1. [Huitong County, Hunan Province] Eight Practitioners Detained
Personnel from the Huitong County's Pingcun Police Station arrested eleven Falun Gong practitioners from the Hecheng District on September 15, 2007. Three practitioners were forced to pay 5,000 to 10,000 yuan and then released. They are 82-year-old practitioner Mr. Nie Yuanxin, 70-year-old retired teacher Ms. Zuo Shuying and 60-year-old practitioner Ms. Nie Guixiang. The other eight practitioners are still being held. Five practitioners, Mr. Zhu Zhouxiang, Ms. Yang Chunlan, Ms. Yang Yingde, Ms. Li Huaxiu and Ms. Ai Yuhua are still being held at the county's detention center. The remaining three, Ms. Yi Huanmei, Ms. Zhang Luying and Ms. Wang Yuying are now being held at the Jingzhou County Detention Center. It was reported that the police have issued an arrest warrant for Ms. Yi Huanmei.

2. [Qianguo County, Jilin Province] Ms. Bai Bo and Mr. Zhang Hongjiu Arrested
Personnel from the Qianguo County Police Department and from the Kalamu Town Police Station arrested practitioners Ms. Bai Bo (a housewife) and Mr. Zhang Hongjiu (a farmer) from Zhongwanliangtun Village at 6:00 p.m. on September 28, 2007.
3. [Zaozhuang City, Shandong Province] Police Arrest Ms. Wang Yun
Practitioner Ms. Wang Yun, 56 years old, from Zaozhuang City, Shandong Province, went out to distribute "truth-clarification" materials at 8:00 a.m. on October 10, 2007, and she did not return. Personnel from the Zhong District Guangming Police Station in Zaozhuang City ransacked her home at 5:00 p.m. on October 10, 2007. They confiscated all Dafa books and took 1,500 yuan in cash. Ms. Wang was put into a detention center that afternoon and forced to pay an additional 100 yuan. Family visits were denied.
4. [Lanzhou City, Gansu Province] Several Practitioners Held at the Gongjiawan Brainwashing Center
Several practitioners were still held at the Lanzhou City's Gongjiawan Brainwashing Center in late July 2007. They included Ms. Liu Wanqiu, Mr. Qian Shiguang, Mr. Niu Wanjiang, Mr. Guan Longshan, Ms. Lu Guiqin, Ms. Wang Caixia, Ms. Li Hongping and four other practitioners whose names are unknown.
5. [Qingdao City, Shandong Province] Practitioner Song Yun Put into the Dashan Detention Center
Personnel from the Dengzhou Street Police Station arrested practitioner Ms. Song Yun from her home in Xi Town, Qingdao City, Shandong Province. Two days after her arrest, she was transferred into the Dashan Detention Center. Her family went to visit her, but was not allowed to see her.
6. [Henan Province] Police from the Yima City Detention Center Force-Fed Mr. Yao Genshang
Practitioner Mr. Yao Genshang is an employee from the Geng Village Coal Mine in Yima City, Henan Province. Personnel from the Yima City 610 Office arrested him in late August 2007. Mr. Yao went on a protest hunger strike. Police from the city's detention center often force-fed him.
7. [Maoming City, Guangdong Province] Practitioner Mr. He Jing was Arrested on the Night of October 1, 2007
8. [Xinye County, Henan Province] Mr. Han Zongjian is Missing
Forty-nine year old practitioner Mr. Han Zongjian, an employee from the Xinye County Tobacco Company, has often been arrested, sentenced and put into prisons during the past eight years. Police extorted tens of thousands of yuan from him and then released him in 2003. Mr. Han escaped during the latest arrest when police took him back to his home to search it. He has not returned to his home since then. He had worked in Dengzhou City, Henan Province, but he disappeared in early September 2007. His whereabouts are unknown.
9. [Xingtai City, Hebei Province] Two Practitioners Arrested
Personnel from the Qiaodong Police Department arrested two practitioners from the Qiaodoong District in Xingtai City before the October 1st CCP National Day. They ransacked the practitioners' homes.
10. [Luohe City, Henan Province] Practitioner Ms. Li Ailian Arrested
Several policemen including Wang Guoqiang from Luohe City broke into practitioner Ms. Li Ailian's home and ransacked the place at 1:00 p.m. on October 22, 2007. They confiscated some Dafa books and some truth-clarification materials. They forcibly arrested Ms. Li and beat her at the city detention center.
11. [Shaanxi Province] Ms. Yang Liying Arrested
Practitioner Ms. Yang Liying, an employee from the Weihe Power Plant in Shaanxi Province, was reported on October 21, 2007. Personnel from the Xianyang City Weicheng Police Department arrested her.

13. [Beijing] Three Practitioners Arrested
Personnel from the Miyun County National Security Division arrested practitioners Mr. Liu Kebin, Ms. He Guiqin and Ms. Ma Lanying from Gubeikou Town, Miyun County, Beijing on October 18, 2007. The police confiscated three satellite receivers.
14. [Chongqing] Ms. Yu Zhiying Arrested
Practitioner Ms. Yu Zhiying, 70 years old, from the Dashiba Area, the Jiangbei District in Chongqing, is a retired employee from the Chang'an Company's No. 1 Factory. About a dozen policemen including Liang Shibin broke into her home and arrested her. They ransacked the place and confiscated a computer, a copier, a printer, some Dafa books and truth-clarification materials. It is heard that Ms. Yu is presently being held at the district's detention center.

15. [Mancheng County, Hebei Province] Ms. Ren Jinhui Arrested
Personnel from the Bailong Township Police Station in Mancheng County ransacked practitioner Ms. Ren Jinhui's home and confiscated two exercise tapes and a cassette player. Her whereabouts are unknown.
16. [Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province] Several Practitioners Arrested
Taiyuan City's Wanbailin Police Department's 610 Office head Bao Hongbin has ordered local policemen and local residential committee officials to harass practitioners since October 12, 2007. The police arrested practitioners as long as they found Dafa books.
They ransacked practitioner Ms. Du Caifeng's home at 8:30 p.m. on October 12, 2007, arrested her and confiscated her computer. Ms. Du is presently being held at the city detention center.
Personnel from the Qianfeng Police Station and from the local residential committee arrested practitioner Ms. Yang Yajing at 7:00 p.m. on October 12, 2007. They ransacked her home and put her into the city detention center.
Heping South Street Police Station chief Yan Jianping ransacked practitioner Mr. Du Bing's home on October 13, 2007. Practitioner Ms. Li Xiangping who was at Mr. Du's home during the ransacking was also arrested.

17. [Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province] Ms. Feng Liping Held with an Extended Term
Practitioner Ms. Feng Liping and several others were arrested in May 2002. She was held at the Shenzhen City's Xili Brainwashing Center, followed by three years in the Sanshui Forced Labor Camp. She was released in 2005.
Ms. Feng was arrested for the second time on September 23, 2006. She was then put into the Bao'an Detention Center and later transferred into the Sanshui Forced Labor Camp for a one-year term. She ought to have been released on September 30, 2007, but she is still being held.
18. [Xingtai City, Hebei Province] The Home of Practitioners Mr. Feng and Ms. Yanqiao Ransacked, Mr. Feng Arrested
Qiaodong District Police Department's National Security Division chief Wu Shuqi in Xingtai City led several policemen to break into the home of practitioners Mr. Feng and Ms. Yanqiao home and ransack the place on October 10, 2007. They confiscated two cases of the "Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party" (about 170 copies) and some truth-clarification materials. They arrested Mr. Feng.
19. [Raoyang County, Hebei Province] Several Practitioners' Homes Ransacked
Liman Township Judiciary Department chief Hou Shichao led some policemen to harass several practitioners at their homes in Nanhan Village on the morning of October 12, 2007. They ransacked practitioners' homes and confiscated some Dafa books, MP3 players, and MP4 players. These practitioners have fled their homes to avoid arrest.
Raoyang County 610 Office head Cui Shaoqing, and police officer Gao Jianxi instructed their subordinates to arrest practitioners in Nanhan Village. Practitioners were forced to stay away from home. The police then staked out interchanges, roadsides and entrances to surrounding villages to attempt to arrest the practitioners.

20. [Nanyang City, Henan Province] Ms. Dong Chunmei and Mr. Mao Qi Arrested
Personnel from the Tanghe County 610 Office in Nanyang City went to Tongzaipu Town and arrested practitioners Ms. Dong Chunmei, an employee from the town's hygiene department, and Mr. Mao Qi, a businessman in the town, the afternoon of October 12, 2007. Police have not yet released them.
21. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Practitioners Ms. Chen and Ms. Song from the Ganjingzi District Disappeared
22. [Shaoyang City, Hunan Province] Practitioner Ms. Guo Mingqing Arrested on November 12, 2007
23. [Qingdao City, Shandong Province] Ms. Wang Shulan and Mr. Wang Kangning Sentenced to Long-Term Imprisonment
Personnel from the Qingdao City Police Department's 610 Office arrested 60-year-old practitioner Ms. Wang Shulan and 38-year-old practitioner Mr. Wang Kangning from Qingdao City on March 15, 2007. Police put them into the city's Dashan Detention Center and sentenced them to nine and ten years in prison respectively in September 2007.
Personnel from the Qingdao City's Zhongshan Street Police Station pried the door of practitioner Wang Shulan's rented home open and ransacked the place on March 15, 2007. They also confiscated about 70,000 yuan and many other items. Furthermore, the police arrested practitioner Wang Kangning from Ms. Wang Shulan's home.
24. [Linying County, Henan Province] Several Practitioners Arrested
Personnel from the Linying County 610 Office, from the National Security Division and from the police station arrested practitioners Mr. Cao Shuiwang, Mr. Xiaojun and Mr. Chao Shumin on October 12, 2007. Mr. Xiaojun has successfully escaped. The other two practitioners are presently being held at the county's Yancheng Party School Brainwashing Center.
25. [Zhunyi City, Guizhou Province] Police from the Zhongba Forced Labor Camp Grossly Abuse Practitioners
Practitioner Wang from the Zhunyi Area in Guizhou Province was put into the No. 1 Group, No. 5 Division in Guizhou Province's Zhongba Forced Labor Camp. He/she was covered with bruises from brutal torture and has been sent into the Zhongba Hospital.
26. [Jilin Province] Practitioner Mr. Ma Hongyan's Wife Ms. Wang Shuxiang Facing Illegal Trial
27. [Panjin City, Liaoning Province] Three Practitioners Arrested
Personnel from the Panjin City National Security Division and from the Shuangtai District National Security Division followed and then arrested practitioners Mr. Han Chonghui, Mr. Zhang Yawei and a practitioner from Jinzhou City on October 19, 2007. Practitioner Mr. Han's home was ransacked, and he is presently being held at the city's detention center.

28. [Dongying City, Shandong Province] Practitioner Song Qing Arrested
Practitioner Ms. Song Qing, a laid-off employee from the Shengcai Hospital in the Shengbei Community of the Shengli Oil Field was arrested and her home was ransacked on October 16, 2007. She is presently being held at the Jishu Brainwashing Center.
29. [Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province] Practitioner Huang Changfeng Arrested
Practitioner Ms. Huang Changfeng is a retired employee from the Jiujiang City's Shilijiang Plastics Factory in Jiangxi Province. She accompanied her husband to Fujian Province who was hired as a technician in a company. The police broke into her home and arrested her on September 18, 2007. They confiscated some Dafa materials and put her into the Quanzhou Detention Center.
30. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Practitioner Surnamed Wang Arrested
A practitioner surnamed Weng went missing, and it was heard that s/he went to Wuhan City to clarify the truth about Falun Gong. A local community committee official reported the practitioner and was awarded 2,000 yuan. Later, personnel from the Lijiadun Police Station arrested practitioner Wang and confiscated a cell phone, 400 yuan cash and an MP3 player.
31. [Shanghai] Ms. Zhang Suying Arrested
Police often harassed practitioner Ms. Zhang Suying at her home in the Yangpu District during the October 1st CCP National Day. They eventually arrested her on the afternoon of October 20, 2007. They ransacked her home and confiscated some personal belongings.
32. [Maoming City, Guangdong Province] Ms. He Jing Arrested
Practitioner Ms. He Jing, 50 years old, a former employee from the Maoming City Business Bureau, was arrested the evening of October 1, 2007 when explaining the facts of Falun Gong. She was put into the Maoming Detention Center, and no family visits have been allowed.

Zaoqiang County's Matun Town Government Political and Judiciary Committee chief Sun Baofeng led eight officials to practitioner Mr. Shen Yusheng's home. They ransacked the place and ordered him to write a guarantee statement at 10:00 a.m. on October 15, 2007. Mr. Shen refused to comply with their illegal actions.The officials confiscated his satellite receiver. Mr. Shen has had to flee his home to avoid arrest.
37. [Qufu City, Shandong Province] Mr. Zhuo Zhongqin Released After a One-Month Detention
Practitioner Mr. Zhuo Zhongqini, Qufu City Appeals Bureau's former deputy chief, was reported for explaining the truth about Falun Gong and held for a month. He was sent to the Wangcun Forced Labor Camp in Shandong Province on October 18, 2007, but the officials refused his admission because prior abuse had caused his health to become too poor to pass the required physical exam. He was sent home in the afternoon of that day.

Personnel from the Chaoyang District's Qinghe Police Station arrested practitioner Mr. Wang Wei in front of his home at 6:00 p.m. on October 12, 2007.
39. [Zhengzhou City, Henan Province] Ms. Guo Lan'e and Mr. Meng Yinan Arrested
Personnel from the Zhengzhou City Police Department arrested practitioners Ms. Guo Lan'e and Mr. Meng Yinan in early October 2007. Ms. Guo used to be held at the Yuanheizhuang Detention Center, but has been transferred somewhere else. Mr. Meng is presently being held at a detention center. No family visits have been permitted.
40. [Weifang City, Shandong Province] Ms. Liu Yanping Put into a Forced Labor Camp Again
Police arrested 29-year-old practitioner Ms. Liu Yanping from the No. 12 Village, Xing'an Street, Weifang City on September 12, 2007. The police ordered Ms. Liu's family to pay 10,000 yuan; threatening send her to a forced labor camp if they did not pay. Ms. Liu is presently being held at the Wangcun Women Forced Labor Camp. She has previously been sentenced and served three years of forced labor that began in March 2004.
