1. [Chengde City, Hebei Province] Police Arrest Several Practitioners
Personnel from the Chengde City Police Department arrested several practitioners on July 13, 2008. They were: Ms. Li Chunfang; Ms. Zhang Aimin; Ms. Fu Ying; Mr. Li Tang; Ms. Zou Ruiqin; Ms. Guo Shuhua; Ms. Wang Yuhua; Mr. Zuo Shougang and his wife, Ms. Han Sufen; Ms. Guo Suyun; and an elderly woman.
2. [Shulan City, Jilin Province] Ms. Wang Arrested
Six officers from the Ping'an Police Station arrested 60-year-old Ms. Wang at 10:00 a.m. on July 14, 2008.
3. [Xuchang City, Henan Province] Four Practitioners Arrested
Personnel from the Weidu District Police Department arrested Ms. Fan Jinzhi, Ms. Jinhua, Ms. Liu Jinfeng and another elderly practitioner on the morning of July 11, 2008. Police ransacked their homes. Ms. Fan and the elderly practitioner have been released.

6. [Changyi County, Shandong Province] Police Arrested Thirteen Practitioners
Policemen from Changyi County arrested about 13 practitioners at 6:00 a.m. on July 8, 2008.
7. [Shuangpai County, Hunan Province] Ms. Peng Shunying in Critical Condition
Personnel from the Shuangpai Police Station arrested Ms. Peng Shunying from Shuangpai County and took her to the county detention center in May 2008. Detention center guards attempted to have Ms. Peng sent to Baimalong Forced Labor Camp in Zhuzhou City, but camp authorities refused to admit her. She was tortured her in the detention center until she was in critical condition. She has been taken to a hospital.
8. [Jingshan City, Hubei Province] Two Practitioners Arrested
Personnel from the Jingshan Domestic Security Division in Huei Province ransacked two practitioners' homes and confiscated many items on the night of July 14, 2008. They arrested the two the next day.
9. [Hejian City, Hebei Province] Seventeen Practitioners Arrested
Seventeen practitioners from Bianbian Village, Hejian City, held an experience sharing meeting at 4:00 p.m. on July 15, 2008. Someone reported them, and the police arrested everyone and ransacked the meeting site. The police confiscated a computer and some Dafa books.

11. [Qingyuan County, Hebei Province] Several Practitioners Arrested
Mr. Li Shuangquan from Beiduanzhuang and Mr. Wang Dongliang from Beligezhuang in Lizhuang Township, Qingyuan County, were arrested in Beiduanzhuang Village at 10:00 a.m. on July 15, 2008.
Mr. Wang Tongren, Ms. Cui Yanru, and Mr. Wang Daxing from the village were arrested on July 14, 2008. Mr. Wang Daxing is being held in the county brainwashing center. Ms. Cui and Mr. Wang Tongren are being held in the county detention center.
12. [Huai'an City, Jiangsu Province] Police Ransack Mr. Dai Mingxuan's Home
Four policemen from Huai'an City including Chang Shulin ransacked Mr. Dai Mingxuan's home at 10:50 a.m. on July 15, 2008. They confiscated a VCD player, several copies of the "Minghui Weekly," a set of Master's lecture CDs, and 50 yuan cash.
13. [Handan City, Hebei Province] Ms. Zhang Fengqin Arrested
Personnel from the Congtaixi Police Station arrested 45-year-old Ms. Zhang Fengqin from Handan City on the morning of July 14, 2008. They confiscated a computer and a printer.

14. [Jilin City, Jilin Province] Mr. Zhou Zhengyi from the Huangshan Community in the Longtan District Arrested on the Afternoon of July 14, 2008
15. [Wangqing County, Jilin Province] Ms. Yan Caixia Arrested
Police arrested Ms. Yan Caixia from her job in Wangqing County on the afternoon of July 10, 2008, and later ransacked her home. Ms. Yan's family requested her release, but the police declared they would sentence her to one and a half years of forced labor and would send her away on July 17, 2008.
16. [Gaomi City, Shandong Province] Two Practitioners Harassed
Personnel from the Zhugou Town Police Station in Gaomi City broke into Ms. Tian Xiying's home in Majiazhuang Village on July 9, 2008. They arrested her and took her to the city detention center.
The police also harassed Ms. Qiao Yulan at her home on July 9, 2008.

17. [Shandong Province] Mr. Li Junfeng Arrested
Ten officers including Fan Yongsheng from the Weibei District Farm Police Station broke into Mr. Li Junfeng's home on the morning of July 13, 2008. They ransacked his home and confiscated Falun Gong truth-clarifying materials. Police arrested Mr. Li and took him to the city detention center.

Personnel from the Hengshui City Police Department, Raoyang County Domestic Security Division chief Gao Jianxi, and Yuexiang Police Station chief Cui Jindian attempted to arrest Ms. Liu Qingnuan on July 12, 2008. Ms. Liu was not at home. Police then ransacked the place and confiscated an MP3 player and a satellite dish.
Mr. Sun Weiqiang, Ms. Liu's husband, reasoned with them, but they arrested him and took him to the Raoyang County Police Department. Later on, the police extorted 2,000 yuan from the family and released Mr. Sun.

23. [Wu'an City, Hebei Province] Police Arrest Several Practitioners
Police from Wu'an City arrested Mr. Wu Guisheng and his wife, Ms. Guo Qingrong; Mr. Yuan Shengli; and Mr. Zhao Shenxin on July 14, 2008.
24. [Linqing City, Shandong Province] Ms. Chi Fengchun Arrested and Held at the City Detention Center on July 11, 2008

26. [Pingjiang County, Hunan Province] Ms. Zhou Duomei and Mr. Zhan Chunlong Sentenced to Forced Labor
Mr. Zhan Chunlong helped other practitioners with satellite dish installation, but was subsequently arrested and sentenced to one year and three months of forced labor. He was taken to Xinkaipu Forced Labor Camp in Hunan Province on July 9, 2008.
Ms. Zhou Duomei explained the Falun Gong facts to some pupils, but the police arrested her from her home on May 26, 2008, and had her admitted to Baimalong Forced Labor Camp in Zhuzhou City, Hunan Province, on July 9, 2008.
27. [Pingjiang County, Hunan Province] Mr. Xu Wuhan Arrested from His Home
Personnel from the Sandun Township Police Station arrested Mr. Xu Wuhan from Pingjiang County and took him to a detention center on July 13, 2008. He was released the next day.
28. [Linqu County, Shandong Province] Police Harass Practitioners
Police from Xinzhai Town, Linqu County, ransacked several practitioners' homes. They arrested Mr. Fu Guimin from Nanliu Village, Xinzhai Town, and confiscated his computer on July 8, 2008. They recently arrested more than ten practitioners in Linqu County.
29. [Liaoyuan City, Liaoning Province] Three Practitioners Harassed
Dongliao County Baiquan Police Station Chief Wang Huailong and several policemen harassed Ms. Yin Lanhua, Ms. Liu Junfang, and Mr. Li Dechun at their homes at 3:00 a.m. on July 9, 2008.
30. [Shandong Province] Mr. Sun Yuwen's Home Ransacked
Personnel from the Xuanwu Street Police Precinct in the Economic Development District, Weifang City, ransacked Mr. Sun Yuwen's home on the afternoon of January 28, 2008. They confiscated Dafa books, a picture with Master's image, a VCD player, an MP3 player, 300 yuan cash, and several exercise tapes, altogether valued at about 1,000 yuan.

Police arrested Mr. Pan Lifeng; his wife, Ms. Li Xia; and their two children on the night of July 9, 2008. They put the family into a detention center and ransacked their home. The police confiscated a computer and a printer. The children were held for a day and then released.
35. [Tancheng County, Shandong Province] Ms. Wu Shaoxia Arrested
Forty-five-year-old Ms. Wu Shaoxia from Qianxiaodianzi Village, Honghua Township, Tancheng County, was arrested on June 13, 2008. Her family went to visit her, but they were not allowed to see her. Ms. Wu's whereabouts are now unknown.

Personnel from the Pingshan County Police Department's Political Security Division and from the Mengjiazhuang Police Station ransacked Ms. Zhao Jinlian's home twice on the morning of July 8, 2008. They confiscated Dafa books and a satellite dish. They tried to coerce Ms. Zhao into writing a guarantee statement, but she refused. Ms. Zhao is being held in a detention center.

38. [Shouguang City, Shandong Province] Mr. Ding Hong Arrested
Personnel from the Shouguang City 610 Office and from the Yingli Town Police Station arrested Mr. Ding Hong from Yingli Town, Shouguang City, on May 28, 2008. The police confiscated Mr. Ding's salary deposit card and arrested his wife. In addition, they ransacked his wife's shoe store.
Mr. Ding's wife was forced to get 8,000 yuan from his salary deposit card and give to the police. She was released two days later. Mr. Ding is still being held in the city detention center.

Seven practitioners were arrested in Ms. Zhang Yueqin's home on the morning of July 10, 2008. They were: Ms. Zhang Yueqin, her husband, her son-in-law, Ms. Liu Suying, Mr. Luo Zhijian's sister, and two other practitioners.
40. [Tianjin] Ms. Zang Hui and Ms. Zhang Yuxia Arrested
Personnel from the Baodi District Police Department's Political Security Section and from the Dazhongzhuang Town Police Station arrested Ms. Zang Hui and Ms. Zhang Yuxia on July 8, 2008. Other practitioners, Mr. Liu Aibing and Mr. Wang Fugui, escaped.
41. [Lianyungang City, Jiangsu Province] Ms. Li Hongmei Arrested
Lianyungang District Police Department deputy chief Wu Xiye and 11 other policemen arrested Ms. Li Hongmei and ransacked her place on the morning of July 4, 2008. They confiscated three desktop computers, two monitors, a fax machine, a laptop computer, four printers, Dafa books, and truth-clarifying materials.
Ms. Zhang Chunhua was arrested on a train on June 21, 2008. She is being held in the Xuzhou City Detention Center.
