(Clearwisdom.net) Mr. Huang Fujun and Mr. Huang Tiebo, both practitioners from the Acheng District, Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province, were arrested on July 24, 2007, and detained at the Acheng City No.1 Detention Center. Mr. Huang Fujun was tortured to death on November 6, 2007. Personnel from the Acheng District Police, from the Procuratorate, the court, and from the 610 Office were afraid of their crimes being exposed. They convened a secret trial for Huang Tiebo on November 15 that was originally scheduled for November 27. Personnel from the court informed the lawyer, but they forbade him from informing the practitioner's family. He notified the practitioner's family after the trial.

Mr. Huang Tiebo clarified the facts about Falun Gong in court and indicated that holding to his belief is not a criminal act. He also told them, "I do not violate the law. You should not hold a trial for me." The judge then made weak arguments for the prosecution. Li Jianguang from the Acheng District Court acted as the presiding judge in this trial.

Over the past few years, the Acheng District Police, the Procuratorate, the Court, the 610 Office, and the Domestic Security Team have followed the Communist regime to persecute Falun Gong practitioners. Some practitioners were sentenced to ten years in prison.
