(Clearwisdom.net) Before the persecution of Falun Dafa began on July 20, 1999, we had many websites that provided information about Falun Dafa books, the five sets of exercises, practice sites, and nine day workshops. Especially in countries outside of China, practitioners had many websites like these. At that time, everyone was trying their best to utilize their skills to offer the best designs and maintenance for these websites. Practitioners shared the same wish, to not only cultivate themselves, but also to help the world's people obtain the Fa. These websites were a manifestation of Falun Dafa spreading worldwide. They are necessary for people to obtain the Fa and helpful for those who have recently obtained the Fa.

After July 20, 1999, many of these websites became non-functional. Information on practice sites and contact persons has long been outdated, even for eight or nine years, and the designs of some of these websites became obsolete. The technology used to update these websites is almost the most outdated of all today's Internet technologies. The images presented are not appropriate to represent the beauty and grandeur of Dafa. They are even more inappropriate for spreading Dafa in the world and showing practitioners' respect to the Fa and to Teacher.

There is also a very prominent issue--information about Falun Dafa books and videos, Teacher's photos, and practitioners' sharing articles are all clustered together. Some of the website designs look very unprofessional. This has led many website readers to form the impression that practitioners are not worthy of respect, which hinders accomplishing our goals of clarifying the truth and validating the Fa.

As the evil is being eliminated, more and more ordinary people are becoming interested in Dafa. They go to the Internet for information about Falun Dafa, but instead of finding practitioners' websites providing positive information on Falun Dafa, they find many websites created by the evil. These websites that spread the evil's lies and incorrect information about Falun Dafa could reach even more people than our websites. We should really think about whether we are responsible for letting this happen. Shouldn't we put in more effort managing our websites?

Teacher said, "If it were not the best, I wouldn't do it." ("Fa Teaching at the 2007 New York Fa Conference"). This is the goal for practitioners. Besides, we are managing websites that directly introduce Dafa and provide information about Falun Dafa books. Although practitioners are involved in many projects outside of China, new projects should supplement and strengthen our one body, not weaken previous projects. Otherwise, it would be like a bear picking corn, always picking new corn while losing the previously picked corn. We should make solid contributions.

I hope practitioners who are in charge of Dafa websites around the world can actively manage and maintain these websites, and increase the frequencies of these websites appearing in search engines, so that they will once again benefit the world's people.
