At around 1 p.m. on April 24, 2007, Wang Fucai from the 610 Office, Dai Chunjie from the Police Department of Laishui County in Hebei Province and others raided the home of Falun Gong practitioner Zhang Xiuling, a resident of Qiulan Village of North Yongyang Township, Laishui County, Hebei Province. They confiscated more than 5,000 yuan worth of household items, Falun Dafa books, and truth-clarifying materials from Ms. Zhang's home.
A week later, police officers Wang Fucai and Dai Chunjie once again went to Zhang Xiuling's house with more people to harass them further. Her family's lives have been disrupted. Her child is not able to be taken care of properly, and they missed the time for planting crops for the season.
