(Clearwisdom.net) The following are true accounts of how the Wuhou District Procuratorate and the Court in Chengdu City, Sichuan Province have persecuted Falun Gong practitioners and illegally sentenced them.

1. Zhou Yiqun and Tu Qiyao Were Sentenced

On May 22, 2006, the CCP Wuhou District Court sentenced practitioners Zhou Yiqun and Tu Qiyao for five years and three years respectively based the fabricated charge of "intentionally divulging a national secret." The court claimed that the two practitioners mailed to the Minghui website (Chinese version of Clearwisdom.net) an official file, "About Falun Gong Planning the Inaugural Chinese New Year Global Gala," which the Chinese Broadcasting and Television Bureau sent to the sub-level bureau, and the official file "Wuhou District Chinese Communist Party Committee Persecuting Falun Gong, the Lead Team's key tasks for 2004," which the Wuhou District CCP Committee sent to its sub-level party committees. The Epoch Times published the full cipher telegrams with serial number 12089 on March 16, 2005.

The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) has never followed any legal procedures in its persecution of Falun Gong. It has always sentenced practitioners based on its own internal files. Its "internal files" were exposed and the fact that it used its internal files to sentence practitioners was exposed. People can clearly see the CCP's evil nature based on the fact that the CCP used its power to override the legal system and used fabricated charges to persecute practitioners and deceive the public.

At four o'clock in the afternoon, Ms. Fan, her husband, son, and daughter-in-law were deceived into showing up the Wuhou District Court.
