(Clearwisdom.net) It has been three years and five months since I began cultivation. Everything has gone smoothly so far, with the exception of my not passing tests and lacking diligence sometimes. But I'm able to correct myself whenever I realize something is wrong. As long as we do things according to the principle of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance, there will be more chances for sentient beings to be saved, and our paths will become wider and wider.

In 2005 when I was working, I realized that I had a good opportunity to save people. Thus, I took as many opportunities as I could to save the sentient beings. In the beginning, I had the attachment of fear, so I would send forth righteous thoughts to clear all the evil disturbance in my mind. I started clarifying the truth by reading Zhuan Falun in public. My coworkers asked me what book I was reading, and I told them it was Zhuan Falun. They were all surprised, and asked how I dared to read this book in public. I talked to them about the beauty of Dafa, and that people who follow the principle of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance are not wrong. I told them the truth of the persecution of Dafa. They asked some questions, and as I answered the questions, I saw that they all paid great attention. I realized that this was the sign of a predestined relationship. Most of them learned the truth through my efforts. Since then, I always do things according to the principle of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance, and I use my own actions to show the beauty of Dafa. They took notice of my actions, and they all gradually accepted the truth of Dafa. Afterwards, whenever I read the book or did the exercises in public they never reported me.

Later I began to work in a hotel and my experiences were similar to my previous job. Through clarifying the truth to my coworkers, they all learned the truth, and they all quit the communist party, including the boss. I also clarified the truth to the guests in the hotel. I would say seventy percent of them ended up quitting the communist party. Once, there was a head of a police station who stayed as a guest in our hotel; he was even a friend of the boss. I clarified the truth to him for two hours, and he finally understood. Later he told me: "I've never beaten Dafa practitioners; instead, I've helped some get out of jail." I was very happy to hear that, because another being was saved. The boss and I became good friends. He supported my taking some time to read the book and do the exercises.

In 2006 I shifted to another hotel. From the previous experiences, I had no fear in reading the book. Our Teacher has said:

"If you are not afraid, the factor that would make you afraid will cease to exist" ("Eliminate Your Last Attachment(s)" in Essentials for Further Advancement II)

So immediately I began to study the Fa. Again, my coworkers asked me what I was reading; I told them it was Zhuan Falun. They didn't say anything. On the evening of the third day , while I was doing the second exercise (I was doing the exercises in a small hallway in front of the lobby; it was pretty dark there at night), a co-worker walked by, my back was facing her. She saw me and froze, she got scared. (Before this happened, Teacher gave me a hint , but I didn't get it. This woman slept in the lower bunk below me. Once I was climbing down from the bed and I didn't grab it firmly. I fell on the concrete and my leg became swollen. I did not realize at time that it was Teacher's hint for me. Later I understood that Teacher was telling me, whatever I do, I should not be in too much of a hurry to finish it; instead, I should be patient and careful when clarifying the truth.) Later this woman reported me to the boss. The next day, the boss called me over. I already knew that she was going to fire me, so I just calmly asked her why. She said that the communist party does not allow her to keep someone like me, and it was also for the safety of the hotel. This has made me understand that whatever we do, we need to carefully think about it first. We must think from all angles and do the things according to the principle of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance. This way, the path we walk will become wider and wider, and the chances for sentient beings to be saved will also be greater.

I again found another big hotel. In learning from my experience last time, I was very careful in doing things. Whenever there were conflicts, I always looked at myself first and searched within. When I didn't do well, I would correct myself the next time. All my coworkers told me to be careful, and even the boss did not say anything. I clarified the truth to them and many quit the CCP. Just like what the Teacher has said:

"The more rampant the evil is, the more it bears out the Dafa disciples' mighty virtue in saving all beings; and the more critical the moment, the more it bears out the Dafa disciples' magnificence." (Teaching the Fa in the City of Los Angeles, 2006)

I think from now on, the paths we are walking on will become wider and wider. On the path of saving sentient beings we must be consistent and steady, because Dafa practitioners are the hope of all sentient beings. We are the golden light in this dark world. If we don't save them, they will have no future. Thus I will do everything according to our Teacher, and really do the three things well. We have the title of Dafa practitioners in the Fa-rectification period; we surely should live up to this honor. We should fulfill our vows that were made in prehistory.
