(Clearwisdom.net) In Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province, Falun Dafa practitioner Song Aichang's case has reached a second trial. The attorney has presented his client's defense, making it unequivocally clear that the accused is innocent and that there is no evidence of a crime. The written judgment of Qiaoxi Court is without merit and is unclear on the charge. During the first trial, Song Aichang was sentenced to a three year prison term without establishing guilt or innocence. This is a travesty of justice, with the victim being Dafa and Dafa practitioners.

Concerning Wang Sanying, another practitioner, the Xinhua District Procuratorate took this practitioner illegally to trial with the charge "conspiracy to commit a crime".

Teacher said:

"This type of event where people persecute Gods who are here to save people won't exist again. Situations like Jesus being crucified will absolutely never be allowed to happen again. So how we walk the path of cultivation well in this place of ordinary people has become of utmost importance." ("Explaining the Fa During the 2003 Lantern Festival at the U.S. West Fa Conference")

This poses the question, "How can we walk our cultivation path well? How to rescue practitioners, disintegrate evil and save sentient beings as soon as possible?

Teacher said,

"To tell you the truth, the entire cultivation process for a practitioner is one of constantly giving up human attachments." (Zhuan Falun)

Then, how can we let go of attachments? The answer is -- we have to look within without any reservation.

Teacher said,

"The biggest problem we have now is the one I just talked about. That is, when you fail to cultivate yourself and look within." ("Fa Teaching at the 2008 New York Conference")

Don't look only superficially to see if the matter was right or wrong, or whether one did this thing right or wrong. We all need to look within, even if it appears that we are in the right at the time of the conflict. To be exposed to this incident could have only one reason, "There must be an attachment that needs to be abandoned." At the same time, we have to remember that the time for personal cultivation has passed and that today all our actions are combined with the Fa rectification. We have to place ourselves correctly.

It is said in "Falun Dafa Disciples Surpass the Old Forces," an article published on the Minghui website: "When our goal is to cultivate to enlightened beings who are unselfish and live for others, then we can be worthy of the title Fa-rectification period Dafa disciples...We are beings cultivating in Dafa, the Great Way. We must look at things and do things based on what Master wants, and save sentient beings not for our personal cultivation, but for the Fa-rectification. When we have reached this level, we have positioned ourselves above the old forces and beyond old force arrangements."

Teacher said,

"You play the leading role in this period of history, and the existence of everything at present, whether it be evil or the upright gods, has to do with you. It is walking straight your path that is most important." ("Walk Straight Your Path")

Well then how do we change our notions? Although many practitioners claim that they do not acknowledge the persecution, they still think deep in their heart that the evil party is very fierce, and it is difficult to avoid being persecuted. They are unable to think from deep within their hearts that salvation of sentient beings is the most righteous thing one can do. Some people are afraid to have Falun Dafa materials at their home, because they think it might become evidence for the evil to persecute them, instead of seeing these materials as "Fa implements," tools to be used to save people!

As a result, "Thereby developing a passive and pessimistic attitude" ("Expounding on the Fa" from Essentials for Further Advancement)

This type of thought invites evil influences to act against us! We must remember at all times that police searching our homes without due cause and without or with a warrant is illegal. We mistakenly thought that it is legal to invade our homes if the police have a search warrant. An attorney advised us recently that from the legal standpoint, this understanding is wrong. The constitutional rule is exact -- only when a person breaches the law, has been arrested, and the Procuratorial bureau has put it on record, can a search warrant be issued. Therefore, practitioners whose homes are searched by police can deny such action. If you wish, please look for the relevant section in China's Constitution yourselves.

Concerning detained practitioners, we hope that they are set free. They have to refrain from harboring a feeling of guilt. They should not have the doubt about their rights hidden within? They should not think, "Will they be released unconditionally?" Actually, such a thought was arranged by the old forces. We just did not realize this. We are in the lead position, we can decide! When we think deeply from within that we must be released, then we will be set free! You do not need to worry about the method, reason or excuse for the release!

We must clear our wrong thoughts, "We must be somehow in the wrong!" We must change anything that could put us in an untenable position! Teacher said: "We have said that good or evil comes from a person's spontaneous thought, and the thought at that moment can bring about different consequences." (Zhuan Falun)

We must defend and strengthen the following thought, "We are doing the most righteous! We should not be arrested! Arrested practitioners must be released unconditionally!" Teacher said:

"While you cultivate, do Fa-rectification, and move yourselves towards Consummation, you also need to save sentient beings; you are creating everything for the future. Everything Dafa disciples do today is extremely important, and the righteous path they take might become a reference for beings in the future. In the meantime, they've laid a foundation in human society for humankind's future way of existence." ("Teaching the Fa at the Washington, D.C. International Fa Conference")

Well, then our practitioners in Shijiazhuang should validate Dafa and hold the thought, "Illegally detained practitioners must all be released without any blemish on their record. They are not guilty! One thought decides the universe! So we can stop Shijiazhuang judicial officials from continuing to commit crimes, and hence save sentient beings even better.

Teacher said in: "When a practitioner does something specific, it is his or her supernormal abilities that do the work." (Zhuan Falun) If practitioners go their own way and can't form one body, sending righteous thoughts won't be powerful. Therefore, practitioners at Shijiazhuang City shall from now on act together, form one body, use our supernormal abilities and divine power, disintegrate all evils in Shijiazhuang, and create a better environment for saving sentient beings.

When we send forth righteous thoughts, we must abandon all human notions, place all our thoughts and actions within the Fa. One should not carry the thought of fighting or hatred, only then will the mercy of practitioners truly manifest.

Therefore, we suggest a set time for sending forth righteous thoughts: four times from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m., and another four times from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. every hour on the hour. These time periods are the times when evils control people to do evil. These time periods are also our best opportunity to suppress and disintegrate evil.

Practitioners who have the right conditions can go to the persecution units every day (Hebei Province High Court of Justice, Hebei Province 610 Office, Shijiazhuang City 610 Office, Shijiazhuang City Intermediate Court, Shijiazhuang City Qiaoxi Public Security Sub-bureau, Shijiazhuang City Xinhua Public Security Sub-bureau, Shijiazhuang City Xinhua District Procuratorate, Shijiazhuang City Xinhua District Court.) and send forth righteous thoughts in close distance for five minutes (you can choose several units close to you).

We must clearly realize that our righteous thoughts lead all and affect all. We can't hold any thought that suspects our abilities. If practitioners are not released, our rescue efforts for practitioners should not stop for one day, and disintegrating the evil should not stop for one day. At this time we must not divert our attention or be relaxed. No matter what conflict and opinion occur among practitioners, we should not complain, must understand each other and be tolerant each of other. We must not give the evil the opportunity to find any loophole.
