(Clearwisdom.net) September 6 and 7 marked the Moscow City Festival. Local practitioners participated in the celebration to promote Falun Gong.

This holiday celebration, which took place in a beautiful park, featured all kinds of cultural displays and performances. Practitioners demonstrated the five exercises, performed traditional Chinese dances (Lotus Flower and Fan Dance), and played the waist drums. Their performances attracted many tourists, some of whom learned the Falun Gong exercises with great interest.

The practitioners also prepared a work table to show people how to fold lotus flowers. The table was always surrounded by those eager to learn. As they showed people the technique of paper folding, the practitioners told them that the flowers symbolize purity. The practitioners said they wanted to send a distinct message with these flowers: "The world needs Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance; please help us end the persecution of followers of this great principle."

From 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., practitioners distributed several thousand leaflets and brochures that explained the truth about Falun Gong.

Many visitors said to the practitioners, "Thank you, thank you so much!"
