reflect on the attachments you have
Remove your human thoughts

I looked inside. Was I attached to sentiment? Or did my fear cause the loophole? I sent forth righteous thoughts to clean up my human notions and all the evil factors that persecute us. I realized that I should not stay here, that this is not the place for me to stay, and I should go out to save people. When the persecutors talk with me, they should only listen to me when I clarify the truth, and I should never follow their orders. I should leave here after seven days since sentient beings are waiting for me. I must leave here after seven days. As a result of this thought, the staff, who were assigned to talk to me indeed liked to listen to me clarify the truth. They did not give me any orders, and I returned home with dignity after seven days. Looking back, I realize that I did not believe in Master and the Fa enough at that time. If I would have had the thought that I must return home that same night, then I would really have gone home that night. I was able to leave the evil place within seven days, because of Master's Fa. During those seven days, besides reciting the Fa, I sent forth righteous thoughts all the time and I did not allow any free time for me to think about ordinary people's stuff or generate any human notions. After I was released, I immediately contacted the families of the fellow practitioners to rescue them. After several days, these two fellow practitioners were also released.
3. Clarifying the Truth Rain or Shine and Saving Sentient Beings
Clarifying the truth everywhere to everyone is not only a process of saving people, but also a process of getting rid of my human notions.
Starting from November 2008, there were only five days that I did not go out to clarify the truth out of the entire eleven months. If I missed one day where I did not go out to save people, I felt very empty and upset in my heart. During the past three years, I helped at least 2,100 people to quit the CCP. But I know that it was the Fa that saved these people, it was Master who did it. Without Master or Dafa, I am nobody. I know that I have not done enough. Now, I just feel that I do not have enough time, I only ask Master to give me a little more time so that I can cultivate myself better and save more people.
Here are some of my experiences of clarifying the truth on the streets during the past eleven months.
A. Studying the Fa and sending forth righteous thoughts is the basis for clarifying the truth and saving people
All of us come from the Fa, so it is extremely important to study the Fa well, especially memorizing the Fa. I have memorized four chapters of Zhuan Falun. Whenever I encountered problems, the Fa emerged in my mind paragraph by paragraph. When I have a clear understanding of the Fa and my mission, and I have strong righteous thoughts, then I can thoroughly clarify the truth. When we send forth righteous thoughts well, then our own energy field will be pure and clear, there will be no evil interference, and people will be saved smoothly. Every day, before I go out to save people, I memorize at least half a chapter Zhuan Falun first. Then I memorize poems from Hong Yin or Master's recent lectures. Then I send forth righteous thoughts and clean up my own field, our local area and those people I should save. I send forth my truthful thoughts to all the sentient beings that I will save: "I will save you, and you must be willing to listen to the truth, and willing to quit the CCP." Then I start my journey to save people. My heart is dignified and sacred. Whenever I meet someone, I talk to them and try to engage them in conversation. If they remain silent, I send forth righteous thoughts. Then I tell him, "I sincerely hope you do well. I do not want anything but for your future to be secured." Sometimes right after I say this, I burst into tears, and they usually immediately agree to quit the CCP.
B. Maintaining a pure mind without human notions, saving people with compassion
When we clarify the truth, we need to have the correct mentality: just to save people, without any human notions. I go out every day, and there were times when I was not in a good mood and did not want to clarify the truth. Then I thought that I needed to clarify the truth even if I can only save one person. With just one person saved, all the lives behind this person will be saved. Saving one person is saving a whole universe. This simple thought motivates me to go out every day to save people. When I clarify the truth, sincere compassion comes out of my heart. Once I speak, people immediately agree to quit the CCP.
C. The thoughts of cultivators should be the thoughts of gods
The thoughts of cultivators should be the thoughts of gods, especially our first thought. Regarding going out to clarify the truth every day, my first thought is, "I am a disciple who assists Master to rectify the Fa. It is my mission to save people. No one has the right or should be allowed to interfere with this." So no matter what happens, I always go out, rain or shine. Whenever I meet someone who has a predestined relationship with me, my first thought is, "I am a divine being. I will be able to save you." The difference between a human and a god is just one thought. When I have the thought of a god, I am indeed a divine being saving people.
D. Working together as a whole body to clarify the truth, then the evil will disappear
While I clarify the truth, I've encountered many people who did not quit the CCP after other practitioners clarified the truth to them. There were also people who had read truth-clarification materials before. Since other practitioners had laid the foundation, it was quite easy for me. They agreed to quit the CCP immediately after I clarified the truth to them. When other practitioners saw me talking to these people, they stood aside to send forth righteous thoughts. If every practitioner can step out to clarify the truth, we will be united into one body, there will be no loopholes and the evil will disappear.

(Clearwisdom.net) (By a correspondent from Chongqing City) Around 10 a.m. on May 19, 2008, Jiangbei District Domestic Security agents Liang Shibin, Liu Ling (female), and others arrested Ms. Su Zebi and took her to the Yubei Brainwashing Center after ransacking her home. On June 1, 2008, she was sentenced to one year in a forced labor camp and taken to the Shabao Women's Forced Labor Camp in the Jiangbei District.
At the camp, she was placed in the Fourth Ward, otherwise known as the "Education Ward," which was established specifically to house Falun Gong practitioners. In January 2009, 127 practitioners were detained in that ward, 58 of whom were older than 60. Regardless of age, everyone was forced to "exercise" outdoors from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. for a month. Exercises included military-style marching, standing, and squatting. Practitioners were not allowed to talk or make eye contact. Prisoners detained on drug charges were assigned to watch them closely and around the clock. They were authorized to beat and curse practitioners at will. Practitioners were forced to read books slandering Falun Dafa and were forced to write reports to "correct their thinking." If they were reluctant, they were beaten and deprived of sleep. They were given little to eat or to drink while having to perform forced labor. Typically, practitioners in their 60s had to wrap more than 60 pounds of candy every day, fold 350 boxes for packing down jackets, and sew details on six pairs of pants. Whenever someone could not finish her quota, she was forced to stand upright for a long time, write a statement of guilt, or copy the prison rules.
During her time at the camp, Ms. Su Zebi suffered serious physical and psychological injuries. After she was allowed to return home on June 1, 2009, local police continued to threaten and harass her. She died on November 14, 2009, due to the stressful conditions.

She was illegally sentenced to forced labor twice, imprisoned for three years, forced to endure brainwashing sessions for several months, harassed by police officials on numerous occasions, and her home was ransacked several times. She was severely injured, both emotionally and physically.
When Falun Gong was first ruthlessly slandered by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), Ms. Miao went to appeal and validate Falun Gong in front of the Qinghai government office building. At about 10:00 a.m. on the morning of July 22, she was taken to the provincial stadium by Public Security Bureau staff. Then, she was taken back home by officers from local police station after going through the so called "registration for inspection." Since then, Ms. Miao has been continuously harassed by the Eastern City Division of the Public Security Bureau, the Dazhong Street local police station, the Neighborhood Committee, Xining Train Station Public Security Division and the security office of her former work place.
On February 8, 2000, Miao Maoling went to Beijing to appeal again for Falun Gong. When she arrived at the Tianshui Train Station in Gansu Province, Public Security Bureau staff arrested her along with ten other practitioners, and detained them in the Tainshui Train Station's local police station for a day and night. Later, officials from the Xining Train Station's Public Security Division detained her for another 24 hours. From then on, the persecution of Ms. Miao became more brutal. Her husband proposed a divorce because he could not bear such persecution, and was afraid that the CCP would take away his job and harm their children. Due to the CCP's persecution, her husband lost a promotion at the Xining Train Station, when the train station Public Security Division ruthlessly interfered and announced that his promotion was invalid because his wife practiced Falun Gong. The CCP's severe persecution caused the loss of family resources, and extreme psychological stress.
On March 20, 2000, Ms. Miao traveled to Beijing to appeal for justice for Falun Gong again. She went to Tiananmen Square to express her intentions, since the appeals office was surrounded by plainclothes policemen. However, she was arrested immediately by officers on the square, and taken to the Tiananmen Square local police station. On March 26, the manager of her workplace forcefully took Ms. Miao back to her province. Her home was ransacked, and all of her Falun Dafa materials were confiscated. On the afternoon of March 27, she was taken to the Qinghai Province Women's Forced Regulation Team (the predecessor of the notorious Qinghai Province Women's Forced Labor Camp) and sentenced for the first time, to a one-year term. At the forced labor camp, she was shocked with electric batons, suffered physical torture, intense labor, three months of military training, and overexposure to the sun in the heat of summer.
Some time after Ms. Miao was released from her first term at the labor camp, at midnight on August 27, 2002, officials from the political security office of the Easter City Public Security Division entered and searched her home. They found several Falun Dafa books, then arrested her, and took her to the Xining City Detention Center on the afternoon of August 28. On September 19, 2002, Ms. Miao was sentenced to a two-year term at a forced labor camp.
At about 2:00 p.m. on September 20 at the forced labor camp, Miao Maoling was brutally beaten by two inmates who were drug addicts. Each of them pulled one of her arms and forced them behind her back. At that time, she was on a hunger strike to protest the persecution and was very weak. She called for help as she was being beaten, but the inmates stuffed a towel into her mouth, nearly suffocating her. Three people pushed her to the ground, then two of them sat on her back so that she could not lift her head, while an inmate with the last name of Meng pulled up on her hair and pushed the towel into her mouth again. Ms. Miao could not breathe, and lost consciousness. This torture left her with a damaged trachea and persistent coughing; her chest was injured and in pain for over two months.
At about 2:00 p.m. on November 9, 2002, Xiang Jianmei, chief officer of the local police station asked Ms. Miao how she was doing. She said that the drug addicts almost killed her. Xiang replied, "It is the right thing to do to kill you."
In November of 2002, Ms. Miao was taken to the team leader's office. There were over a dozen policemen in the office. She did not cooperate with the requirement to wear a badge while being subjected to re-education through forced labor, so they used two electric batons to shock her all over her body. Then, they beat and kicked her. A policewoman with the last name of Duan kicked her hard on the right side of her back, using the point of her high-heeled shoe. Ms. Miao immediately lost her breath.
At about 2:00 p.m. on December 18, 2002, Zhang Wenjing, the political instructor at the time, forced four practitioners including Miao Maoling, Tan Yingchun, Chen Jiping and Li Yuanping to run or stand still. After that, Ms. Miao was taken to a third floor office by policewomen Zhang Wenjing and Liu Xia. Zhang forced Ms. Miao to remove her cotton coat, then handcuffed her hands behind her back. Zhang kicked her, then Zhang and Liu each used an electric baton to shock both sides of her spine for 10 minutes. Her head involuntarily struck the floor again and again, and after the shock treatment, her head was covered with bruises. Due to the electric shocks, Ms. Miao's mouth was filled with foam, the skin on her back was burned and she was in extreme pain. She was beaten and shocked to the extent that her her body was completely covered with injuries. After the electric batons lost their charge, Liu went to recharge them. Then, they shocked her ears until they were severely swollen.
From that moment on, Miao Maoling's memory started to deteriorate. At times, she experienced dizzy spells. The electric shock to her spine also injured her abdomen, causing pain for several months.

(Clearwisdom.net) Benxi City Forced Labor Camp (also is known as Weiningying Forced Labor Camp in Benxi City) is one of the main facilities the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) in Liaoning Province uses to persecute Falun Gong practitioners. Guard Liu Shaoshi and other officials from the "Legal Center" of the camp not only brainwash and torture practitioners but also force them to perform strenuous hard labor to produce products for the camp.
In recent years, Benxi City Forced Labor Camp and Masanjia Forced Labor Camp in Shenyang City, Liaoning Province, have been the two main facilities to illegally detain practitioners in Liaoning Province.
Soon after the CCP started the persecution of Falun Gong, Benxi City Forced Labor Camp received a lot of money from higher authorities to strengthen the guard, purchase equipment, and put up more buildings in order to set up a base in which to "reform" practitioners.
The building in the photo at the bottom was built in1999, just after the CCP started the persecution. It was originally built to house a large number of practitioners, but so far only the basement of the building has been used to detain practitioners while the rest of the building is used for other purposes.
The CCP has poured a lot of money into new buildings, replacing old equipment, and improving the appearance of the camp to pretend that it has improved the living conditions of inmates with "campus-style management." In fact, it is to confuse and deceive people and cover up their crimes of persecuting practitioners.
The labor camp officials treat practitioners like slaves to produce products so that they earn more money and have enough funding to maintain the persecution. At the same time, the practitioners become exhausted both physically and mentally
1. The Ball Production Workshop
Hiding behind the clean and tidy facade is a poor working environment--a ball production workshop owned by a private company is located on-site. Personnel from the camp force inmates to work as slaves to earn money for them. The inmates first have to grind the minerals into a powder, then form the powder into a ball shape, and finally put the balls into a furnace to heat them up. The Benxi City Iron Factory finishes the rest of the processing.
The workshop is a dilapidated shed. The inmates are forced to work there in three, 8-hour shifts so that the workshop operates 24 hours a day. Dust constantly fills the air. Although the workers wear two layers of masks, the dust still gets into their mouths. After inmates finish their shift at the end of the day, their faces and clothes are full of black mineral dust and even their phlegm is black.
Camp officials have complete disregard for the workers' physical conditions and whether or not they have pulmonary complications. All they do is push the workers to earn more money for them. Some practitioners who firmly believe in Falun Dafa and refuse to be "transformed" in the "Legal Center" are forced to work there, too.
2. Producing Bricks
The old buildings in the labor camp have been refurbished and now produce bricks. The playground that was there is now filled with bricks. Practitioners have been forced to work there as well.
3. Producing Benzene Boards
Benzene is a very toxic chemical substance. The environment in which benzene boards are produced comes nowhere near any standards of health and safety. The labor camp only cares about economic efficiency and nothing else, not to mention the workers' physical health.
4. Straightening Diodes by Hand
Practitioners held at the "Legal Center" in the basement are forced to straighten diodes by hand using leather boards. The diodes are provided by the Benxi City Universe Electronics Co., Ltd. The cells are delivered to the workshop during the day. A diode is about seven or eight centimeters in length. Although the diodes are washed after being removed from the plating tank, they still have sticky chemical substances on them which is harmful to the laborers' health.
Practitioners have a quota of 40 boxes of diodes per week, and each box weighs more than 10 kilograms. The practitioners have to straighten the diodes in the early morning and later are forced to take brainwashing classes. From noon to 9 p.m., the practitioners are again forced to straighten diodes. The practitioners have to earn 30,000 yuan for the camp each year.

5. Making Silk Flowers by Hand
If the manufacturer doesn't have enough work to provide to the camp, guard Liu Shaoshi has the practitioners hand make silk flowers, which are said to be exported to Japan and South Korea.

Practitioners are detained in the basement where is very cold and humid and there is no sunlight at all. Practitioners and other inmates drink tap water, which is far below the standards of health and safety requirements. In the past, camp personnel used to drink the tap water. After a few years, when they went in for their physical exams, nearly half of them were diagnosed with gallbladder and kidney stones. So now they drink filtered water. However, practitioners and other inmates are forced to drink tap water.
Before the Chinese New Year, many groups of officials from the CCP judiciary start visiting and inspecting the work at the camp. Before officials from the Liaoning Province Prison Management Bureau and the Benxi City Prison Management Bureau arrived, camp officials temporarily shut down the ball producing workshop and forced the inmates to clean the whole camp. Liu Shaoqiang also forced practitioners to clean their cells and hide all the tools related to the production of diodes so that no one could tell the cells had been used as workshops. The high level officials know the camp's tricks but they don't care at all. Instead, they carry out their inspections only for show. Liu Shaoshi has boasted, "Our unit is exempt from Ministry-wide inspections. Leaders from the Ministry of Justice, the province, and the city trust us."
This is what Liu Shoushi and other officials from the camp boasted of as "campus-style management" and "humane management."

(Clearwisdom.net) (By a correspondent from Hubei Province) On July 30, 2009, the Jiangan District Court illegally sentencedMs. Fu Shulan from Wuhan City to six years' imprisonment. Ms. Fu is currently being detained in the 3rd Ward of Fanjiatai Prison in Shanyang.
At noon on August 15, 2008, police from the Wuhan City Police Department and the Huaqiao Police Station, along with the staff from the residential committee took Ms. Fu away from her home. The police ransacked her house and confiscated Dafa books and some personal property as well.
At around 9:00 p.m. that evening, police from the Huaqiao Police Station sent Ms. Fu to the Baibuting Detention Center, located in the Jiangan Area. Ms. Fu was detained there for one year and subjected to various forms of persecution.
On June 12, 2009, the Jiangan District Court put Ms. Fu on trial. When Ms. Fu saw her family at the court, she shouted, "Falun Dafa is good!" three times. The court staff threatened, "Since you yelled three times, your prison term will be extended by three years."
Ms. Fu's family were shocked to see Ms. Fu's disfigured appearance. Ms. Fu's face was severely swollen, she was lame and there were blood stains on her hands. Ms. Fu told her family, "They detained me in a small room for a year, I never received the 400 yuan you sent to me every month, and the handcuffs cut into my flesh and caused the bleeding."
Li Arrested Ms. Li Yufen and Ms. Wang Xiaoyan and Took Their Money
During the night of October 26, 2009, Li Bing and other police officers arrested practitioners Ms. Li Yufen and Ms. Wang Xiaoyan and detained them at the Balinzuo Prefecture Detention Center. At about 3 a.m., Li Bing and the Balinzuo Prefecture 610 Office director, Hou Zhijun, forcibly searched Ms. Wang and took the key to her home. They and other police officers then broke into her home. They took her Falun Dafa books, Shen Yun DVDs, a computer, and other personal belongings.
Li Bing and Hou Zhijun used the same tactics on Ms. Li Yufen and also broke into her home. The police took her Falun Dafa books, Shen Yun DVD, a computer, and other personal belongings. Ms. Li, who was planning to retire, had borrowed more than 20,000 yuan to pay for her senior insurance. Li Bing and Hou Zhijun stole her insurance money and then went to a restaurant and had lunch.
Li Has Regularly Harassed and Persecuted Practitioners for Many Years
When the persecution of Falun Gong began on July 20, 1999, Li Bing was the chief of the Huajialaga Town Police Station. He persecuted practitioners in Shengli Village, Huajialaga Town. On the morning of July 21, 1999, he, Liu Zixiao, and others went to a practitioner's home and detained the practitioners who had just finished the morning exercises. They took many Falun Dafa books, a set of Teacher's lecture audio cassettes, an audio recorder, a video recorder, and a television. Only the television was ever returned.
After July 20, 1999, Li Bing and Liu Zixiao brought the prepared guarantee statement to not practice Falun Gong to a practitioner's home and demanded that he sign it. When the practitioner refused, Liu Zixiao beat him, and Li Bing and Liu Zixiao ransacked the home. In 2002, Liu Zixiao died a terrible death, with blood coming out of his eyes, ears, nose, and mouth. It is thought that karmic retribution often comes with committing such crimes.
On the morning of June 23, 2007, Li Bing participated in the persecution of practitioner Ms. Yang Cuixing from Balinzuo Prefecture and ransacked her home. Ms. Yang was detained at the Bayingou Town government building in Balinzuo Prefecture and was forced to be "transformed." Later she was detained in the Chifeng City Brainwashing Class for over 20 days and persecuted.
At the end of May 2007, Li Bing participated in the persecution of practitioner Ms. Ji Yunzhi. He and other police officers persecuted her to the point of disability. The police intended to arrest her and they also harassed her mother-in-law and her husband.
On August 1, 2007, at about 9 p.m., Li Bing, along with police officers Wang Cheng, Ge Zhanguang, and others, broke into practitioner Ms. Wu Guohui's home to arrest her, but they could not find her. Later, Li sent police officers to harass her relatives at their home with the excuse of checking the registered address.
On May 28, 2007, Li Bing participated in the persecution of practitioner Ms. Duan Xueqin from Sifangcheng Village. He incited Sifangcheng Village head Zou Wen and village committee member Zhang Hongqi to go to Ms. Duan's home and question her to see if she still practiced Falun Gong. They later harassed her many times.
In November 2007, Li Bing participated in the persecution of practitioner Ms. Yang Cuiyan from Balinzuo Prefecture. She had just returned home three days before after having been away working for over a year. She and her husband were on their way home from doing the grocery shopping when they noticed a police vehicle following them. The police then arrested her. They detained her in the Balinzuo Prefecture Detention Center and extorted 5,000 yuan from her. Later the police transferred her to the Baiyingou Town government building and detained her for many days.
In 2008, Li Bing persecuted practitioners more actively due to the Beijing Olympic Games. On the evening of April 25, 2008, practitioner Ms. Ji Yunzhi was on her way home from her mother-in-law's house. Li Bing and around eight other police officers arrested her. Ms. Ji suddenly had symptoms of a heart attack and she lost consciousness at the scene. Despite this, Li Bing and the other officers lifted her into the police vehicle and took her to the detention center.
When the police arrived at the detention center, they laid Ms. Ji down on the cold cement floor for more than an hour, with no regard for the fact that her condition was so grave. The prison doctor, Wang Jila, and others brutally persecuted her, claiming that they were only trying to save her. They used needles to pierce her, which caused her head and many areas on her feet to bleed. They even stabbed a needle under her nose.
During the interrogation, she shook non stop, and her head constantly hit the wall. The police grabbed her hair to drag her forward.
Although Ji Yunzhi lost consciousness, the police in the detention center still handcuffed her and dragged her out to take photos of her. Her toes and feet continued to bleed, and the handcuffs were deeply embedded into her wrists, leaving a large, permanent scar. A plainclothes police officer brutally slapped her face, causing it to swell and turn blue. Her face remained in this state for over a month.
Ms. Ji was detained at the detention center for six days. She did not drink any water or eat any food. The police force-fed her until she choked and brought all the food back up.
Because she was extremely weak due to the persecution, the police were afraid that she might die inside the detention center, so on April 30, 2008, police officers Li Guozhu, Wang Jila, and another female officer transferred Ji Yunzhi to the Women's Forced Labor Camp in Huhhot City.
In the forced labor camp, Ms. Ji again suffered from brutal persecution. She continued to have symptoms of a heart attack. She was taken to the Huhhot City First Hospital twice with the excuse of saving her life, but the hospital actually brutally persecuted her even more. Because she could not eat anything and spat out everything she ate, prisoners Bai Cuie, Liu Aiping, and Wang Aixiang forced her to eat. If she refused to eat, these prisoners sat on her and force-fed her, which caused her to faint on two occasions. Once when prisoner Liu Aiping force-fed her, she fainted. Liu Aiping then poured cold water on her to wake her up. Wang Aixiang and others tied Ms. Ji's hands to the bed so that she could not move.
When hospital chief Li Qifang saw that Ji Yunzhi refused to eat and drink, he threatened her, saying "You refuse to eat? We can insert a tube into your nose and use an opener to pry open your mouth. We have all kinds of ways to torture you. If you die in the hospital, your family members will never know the reason you died!" With the hospital's support, the prisoners tortured Ms. Ji even more unscrupulously. Prisoner Liu Aiping brutally beat her many times.
At the beginning of October 2008, Ms. Ji Yunzhi was in critical condition for the second time due to the ill treatment. She was diagnosed in the hospital with heart failure, gallstones, and other diseases. The forced labor camp had to release her.
Li Bing also participated in persecuting practitioner Mr. Chen Yanping from Balinzuo Prefecture. Under Li Bing's orders, director Liu and Zhang Guangrui from Xicheng Community Office and Liu Xiuqin from Beita Community went to Mr. Chen's home many times to harass him. They attempted to force him to write the guarantee statement to no longer practice Falun Gong.
At around 5 a.m. on June 28, 2007, a number of police officers suddenly broke into Mr. Chen's home. They searched it and then went to the shop where he worked in order to arrest him, but the police did not find him.
On May 7, 2008, Li Bing, Du Yi, and Na Shun, along with more than 10 police officers, arrested Mr. Chen Yanping at his home. They also arrested his brother-in-law, who did not practice Falun Gong. They took their computers, books, TV, and other personal belongings. The police detained Chen Yanping and his brother-in-law at the Balinzuo Prefecture Detention Center.
Mr. Chen's brother-in-law was illegally detained for almost a month. Mr. Cheng Yanping was illegally sentenced to two years of forced labor and is still imprisoned in the Inner Mongolia Wuyuan Forced Labor Camp and being brutally persecuted. His wife now has to take care of their parents and their two children on her own, and their lives are very difficult.

(Clearwisdom.net) More and more people in China are awakening to the truth and realizing that they were deceived by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) into participating in the persecution of Falun Gong, either directly as government officials, police, labor camp guards, etc., or indirectly as practitioners' family members, who in many cases may have cursed Dafa, burned Dafa books, or interfered in various other ways to prevent practitioners from following their beliefs. As a result of this awakening, the Minghui/ Clearwisdom website is receiving increasing numbers of heartfelt messages from non-practitioners who wish to publicly express remorse for their wrongdoing and announce their intention to rectify their words and deeds in the future. (Clearwisdom.net) After reading a fellow practitioner's article titled "Some Thoughts on Using Divine Powers," [editor's note: this article was not translated into English] regarding divine powers, I found that I could really relate to the views expressed. When fellow practitioners were illegally arrested and imprisoned, if they used human notions to try to overcome their difficulties it would be very difficult to stop the evil; only a divine mind can break apart the evil.
In 2001, a fellow practitioner told me that when she went to Tiananmen Square, she saw the police arrest many practitioners, but not her, because at that time she was thinking, "The police are human, I am god." How could they capture her?
When I was persecuted by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) in 2005 at the Qingyang District Hospital, Chengdu City, Sichuan Province, a few practitioners there were tortured to death. I thought, "There is no way you can persecute me." While I was there I noticed that the doctors prescribed drugs and medication according to what the police told them. So, I followed my understanding of Teacher's article, "Stop the Evil Acts with Righteous Thoughts." Regardless of whether the prescribed medication was good or bad, I would transfer all of their effects onto the police who were persecuting me. At night when I could not use the bathroom, as nobody came to unlock my handcuffs and shackles, I had one thought, "Transfer my bodily waste to the guard who holds the keys to my cell. Let him go to the toilet instead of me." One time, when I did not cooperate with the police in the hospital, a policeman began to hit me with a wooden board around my head and face, until it fell to pieces. Then he threw the broken wood on the floor and left. He was quiet for the rest of the day. Then, after dinner he returned to collect the pieces of broken wood and left again. He did not look as aggressive anymore. I believe my righteous thoughts had stopped his evil actions.
When I was sent to a forced labor camp there was a drug addict who was warm hearted and who liked to help others, but was deeply affected by the CCP's atheist culture, and could not clearly distinguish between good and bad. I told her, "Good is rewarded and evil is punished." Not only did she not believe me, she even yelled, "What are you so proud of, you are already labeled as anti-communist!" At that time, I wanted her to truly believe that there were gods right above her head. When she was released a few days later, I thought that she would still receive karmic retribution even after she returned home. Later, I was sent to the hospital for a second time after I was persecuted again. There I met the same drug addict again. She had already been in the hospital for more than forty days. She told me that she would never help the CCP to persecute Falun Gong again. When I asked her what had happened to her since I last saw her, she said, "Because of stealing, I was arrested and taken to the police station, I then tripped and fell, and broke my back. The doctor said that I might never walk again. Luckily, a Falun Gong practitioner came to visit me and told me to recite 'Falun Dafa is good. Truthfulness, Compassion and Forbearance are good.' This practitioner was a good friend of my mother, so I trusted her, otherwise I would not have recited these words."
I told the drug addict, "Some good can come out of a tribulation. I congratulate you for making the right decision." I thought, "If I let her suffer retribution, but did not help her to understand 'Falun Dafa is good,' wouldn't I have harmed her? Then there would be resentment between us. However, Master helped to solve this predicament." Think of what a sacred Dafa that we are cultivating, one cannot come to it in tens of thousands of years, there is no word to describe it. Think of the sentient beings who have been brainwashed in China; there are still so many who don't want to listen to the truth. Think of our fellow practitioners who have been practicing for more than ten years, and still can't let go of their attachments. In Zhuan Falun Teacher said,
"Except for the demons that will deceive you, nobody else will teach you and you will not be able to practice cultivation in the future. If I cannot save you, nobody else can do it."
Carefully think about this section of the Fa. Is there any reason why we don't progress with diligence and dedication in the Fa?
(Clearwisdom.net) Recently, a fellow practitioner's home was ransacked by the police. The practitioner mentioned what happened when we met and related it to a recent lack of Fa study. The practitioner was taken advantage by the old forces because he just focused on truth clarification work without putting Fa study and solid cultivation first.
About five police officers broke into the person's home. The practitioner tried to explain the facts to them, but they not only refused to listen they also forced the whole family to open all their closets for them to check. After that, the police took away all the materials related to Falun Gong and arrested two practitioners and their family members who did not practice Falun Gong.
As a result of police harassment and pressure, the practitioner signed the CCP's guarantee statement against his will. The practitioner explained that he was not able to think of Dafa at that moment. Although he was not tortured physically, he forgot about the mission of a practitioner at that most critical moment.
After this incident, this practitioner finally understood that cultivation is a serious matter, and any deviation from the righteous path is not acceptable. The practitioner was awakened by the tribulation. What Dafa disciples are doing are the most righteous things. It's too late to wake up after being persecuted. The fellow practitioner quietly examined the root causes for this persecution and found several reasons which let the evil forces take advantage of him. Some of the reasons included being distracted, being tired, only superficially studying the Fa, losing concentration while sending forth righteous thoughts, being self-righteous and not listening to fellow practitioners' advice, and issues with giving up the mentality of zealotry. He really learned his lesson from this incident.
After listening to this experience and the person's shortcomings, I found that I also had the same problems. The attachment to zealotry is a very serious problem. The reason we came to Earth was to help Master in Fa-rectification. It's the most sacred objective in the universe. How can we feel happy by saving just a few sentient beings? There are many more sentient beings waiting for us to save them. Fellow practitioners, let's purify our dimensions with our purest righteous thoughts and disassemble the evil forces that prevent Dafa disciples from fulfilling their missions. Let's spend all our precious time in saving all the sentient beings. Let's stop being self-admiring, give up our attachments so that the evil forces cannot control us, and save all the beings controlled by the evil forces. We should always remember the teachings of Master:
"Study Fa, obtain Fa,
Compare in studying, compare in cultivating,
Examine each and every deed,
Accomplishing is cultivating." ("Solid Cultivation" from Hong Yin)

Police officer Li Bing, the leader of the Public Security Team in Balinzuo Prefecture, Chifeng City, has actively persecuted Falun Dafa practitioners in Balinzuo Prefecture during the past few years. He has arrested practitioners, taken their personal belongings, and stolen their money.
(Clearwisdom.net) In my profound experience, I have realized that a cultivator can always find not-yet-removed attachments by looking inward and examining his or her mind and thoughts. A Buddha, Tao, or God is pure, embodies Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance, and does not have any attachments. Therefore, his mind and thoughts will be pure, with no attachments, and will be assimilated to the characteristic of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance.
For example, an atom of iron cannot be found in pure gold, because gold containing an iron atom could not be called pure. Any iron atoms in the gold must be removed. They did not come from the gold component, because gold is gold.
Similarly, if a practitioner's thoughts contains certain attachments, then these attachments must exist in the practitioner's mind, as they cannot emerge from the part assimilated to the Fa (any thought found in the portion assimilated to the Fa certainly conforms to the Fa). Thus, a practitioner can always find attachments by looking inward and examining his or her mind and thoughts.
Two specific examples can illustrate this point. One example is that when I watch good food programs on TV, I suddenly want to try the food. I know that this thought to eat is not coming from the part of the Fa assimilated during my cultivation. Instead, it is from the not-yet-removed attachment to food that is being reflected into my mind. Because of this, I can easily see that I still have an attachment to food.
Another example is that I used to love looking in the mirror and never missed any chance to look at myself in a mirror. Then I realized that my desire to look in the mirror was not from the part of the Fa assimilated during my cultivation. Instead, it resulted from my attachments to lust and self-love that blended together and reflected in my thoughts. Thus, I found more attachments.
These attachments are not the real me; they are independent-minded. They issue orders to the human body. They are "the iron atom mixed into the gold." They do not conform to the characteristic of the universe, and they also create karma that may eventually lead to physical tribulations for cultivators. These attachments are pollutants. They must be eliminated, as the new universe created after the Fa-rectification will not allow their existence.
An attachment is manifested through a practitioner's mind, thoughts, and actions. As long as practitioners pay attention to their mind and thoughts and measure them against the Fa, they can recognize the source of their thoughts. Then, they can easily detect, reject, and eliminate the hidden, not-yet-removed attachments.
