Mr. Kuang Senqia, who was attacked for the second time on February 22, always "clarified the truth" about Falun Gong and called for support to rescue his wife with banners, posters and flyers on the streets on Wednesdays and Sundays. He said that even though the attackers weren't the same person, they had obviously made plans to attack him when he was busy with something by himself.
The second attack happened around 5:00 p.m. on February 22. A tall man around 40 approached and tore the banners when Kuang left to buy some bottled water. One banner was torn down. Another banner's aluminum pole was bent.
Kuang took a picture of the man with his cell phone and started chasing him. The thug stopped at a crossing and hit Kuang with his denim coat. Huang blocked it and kept chasing him. The thug attempted to hit Kuang's neck with full force but Kuang blocked his hands too. But his lips were hit and started bleeding. By the time policemen arrived, the thug had escaped.

The other victim was a woman Falun Gong practitioner called Afeng. She often distributes truth-clarification flyers to tourists from mainland China at Huangdaxian Temple. In recent months, a couple of people who claimed to be followers of a religion treated her rudely and even hid out. Falun Gong practitioners think their true identity is very suspicious.
Falun Gong practitioners read aloud and submitted their open letter at the Government House.
