(Clearwisdom.net) On the morning of August 16, 2008, a rally was held in Starkville, Mississippi to support the Chinese people who have quit the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and its affiliated organizations. The rally also exposed the CCP's persecution of Falun Gong. The rally attendees held banners worded, "The CCP is Disintegrating! Are You Ready?" "Supporting 41 Million Chinese Quitting the CCP and its Affiliated Organizations," and "The CCP Kills 80 Million Chinese People." Also on display was a reenactment of the CCP's torture means and organ harvesting from living Falun Gong practitioners. WCBI TV Station covered the event and interviewed the attendees.

WCBI TV reported that the Global Service Center for Quitting the CCP and Friends of Falun Gong held a protest in Mississippi State. The organizers said thousands of people each year are persecuted for voicing their beliefs. Most of the captured are imprisoned, and organs from many of them are harvested and sold. While the Olympics are giving China plenty of media coverage, this group of faculty and students want people to be aware that serious injustices continue in China each day.

WCBI TV interviewed Ms. Liu, who said, "Now in China we have the Olympic Games. They look very beautiful. But actually behind the scenes, there are many people being tortured. We have evidence coming from China. We are informing people about the two sides of the communist party."

The TV report also showed footage of the banners and reenactment of the CCP's torture means, including hanging, beating, and locking in iron cages, and organ removal from living practitioners.
