A Seven-year-old Girl's Sad Childhood (Photo)

September 23, 2007 |

(Clearwisdom.net) Chuai Yulin is a seven-year-old girl from Michengzhuang Village, Xinzhuangzi Town, Qianxi County in Hebei Province. Yulin is a lively child and popular with everyone. However, the police illegally arrested her Falun Gong practitioner mom last year and eventually sentenced her to five years of imprisonment. Yulin does not talk much now. This seven-year-old girl is suffering from hardships that should not happen in anyone's childhood.

Chuai Cuijun, Yulin´s mom. Little Yulin has not seen her dear mother for one year.

Yulin previously had a big, happy family. Her dad, Chui Zhiwu, was a miner at the Jin Mine. Her mom and aunt Chai Junxia owned a small shop in the county town. The whole family, including Yulin's grandparents, eventually moved to the county town. The whole family practices Falun Dafa and follows the principles of "Truthfulness-Benevolence-Forbearance," to be good persons in their daily lives. Many people admired this happy family.

At 11:00 p.m., July 18, 2007, Yulin woke up with a start: all the lights in the house were turned on. Policemen had come into their house, and everything was thrown on the floor. Yulin starred at these people with fear. This was perhaps the fifth time she saw police rushing into her home.

Yulin knew one of the policemen Zhu Zhengang. He is the National Security Team chief in Qianxi County. Yulin had seen him several times before.

On March 17, 2004, Zhu Zhengang came to search her home along with other policemen. They also arrested her mom. Her mom was force-fed with a concentrated salt solution at the detention center. Her esophagus was pierced, and she bled from her nose and mouth.

On July 17, 2004, the police arrested her mom again. They searched everything in their shop and house and even threatened to close the shop. Policeman Zhu Shouliang swore at Yulin's mom and slapped her face. He held her hair in his hand and slammed her head on the floor.

In November 2004, the police put Yulin's aunt into the Tangshan Brainwashing Center for a month. When the aunt returned, her son Fulin (seven years old at that time) would run to his mom and hold her whenever he heard a police car or if someone knocked at their door. He always asked nervously, "Are they coming to take mom again?" Every time Yulin's aunt saw this she would burst into tears.

In May 2006, Yulin's mom and some other practitioners distributed Falun Gong flyers. Some villagers reported them. The police arrested her mom again. Since then, Mom has never come back. She suffered many hardships at the Qianxi Detention Center. Finally, 610 Office chief Long Lihua sentenced her to five years in prison in the name of "securing the Olympic Games in 2008." They sent Yulin's mom to the Shijiazhuang Women's Prison.

The last time Yulin saw her mom was on January 10, 2007, the day of the commencement of the Fourth Court. Yulin came to the court early. Her whole family was there, waiting. Many policemen came that day. At about 11:00 a.m., the court proceedings were over. Yulin's mom came out in custody. Yulin shouted "Mom! Mom!" She wanted to hold her mom and did not want to be apart from her again. Her mom also wanted to hold Yulin. However, the police quickly took her away. Yulin's tears flowed and she cried, "Mom! I want you back home! Come back home!"

The persecutors concocted fake evidence and changed the court records to sentence her mom. Yulin's mom appealed to the Tangshan Middle Court. Yulin's dad, uncle, grandmother and aunt came to ask for her in the court. Public Security Bureau agents and officers from the court beat them and detained them. They pressed Dad's and Uncle's heads against the ground and stomped on them. Dad and uncle's faces were bloodied.

Yulin has been apart from her mother for one year. However, after the police searched Yulin's home and took two boxes of goods and a computer, they also arrested her grandma and dad. As they arrested her grandma, her grandpa angrily berated them in a loud voice. National Security Team officer Zhu Zhengang took her grandma anyway. Only Fulin, Yulin, Yulin's sister and grandpa were left at home.

Her grandma returned the next day. She stared at her ill husband and the children and said, "How are we going to live from now on?"

Yulin lives in silence. She cannot understand. From all the stories she had read, it is inconceivable to her that all policemen are such bad people. When are Dad and Mom coming back home?
