(Clearwisdom.net) On Tuesday May13, 2008 Falun Gong practitioners all over the world celebrated World Falun Dafa Day. On this occasion, practitioners in Slovakia held an informational activity in Bratislava, where the public could learn more about the practice of Falun Gong and the persecution of Falun Gong in China.

Colorful balloons were a big attraction, especially for the children. Many people asked about the Falun Gong exercises and were happy to learn that Falun Gong is regularly practiced in Bratislava.

Passers-by stopped and read the informational materials about the persecution of Falun Gong in China. Many people signed our petition calling for an end to the persecution. Since we have begun collecting signatures in Slovakia, there are over 10,000 signatures on our petition now.

At the end of the day we counted more than 150 new signatures.
