(Clearwisdom.net) (Correspondent from Shandong) The Shandong No. 2 Forced Labor Camp, formerly known as the Wangcun Forced Labor Camp, uses brutal torture methods on Falun Gong practitioners. Officers Luo Guangrong, Li Gongming and Wang Xinjiang are the key persecutors in the labor camp. The cases in this report are only a small portion of the numerous cases of persecution at this labor camp.

Case No. 1 - Mr. Huang Futang, 58, a retired train driver at the Zibo Railway Section

Between September 2 and September 10, 2009, officer Li Gongming instigated Zhao Qidong and other inmates who were assigned to watch Mr. Huang, to try to force him to give up practicing Falun Gong and to write the so-called guarantee statements. The inmates took turns watching Mr. Huang, and did not allow him to sleep for 180 consecutive hours while he had a fever. The police did not even permit him to take a nap. Mr. Huang was steadfast and refused to give up his practice of Falun Gong.

Case No. 2 - Mr. Gao Hong, former employee of Qilu Petrochemistry in Zibo City

Mr. Gao has been on a hunger strike since June 10, 2009 to protest the persecution. He is extremely thin and has difficulty walking. One time when he went to the bathroom he collapsed.

Case No. 3 - Mr. Li Gang, a resident of Xuecheng District, Zaozhuang City.

Mr. Li is disabled with a severely deformed spine and a stiff neck. His hearing is impaired as well. Because he declared that he wanted to start practicing Falun Gong again, he was brutally beaten by Luo Guangrong and Wang Xinjiang, officers of the Seventh Division of the labor camp. The officers used a wooden baton to beat his hands, which made them severely swollen. They hit and kicked him before they handcuffed him and hung him up in the bathroom for eight straight nights, but Mr. Li did not submit to the police brutality.

Case No. 4 - Mr. Zheng Mingxin from Heze City

The forced labor camp recently took an order from Honglin Electronics Ltd., Inc. to make computer data cables. Since the soldering section of the production line had toxic emissions, Mr. Zheng refused to work in the harmful environment. He was threatened by officer Luo Guangrong, who forbade him to reveal the situation to any outsiders. On September 23, 2009, Luo forced Mr. Zheng again to work on the production line and Mr. Zheng refused. Luo took Mr. Zheng to the office and began to hit and kick him. He hit Mr. Zheng six times with the sole of his shoe and then slapped him four times with his hands. The officer also searched Mr. Zheng's body and found some Falun Gong materials so he videotaped Mr. Zheng and threatened to extend his term.

Case No. 5 - Mr. Sun Jiawen from Linyi City

Mr. Sun refused to take part in a police roll call, so officer Wang Xinjiang instigated inmates to drag him out of the cell to force him to participate but Mr. Sun refused. Officer Luo Guangrong then dragged him to the office and hit and kicked him along with another officer Gao Chengwei, who slapped Mr. Sun in the face with a wooden ruler until the ruler broke. His face was covered with blood and swollen, and his eyes were black and blue. Mr. Sun was then hung up in the bathroom throughout the night. The officers were afraid that Mr. Sun might expose their brutality so they locked him in solitary confinement for a week until the wounds on his body and face healed.

Case No. 6 - Mr. Qiao Baoming from Binzhou City

Mr. Qiao went on a hunger strike to protest the persecution. To punish him officers Gao Chengwei, Wang Xinjiang and Luo Guangrong hit and kicked him, and poured cold water over his body. Gao Chengwei grabbed Mr. Qiao by the hair and smashed his head against the wall, then kicked him in his abdomen. Afterwards he instigated inmates Li Jin, Liu Decai, Zhang Xinhua and others to drag Mr. Qiao to do force-feeding. Mr. Qiao refused to cooperate with the force-feeding so they handcuffed his hands, forced him onto a chair and tried to pry his mouth open. Mr. Qiao still would not cooperate. Inmates Liu Decai and Zhang Xinhua then grabbed Mr. Qiao's handcuffs and twisted his arms to make him suffer. Mr. Qiao's mouth was covered with blood from the prying. They forced a tube into his mouth and injured his throat. Mr. Qiao coughed a lot of blood as a result.
