A Dark Den of Evil Forces--Shandong Province Women's Prison

December 10, 2006 |

(Clearwisdom.net) At present, Shandong Province Women's Prison is detaining nearly 400 Falun Dafa practitioners and is a dark den used to persecute practitioners.

The prison has been following the evil party to persecute practitioners. The torture methods used include: shocking practitioners with electric batons, beating practitioners, forcing practitioners to stay in isolated cells, having practitioners perform hard labor, force-feeding practitioners, injecting practitioners with unknown drugs, depriving practitioners of sleep, starving practitioners, disallowing practitioners to shower, have haircuts or wash their clothes, forcing practitioners to relieve themselves in the room, preventing practitioners from purchasing daily necessities (such as toiletries), etc. They also force practitioners to read and watch materials slandering Dafa.

The following is some of the persecution that I witnessed.

One practitioner was brutally beaten by Ding Lingling and Yang Fenglan for practicing Falun Gong exercises.

Prison guard Jiang instigated criminal inmates to beat a practitioner because she wrote a letter to reveal the torture that occurred in the prison.

In 2004, a practitioner was brutally force-fed because she went on a hunger strike. As a result, she died.

A practitioner was kept in isolation for half a month because she shouted "Falun Dafa is good."

A practitioner was deprived of sleep for more than 10 days. When she tried to get in bed for a little rest, she was dragged down by Ding Linging and others, and brutally beaten.

A practitioner was forced to stand still for a long period of time. The second day she was beaten.

Another practitioner had her hands paralyzed during the high intensity hard labor.

A practitioner had a hemorrhage due to the torture. She was then sent to the prison hospital. However, instead of treating her, the hospital injected her with unknown drugs on two occasions. As a result, the practitioner suffered from delusions, congested chest, deteriorated memory, and uncontrollable behavior. She felt she wanted to yell. Realizing that something was wrong, the practitioner pulled the IV needles out. Later the practitioner was sent to a police hospital and they wanted to persecute her the same way. After being injected with drugs, again the practitioner felt lethargic and dizzy, and her chest was congested and in pain; she felt as if she were going to die. Also, she couldn't control her behavior. From then on, the practitioner firmly rejected any so-called treatment.

While force-feeding practitioners, the prison hospital usually has at least four people hold the practitioner. Many practitioners had stomach hemorrhages. One practitioner from Qingdao City, Shandong Province was force-fed to death.

I call on the international community and people with a sense of justice to pay attention to the plight of these practitioners jailed in this prison and put an end to such brutal persecution.
